The driveway and the house was really nice ! Had enough room to turn your boat around . The area was very quiet and relaxing . The home was decorated nicely . The walk way going in the back of the house did have some loose boards on path . We enjoyed our stay . Wish there were more restaurants in the area of the town but we made do . Our next trip back will be when the marina is in season though . Cause when we were there everything was closed , but we did enjoy putting our fishing boat in the lake and enjoying about 5 hours on the water in the sunshine !! The host was very pleasant and his directions were perfect and they did get back with you fast in messages !!

This cabin was perfect for a little weekend getaway! Rural enough to be outdoors, but extremely cozy and comfortable inside the cabin. Jared was an excellent host, answered the few questions I had promptly and with a clear answer. There was only two of us but would feel comfortable with five or six. Will be coming back to this cabin again!

Amazing place! It fit all of our needs and was cozy too. We enjoyed our stay for our visit to the lake but also gave us thoughts about coming back throughout the fall and winter. We will definitely be back!

This VRBO is perfect for a trip with family/friends. Plenty of space on a private lot, and a great front porch for enjoying your morning coffee. We would stay here again the the future!

Close to Jamestown marina! Had a dock slip at State dock but caught a water taxi across to our slip during our stay! Was perfect being so close! Thank you for the stay and we plan to return in the future!

Was really nice, good location, very clean, and well stocked. Only issue I had based on your pictures you had it make you think there are more sleeping areas then there actually is doesn’t quite sleep the number of people without using the floor. But no complaints here.

We really loved the property! However, the foosball table didn’t have a ball which really bummed us out. Several people were looking forward to playing! :/ The coffee bar also was not stocked. We reached out to the owner via text and phone call and never were able to reach him. All that aside, it’s a cool cabin. The beds are super comfy and there was plenty kitchen of utensils which came in super handy!

After a devastating loss last year, I thought getting my husband out of the city would be a good idea. Our children and grandchildren decided to surprise him. The cabin was fantastic and my husband would like to make it a Father’s Day weekend every year!!! Thank you much!

There is nothing bad I can say about this cabin. The cabin is very beautiful. The owner definitely takes pride in his investment. My friends and I wanted a quick weekend trip and we were not disappointed. The second you walk in, it just feels very homey. Jared was very quick to respond to messages. Just minutes from the boat ramp as well. The cabin itself was was very clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. I give this place a 10 out of 10 rating. We had such a great weekend trip and the only downside is that we didn’t book it for a longer stay. We will definitely make another visit. Thanks Jared for making our stay worthwhile.

This cabin was in a quiet location, minutes from the marina. We enjoyed the quite nights by the fire, comfortable accommodations and serenity of the surroundings. It was perfect for our little family!

Beautiful home and property- all the modern conveniences of home! The grill was a bonus and made for an excellent steak dinner! The location is perfect for anyone wanting to fish on Lake Cumberland and has ample parking for a boat. Absolutely zero negatives about this property or host! Perfect stay & experience. We will be back!

The easiest way to explain the place is, we've already decided to come back and do it again. We stayed in March and love it. Weather was perfect for hanging out. Warm but not hot. The owner of the property takes really good care of it. Plenty of firewood for use of the fire pit.

Great property for a family vacation. Fully equipped cabin in a quiet area.

We rented the cabin, hoping for a few relaxing days away. Unfortunately, the weather had other plans. An hour after we arrived, the area was hit by ferocious winds, which uprooted trees and took down power lines in every direction. While not having power is certainly an inconvenience, we didn't realize how lucky we were until we tried to leave the next morning and saw the destruction. Both ends of the street were impassible. It looked like a tornado had ripped through the little subdivision. While the weather had not allowed for the relaxing getaway we had planned, we were taken aback by a couple things that we saw while we were there. 1) The street where the cabin was located was (to be honest) like nothing we see back home. As everyone ventured out to survey the damage, we were stopped by numerous people checking to make sure we were okay and offering food or supplies to help us get through until the power was restored. 2) Jared and his wife were truly amazing. The circumstances were obviously way beyond their control, but they did everything they could to help us, even offering to move us to another one of their rentals up the street, which they hoped would have power restored before our original cabin. Even given the difficult circumstances, the humanity we experienced was something special. We cannot say enough good things about the people we met or the owner's of the cabin. We would highly recommend their rentals and we will definitely be back.

Great location to Jamestown dock. Plenty of parking for boats and cars. Nice fire pit! 8 adults with one bathroom was tight but made do for a weekend trip.
