The master bedroom and bathroom were magical. My kids were so excited about the shared double bunk bedroom. Because of the private pool and hot tub we didn't have to stress about packing up and leaving to go anywhere with our 4 kids. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was thoughtfully labeled. We loved everything about this house and have no complaints. This house was exactly what we were looking for and we will book it for our bi-annual St George trips from here on.

This home was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything that was needed. There was enough room for all seven of us to spread out. We loved the private pool and hot tub. It was so nice to relax in after our day adventures. Saint George is a great city with lots of amenities and restaurants. We were able to do many day trips to explore the beautiful nature/activity spots. This vacation did not disappoint us. We have amazing memories of this family experience. We would definitely do it all over again!

This house is amazing. So nice, they didn’t skip any detail. Love the neighborhood it is in and the walkability. I was so impressed with how nice everyone from the ledges was, so helpful when we booked a tee time and all communication was very pleasant. We will be back for sure!!

We have stayed in many rental properties in St. George and this was our favorite! It was clean, felt luxurious, and had a beautiful location. The kitchen is stocked with every dish and appliance you might want. The management group communicated all details and was responsive to any questions. We’d love to stay again!

Nice location, neighborhood and good walking paths. We enjoyed the hot tub almost daily. We did have some issues during our stay with coffee maker, washing machine, no main light in first bedroom bathroom and dirty beds in bunk room. Most of the issues were taken care of, but disappointed mostly with cleaning and price we paid overall for the time we were there and problems that arose. Management was pretty quick to communicate and attempt to resolve issues. Check in/out was quick and easy.

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the home was even decorated for Christmas! That was such a bonus. My kids loved the pool and the Xbox that was in the bunk room. The home is very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The Ledges staff was excellent to work with as well. We had them grocery shop for us ahead of time, and if there was anything we needed, they were quick to help out. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the best, cleanest most hospitable house we've ever rented. The pictures dont do it justice. It is GRAND. We enjoyed our time there and Will be back for sure. The pool is perfect size for a family. The Bunk room is great for kids. You could even put two kids on each upper bunk if you wanted to. Everything about this place is top notch. 1 thing to be aware of if you are going in the winter- If it is below 40 degrees the heating system for pool and hot tub transfers automatically back and forth between the both of them. So it makes it hard to warm the pool to a nice comfortable temperature for winter swimming. But the hot tub has not problem getting to a nice temperature because of its size. That was my only complaint. Other than that it every things was great.

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. The photos don't do it justice, it is even more beautiful in person. The layout of the home is well-apportioned and extremely inviting. It was a pleasant surprise to walk in and see the Holiday decor and Christmas tree. The location and views are stunning. The amenities are exceptional, we especially enjoyed the complimentary room service delivery from the Fish Rock Grille. Communication with management is top-notch, they go out of their way to ensure you have a 5-star experience. 10 out of 10, we would definitely rebook this property.

Great location just outside of St. George, easy to get wherever we wanted to go. Gorgeous and peaceful backyard. We encountered a minor problem in the middle of the night and Kimberly with the management company was available and very helpful in solving the issue. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband found this property on line and loved the location and pool. There are 3 couples so we needed 3 br with attached bathrooms. Also wanted room to invite our team for dinner. This checked all the boxes.

We loved the home and the neighborhood amenities! Very clean home with plenty of room for our party of 8. The pool and hot tub at the home were well maintained and we even enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. 1 hour to Zion and 2 1/2 to Bryce made it a perfect location for us. Will be back!!!

We love the Ledges and have rented a few different houses over the last couple years. They've all been very nice.....this particular home was excellent! The private backyard pool and hot tub was awesome. This being an actual home, away from the condo side of the ledges, we felt like we were the only people around. It was so peacefully screaming kids at the community pool to listen to while sitting outside enjoying the sunsets. We will be back with the entire family....kids and grandkids as this house will fit everyone. The automatic pool cover was a nice feature so when we do bring the littles, we won't have to worry about them. Kitchen was nicely stocked for meal prep and the layout of the home would give everyone ample space. We are actually considering buying at the ledges
