Double sells rooms, never present, very trashy area

Nothing

Owner was never present. Took almost 30.minutes just to get into room. At around 9pm, someone walked right into my room. The doors had number keypad lock; he double sold room and gave code to other customer. I would not recommend or stay here ever again. Also, no breakfast, no cable, no internet, not even cell phone service.

Cleanliness

They have regular rooms and not just cabins like the website implies. If you get a room on the 2nd floor, be prepared to climb a steep, long and narrow stairs. There is no soap, shampoo, or ice machine.

Liked the fridge, countertop stove, and kitchen sink. Room and shower were clean.

Room had a strong marijuana smell. I didn't say anything to the staff because it was late when we got there and I knew they had no other rooms available. Parking with a boat trailer would be a challenge unless there is other parking I'm not aware of.

A very enjoyable stay

Good room , new bathroom, quite roomy. Will definitely go again

Sheets and towels should be white . I didn’t trust the color of the sheets , dark blue, to me I don’t trust that color . The sheets and pillows didn’t smell fresh . No blue sheets . I like the place , next time I will carry my own sheets . The stairway going down is a bit dangerous at night . Maybe paint it white to show .

we arrived where there was no office. owner sent a housekeeper to meet us and show us where our room was. definitely not

Great! Will come back!

Went to concert at Choctaw casino and all the hotels in Durant were booked. Found this gem by accident. 10 mins from the casino. I was nervous since it didn’t have many reviews, but it was perfect for what we were needing. It was very clean, comfortable and affordable. Not fancy, but very cozy. Website does say checkout is from 11-2, so we were surprised to get a knock on the door saying check out was at noon—I think that is more a website error though. Thanks!

Check out needs to be clearer on website.
