We recently stayed at this property with a group of 10 friends and, while the house is in a great location and had the potential to be perfect for our stay, there were some major issues. Unfortunately, the backyard had trash scattered around, which was disappointing. Additionally, a section of the house was unusable because the air conditioning was broken, and we had paid for the full space. The company provided a portable AC unit, but it only managed to keep one room cool enough at night, and it struggled during the day. Despite these setbacks, we made the best of the situation and had a good time with our friends. The space would have been ideal had everything been functional, but these issues definitely impacted our overall experience. The company did agree to open a claim, so we appreciate that, but we hope these problems will be resolved for future guests.

Had a fabulous stay. The house is beautiful. Very spacious. Well equipped. The backyard was great with comfortable seatings and lounge chairs. Outdoor fire pit was very nice. If going during colder season, need to pay extra for your spa heat. Sleeps 12 comfortably on beds, comes with 2 air mattresses, one comes with the house and one you need to pay for if needed in order to sleep 14 as stated on VRBO. The beds very comfortable, just wished the upstairs bedroom had a bathroom :-) and don’t forget to bring extra toilet papers as each bedroom supplied with only one if you have a larger group. I would like to make a suggestion to the management, that each bedroom should have at least two toilet paper rolls as I have seen it in many other VRBO stays. The communication with staff was impeccable. You would get a response in minutes literally through Vrbo messaging or texting at any time of the day or night . Much appreciated. We had the most amazing weekend at the Fresh Prince house. We had everything we needed and more. The home was inviting, clean, spacious and well organized. Mariya was prompt to respond via text with any questions we had and she was extremely helpful. Definitely will consider this home again.

The home perfectly accommodated our family for Christmas & New Years! It is large enough to feel spacious for everyone to be comfortable, with a very large common area, a high beamed ceiling, and two sitting areas separated by a double-sided fireplace creating ambiance wherever you are. The outdoor space is very large with enough room for sitting by the fire pit, lounging outside by the TV, games on the turf, basketball or swimming. Multiple exits to the back yard allows for a nice flow. The home is conveniently located near parks, grocery stores, and old town! I would recommend stocking up on necessities for a longer stay such as dishwasher & laundry pods, paper towels, tissues, soap, etc. as they only provide a small amount for a wash or two. Also the home does not have salt/pepper and basic spices for cooking. I think over time these things will accumulate, but they’re not provided by the host, like many other homes we’ve stayed in. Another addition that would serve this large home well is the addition of surround sound or individual speakers so guests can enjoy music. Fortunately we brought our own Sonos speakers, so you may consider bringing your own if you enjoy listening to music. Our family was very happy in the home, and the hosts were very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! So much space, but family friendly cozy spots. We loved it!

We loved staying at the property. We went to Scottsdale for a business meeting, but chose to bring family along. The family sat by the pool and enjoyed the property while we went to work. We stayed a few days after the meeting and got to enjoy Scottsdale and went out for the day to see the town. Only items not at the property for other guest to know, there was no cleaning supplies. For example, we had to go to the store and get dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, sponges, and a few other items to clean up. we just did not pack these items because we thought those would be there. This was not a big deal, but we needed to clean up and were unable to do so until a trip to the store. We highly recommend this property. We have done VRBO many times, and this was one of the best properties we have stayed at. We looked at many options in Scottsdale and we are thankful we chose this location and this property. We loved this home! It was comfortable and has such a nice flow, the beds sleep well and its spacious. The outdoor space is beautiful.
