Home was beautiful and a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the Red Quill property. We were two couples and two single individuals with no kids. Each of us were able to have a private room and there were ample bathrooms. We could have accommodated an additional couple with privacy as well. The hot tub was a great touch and throughly enjoyed!

Weekend visit with old friends. Spent two days mountain biking at Winter Park.

We had a great stay at the townhome! It was spacious and beautiful in the perfect location to explore all of downtown Winter Park. Would definitely recommend!

I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this is one of the few that felt like a home, not just a place designed for renters. The kitchen was well furnished, rooms all comfortable, and the hot tub was great. No complaints, easy check-in and straightforward check-out. Would have loved to stay longer than 3 nights, definitely somewhere I could spend a week or two especially with how close it is to coffee, restaurants, and groceries.

Property was clean and spacious and pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was stocked pretty well but not many plates cups etc for children. Other thing to mention is that the listing advertised that it slept 14 at a stated price per night. After booking I was informed that in the fine print it mentioned an extra charge per night for each guest over 10. I think this should be stated more prominently.

Great location, here for Blues from the Top and we were able to walk back and forth easily. Called property manager about shower drain clogged and they were very responsive. Drain fixed in a few hours. Only negative was unaware of all the stairs.

Very impressed with the house and happy with our vacation! The house was beautiful and well stocked. Lots of beds and towels! It is close to everything and we walked to most of our destinations. We had a lot of fun white water rafting!

A great property. Clean, great beds, bathrooms were spacious, nice kitchen, 2 fireplaces, hot tub a plus! Close to Winter Park.

Great place, easy to find, very large and accommodating. Fireplace and hot tube were clutch. All the beds were super cozy everyone slept well. It was super dry but the had extra humidifiers. Wish I would’ve plugged one in the first two nights…it’s dry so make sure you run the humidifier and have a glass of water by the bed. We were there to shred the gnar. Snow was perfect. It was a great location to winter park. Probably an 8 min drive or so parking can be challenging if trying to park for free. Show up early and no worries. We took the shuttle most of the time because of how close it picks up from the condo plus no having to worry about parking. Overall a great time and would recommend for a big party. We had 6 people with a 7th joining us and it was comfy. Could have easily slept more especially if you have small kids.

We had 7 adults and one child for just ubder a week and loved this property. Plenty of room and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Amenities like humidifiers for each bedroom and the heated garage really helped in the cold dry winter. It is a townhome but we were impressed by how little you can hear the neighbors (only faintly sometimes). Management was very responsive throughout the process and stay.

Parking was a little rough. But everything went great other then that. Hot tub was wonderful. A little drive to the ski resort. Restaurants were close.

Great space for our 2 families. We had a total of 9 people - 3 couples and 3 single adults. Beautifully furnished, everyone got a bed, and there was enough room for anyone who needed some time away from the group. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials, and the living spaces were very comfortable. We had a little trouble regulating the temperature, but overall were very comfortable during our stay. (We did run out of hot water a couple of times, but we were running 9 people through the showers.) The shuttle stop is about a block walk through the adjacent strip mall, so not bad, and the ride to the ski resort was usually around 15 minutes. (The bus system itself is confusing and not terribly user-friendly, despite the existence of a phone app. It's also a REALLY long walk from the drop-off to the lifts/lockers.) But the condo was great and the contact person was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was just as described. It was well stocked with everything and the location was very good. High recommend.

My family stayed here for a ski trip and really enjoyed staying here. The place is well equipped with plenty of extra towels. It’s spacious and even better than the pictures. Each room had a humidifier which was a welcomed touch. There’s a small slope right in front where the kids could sled, they loved it. The sofas in the living room had recliners at the end which are amazing after a day of skiing. Clean, quiet, good location, what more can you ask for!

This property was too loud for us. There was construction in the parking lot next door so we moved. If noise doesn’t bother you, this location is in town and close to everything.

This property was great! We were in town for a music festival. It was a very short walk to the venue. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for a big group during Spring Break! The location was outstanding. The unit was within walking distance of all the places we ate for all our meals! It was was big enough that we could all spread out comfortably!

The condo was perfect for our family ski vacation. There were various choices the children to pick there sleeping arrangements. The location was close to town of Winter Park as well as various resetaurants. Thank you Charlotte for your assistance during our stay.

I believe this is a newer rental property so a couple things needed worked out like wifi but really a great stay and property manager was super responsive and helpful.
