This house was amazing!! View is beautiful! Close to the airport and restaurants. Georgetown is just a short drive away. Enough room for everyone to sit and eat together or hang out on the deck and enjoy the view. Lots of beach toys, floats and towels. Sand is just steps away. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was our third stay at Blue Marlin and it was as expected...amazing. We keep coming back to this property because the house is great, the pool, the location right on the beach and easy access to the airport, Georgetown and all of the restaurants/bars. We had two families and it was great for adults as well as kids. We will certainly be coming back again in the next couple of years.

Amazing house for our party of 9! It had everything we needed and sat on the beautiful beach of tar bay. This family has thought of everything to make your stay fun and the teenagers loved the pool! We will definitely be back and stay here! Excellent communication from the owners and the concierge. Thank you for a great place to vacation!

Blue Marlin is wonderful: great location, wonderful beach and outdoor space, very roomy and clean. Home is just as you see online. Ayana was very helpful and secured a car and a boat for our stay of 7 days. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The house, the pool, and the beach in front were all fabulous. Our family of seven spent 6 days at Blue Marlin. The house was clean with plenty of room. The separate bedroom and bath beside the pool was an added treat; we opened the windows (they have screens) and went to sleep to the sound of the ocean every night. We used the kayaks, SUPs, ping pong table, hot tub and played a lot of cornhole. The pool and view of Tar Bay can't be beat. Having Ayana as our concierge made everything so easy. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions. And the location was perfect, making the numerous trips to the market easy and quick. We hope to stay here again on another trip to Great Exuma.

Great house, great location...Had a couple windy days, so the heated pool and hot tub came in clutch!!! Been to Exuma multiple times and this house would certainly be at the top of our list when we return! Thank you to the owners and host Ayana for making everything easy and effortless!

House was perfect for our family and another. Clean and had all the amenities needed for a very relaxing and chill holiday.

The setting is AMAZING! Gorgeous beach and pool. The house was perfectly set up to accommodate 8-10 guests at a time. Jane and Nigel were excellent hosts and wanted to be sure that we had the best experience, and they succeeded! We rented for a month and were really able to get into the island life style. If we return to Exuma this would still be the perfect spot to spend time in again!

The Blue Marlin is a wonderful home. The pool and hot tub are great additions. You can’t ask for a better location on the island with the home being on one of the prettiest beaches in the world and close to downtown and convenient stores. View the sunrise from the back deck. We will definitely be back to the Blue Marlin!

This home is amazing. The view, the pool, the hot tub, the beach and finally the house. Everything is perfect we could not have had a better time. Ayana was a great help with groceries directions and places to go thanks for wverything

Great house for two families, awesome location and Ayana (concierge) is super friendly

If we were to visit Exuma again we would rent this property again. The outdoor space and pool was outstanding and right on the beach. We used the paddle boards and kayaks on the ocean. Grilled out on the deck often. Plenty of parking. Very spacious for our group of 10. Well equipped. TV was terrific and had all channels you would want. Air conditioning worked great. Not far from Georgetown center city. VRBO process was not great but it was not the owner’s problem as VRBO was going through some type of a system upgrade and our second payment could not be processed. We made arrangements to pay the owner direct which worked out fine. The owners were great to deal with and their concierge service with Island Concierge was invaluable in helping guide us the whole time. Ayana was outstanding. The home slept well. King size bed on the right side of the house should be changed as it dipped in the middle and shower door could use some repair. All other beds were fine. Really no bugs around other than occasional flies and swatters would have been helpful. Overall very good stay.

What a spectacular view and the home was beyond our expectations! It is the perfect location and the beach access could not be easier. We loved the deck with the comfortable lounge chairs…it was like sitting on the beach without getting your feet in the sand! The house was perfect for our family ( 7 adults, 2 children) with the bunk beds and the private pool house with the queen bed. It was clean, very comfortable, and updated. Everyone had plenty of space. We loved it and would definitely stay in the Blue Pelican again if we come back to Exuma. Ayana was exceptional, answered all my questions in a timely manner, made great recommendations, and booked our excursions. Thanks for a great time!

This house was just as advertised. The outdoor space is large and perfect for big groups. Beach in this part of Tar Bay is outstanding as well. We had an awesome family trip, just wish it could have been longer.

This home was everything we hoped it would be… clean, comfy, convenient to everything but the best was the communication with the Concierge. Ayana set up all excursions, restaurant reservations, was just all around so helpful!! It was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful view and amenities

We LOVED the Blue Marlin. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Stunning views of the water, ideal location to town, and many wonderful beaches. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily as well. We were extremely comfortable in the home. Lots of space. Indoor and outdoor to relax and enjoy Exuma. We would 100 percent return to this property and recommend to friends. It was wonderful. The owners were friendly, Quick to respond and very welcoming. Ayanna-, the conceierge was super helpful and responded quickly. She helped us book boats etc, and gave us great recommendations. All in all, our family of 8 had an amazing and memeorable vacation.
