We wanted a place close to my Sister in her community and this was perfect. Very comfortable and even had a few things to get you started (condiments, water etc.) We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Great communication also. We would definitely rent there again

Great place. Some trouble with TV’s working. But Jill tried to help. Pool clean. House very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Beds comfy.

Stay at this property over Thanksgiving week because it is near where our senior family members live and didn't want to be in a hotel. This house was perfectly located for our needs, well equipped, very clear instructions on procedures and easy, crisp, check-in instructions. We didn't use the pool (too cold) but it looked fantastic and all towels and floaters provided. Would recommend and we hope to stay here again on future visits.

Perfect property for our vacation. Layout of the home was perfect for two couples. Pool was great to have with the heat. The contact person was great to work with. Will certainly try to rent again.

We were close to golf courses and shopping! Streets were empty by 8:30, and very quiet. We really enjoyed the lemon and orange trees back by the pool. No swimming this trip, the water was too cold.

Very nice home in great location located in quiet retirement community. Home is well furnished and very comfortable for 2 couples or small family.

We had absolutely everything we needed in this lovely Sun City West home (including perfect weather)! The 2 bedrooms with king beds were a treat when our son and his wife came for a couple of days. While it was too chilly to use the pool, sitting outside and soaking up sunshine was fantastic! We look forward to coming back!!

This property was very clean and the whole house is very comfortable. The pool area is also well-maintained.
The living area was great for relaxing and watching TV. The master bedroom was a nice size and the bed was comfortable.
The location was quiet--and we liked that. Also, when we walked around the neighborhood, everyone was friendly and their properties were well maintained.
We enjoyed our stay.
I would recommend this house to people who want to spend time in Sun City West.

Nice Time in Sun City West
This property was very clean and the whole house is very comfortable. The pool area is also well-maintained.

In checking with the rec center we discovered it would have been possible for a fee by us with the owners permission. The pool at the house was not heated and too cold to swim and so we played golf, a lot of golf

Came to Phoenix to visit the grandkids. They enjoyed the pool almost as much as we did! Lovely home, comfy beds... got to try out a Sleep number mattress in one bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. It was so peaceful in Sun City in early October.
