Great place to stay. Safe, plenty of room and very clean. Had everything I needed for my stay. I would recommend this place for families and business travelers.

Beautiful condo and great location. Everything was just as expected. Our only complaint was the patio furniture which was cheap & incredibly uncomfortable. It was beautiful weather and we would set outside longer had the furniture been better.

We are in town because my husband had a kidney transplant. Staying in a hotel for two months did not seem like a good place for healing. This condo is clean, not too large but large enough to accommodate my husband, mother-in-law, and myself. Two bedrooms and two full baths, walk-in closet, internet, and cable in a gated community. Dishes, pots, and pans are in the unit so I could cook meals instead of ordering out. We arrived and everything we needed to relax for a couple of days was included in the stay. A washing machine and dryer (with pods) allowed me to wash the hospital out of our clothes. This was our first time using VRBO and Itrips and will definitely use it again and refer. There are stairs to enter the condo but they are inside-not outside in the heat (just an FYI for anyone that can not walk upstairs). My mother-in-law has trouble with stairs at home but she was ok going up.

Lovely condo, great location, great pool. We were fortunate to have selected this condo as there were many choices. Came here to visit family but we wanted to stay by ourselves. We love the vibe of Scottsdale. Loved all the restaurants. Very happy with our stay.

Very nice 2 bedroom condo. All the needed amenities for a vacation trip. Close to shopping and restaurants yet private and quiet. Convenient garage below is a bonus! Will stay here again on our next visit!

Perfect location, gated community, feel very safe. Everything inside the house is in perfect condition, we’ll definitely come again. The rental comes with some freebies on green fee for a 18-holes golf course, aquarium, make sure you check it out.

The whole experience with this property was great. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, all very convenient to stores and Kierland Common. Nice quiet location as well.

This was our first vrbo experience and it was wonderful! Im a real stickler on clean and this place was spotless. Its in a great location, has a wonderful pool, and friendly people. The whole process went smoothly and we will definitely book again!

Excellent location. Close to everything you would need. Secure property and great pool. Excellent roomy condo. FYI. only drawback, but not for us, is the main condo is on the second level about a wonderful garage. If you have heavy luggage you will need to take it up a flight of stairs. Condo was well equipped.

We have been very pleased with the condo. The accommodations were very clean and roomy. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The pool is very close but bring your own towels. The garage on the ground floor and spacious. So nice to pull into a garage with direct access to the condo. Not a problem for us, but the condo is on the second floor, so you have to take your luggage up the stairs. The condo is in a great secure location with close proximity to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

We arrived to a total mess. We walked in excited to be there after a long day of traveling only to find the condo had not been cleaned from the last people that stayed there. It smelled and was dirty. The place was never cleaned after the last guests. After speaking to Joe, he immediately got the cleaning lady to come by and clean. He said he would take care of our dinner as well as comp our first night - this has yet to happen. We are still waiting to see anything done. As the week went on, there was construction going on above and next to our our unit from 8am-5pm. We woke up every morning to loud noises (from the drill, saw, etc) that lasted until dinner. It would have been nice to know about the construction and walk in to a clean unit. More detail and attention needs to be made from the property owner so this doesn’t happen. It was a nightmare with two young kids after a long day of travel. I’ve never rented a house or condo and I wish this would have been a better experience. The condo is beautiful, the neighborhood is great and location is prime.

This home is really really terrific. Kierland Greenes is very very nice. Very well kept. Pool was lovely and the people were so nice. Easy to get in and out of the development. Walked to the Westin and Kierland Commons and the Quarter numerous times.Grocery store was 2 mins away!Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to friends or family.

Highly recommended. The property is roomy and clean. Full-size washer and dryer came in handy as there is only 1 set of bath towels (and no pool towels). Nice terrace overlooks the street below. Fast responses to inquires sent via text to owner. Will definitely return!

We had the absolute best stay in this condo. It was extremely clean & the furnishings were beautiful. The owner/manager responded to any question very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Updated furnishing and bedding. However, It definitely could use a few items.as mentioned in other reviews.. It would be great to have had pool towels, a broom/swifter, leftover storage containers, a bath mat for quest room, and a regular coffee pot. End tables next to living room chairs would be nice when relaxing. The TV was a challenge. A code for the walking gate would also be helpful.It was nice to have a garage, laundry room and stocked kitchen. Love the trash can!Beds were comfortable and the Pool area was very nice and Close to the condo.

We were very pleased with the condo, it’s location and it’s appearance. It was just as the picture portrayed it. And, it was very clean., it was exactly what I wanted and expected.. But, it lacked a few amenities that I would have expected and that have been in other rentals. There were no instructions as to how to work the television. We do not have roku in my area and are unfamiliar with it. An instruction book would have been helpful. So would a suggestion of restaurants and activities in the area. And, we expected towels for the pool and a few item in the kitchen such as napkins, Saran, a wine opener, etc. I would stay again, but I would want the condo to be better equipped.
