Great rental! Enjoyed having a garage and easy access to biking trails which is what we spend alot of time doing . Description of rental stated you can see the sunset over the Rockies which made us believe we could see it from the condo which is not the case you have to walk down the road to the field. But this is no big deal over all we were very pleased with or time there.

We loved this property. Perfect location! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable abs the place itself was very cozy. Would definitely recommend this place. Just to note the stairs entering the condo are pretty steep. No problem for us but might be for others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lagoon Condo. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived and was exactly what our family needed. We had easy access to Breck and all the surrounding towns. 2 things I would like to have seen updated are the coffee pot and the shower in the master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

Our experience was absolutely outstanding, thanks to a very attentive and caring property owner. The condo was available for booking; however VRBO’s website removed the ability to book it the evening before our arrival date. I messaged the owner, Linda, on how to book on short notice, and she made it happen! From messaging me back promptly to calling me directly to ensure we received the access codes, her desire to make our stay wonderful was truly appreciated! The condo has a large open living area that’s great for congregating and plenty of island space to cook and entertain. The location is very accessible to stores and restaurants nearby, and is a quick stroll to the reservoir. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Our family of four really enjoyed our recent visit. This condo was conveniently located to our planned activities and well-appointed. We enjoyed taking walks around Lake Dillon, with the trailheads just a short walk away on quiet streets. As adults we could have easily walked downtown too, but we opted to drive because of the kids. Kitchen was stocked with essential utensils and cookware for all meals (only pantry items were S&P, but that is likely due to current conditions). Plenty of pots and pans for the meals we made, most breakfasts and lunches and some dinners. Boys really enjoyed the community pool/hot tub and we all appreciated the indulgence of the massage chair. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone to chill. (And my partner to get some work done while we were in the condo; there was even a small desk and office chair available in the closet.) The washer/dryer in the unit worked great and made it easy to come home with very little laundry as we get back to the real world. This was our 2nd trip to Frisco as a family and we'd definitely consider returning to this condo.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and as described. It was nice having the garage to pull into and leave all the gear in. Great location close to town and an easy drive to ski Copper and others. We will definitely look to stay again for any trip to the area.

We had booked another property that turned out to be totally unacceptable. Linda worked hard to get us in her property right away. It is large and very clean and perfect!

Had a fun week with the family. We skied at Copper Mountain but location is also close to Breckenridge and Keystone. We liked being close to the town of Frisco and shopping close. Condo was great. Kids liked the massage chair. We had to change something after we booked and owner was very accomodating.

The place was exactly as described, very large, beautiful, and in a perfect location. Highly recommend for a vacation. Just note, the hot tub IS closed

Ski vacation. Great location to get to all the Epic Pass locations (Breck, Keystone, Vail, Beaver) and Copper is close as well. Just off the highway, close to groceries and restaurants. Location is great. Nice to have a garage to park in. Check in was really easy. We really liked the kitchen setup - long counter and open. Girls really liked the massage chair. Beds were good. The sleeper couch is actually one of the nicest ones we've seen/slept on. We would definitely stay again if we came out for a similar trip.

Loved the massage chair after a long day of skiing, easy to access, great location and plentiful communication as well as clean space.

My roommates and myself stayed at Linda's place for New Years for a safe covid ski vacation. The check in/out process was very easy and she responded quickly with any questions we had. Very nice location, only 15 mins from Copper Mtn and directly in the center of town near many amenities. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a ski vacation rental.

The property was perfect for our family to enjoy Christmas together. We had a small issue and the owner was quick to resolve it.

We checked in no problem, the property was clean and wiped down. The fridge was spotless, the bathrooms were great, towles nice and bright white. Very nice. We had a few bumps on the last few days of our stay, but the owner Linda is truly amazing! She is sweet, thorough , and talks to you like a friend you have known for a long while. She took every step to ensure the rest if our stay was perfect. She was quick very quick to respond too. The property, if you stay in the winter , is so close to a place that has a sledding hill. Like right down the street! Cross country skiing, close to 4 grocery stores including a walmart and a wholefoods, fast food, ski rentals. On and on! If you plan to go to a ski resort, call ahead. We didnt unfortunately and you needed passes at some places and others were not open to general public due to covid. Only to members. But! We still had so much fun in the little down town Frisco, going to Leadville, the sledding hill. Kept all my kids busy and having fun! Thank you Linda. Cant wait to get back!
