Everything is at your convenience when you stay here. Just steps to all restaurants and shopping. Place is very clean and comfortable. Mount Dora is just a darling town to visit!

The location was perfect to walk into town and enjoy the shops, restaurants and all that Mount Dora has to offer. It was also great to have a private parking space.

Very well, decorated and amenities were perfect… Would stay again… If I had to find something wrong… It would be wish the shower was a little hotter in the air conditioner was a little cooler… But that would be being picky… Five stars all the way

The tiny house 2 provided everything we needed for a weekend get away. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again

We choose to stay at this property not just for it’s location, but also for ease of access to a super clean, comfortable stay. The owner communicates timely and clearly and set up the property to check all the boxes! Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and compact. I would go back if for a couple of days, but we stayed for two weeks, a little small for that amount of time. Great deck for sitting in sun.

This was PERFECT for my husband and I, who are avid travelers & foodies and wanted to walk around, experience local cuisine, do some shopping, have some nice wine, and be within easy walking distance, right in the center of it all. We're so glad we stayed here! We quickly realized we made a good decision, as it was the most centrally-located while still being 100% peaceful and silent at night. Not a peep! In fact, this was the most quiet I've had in years. We slept like dreamboats in the huge memory foam bed, and made eggs & avocado toast in the morning before heading out to explore. Check in was a breeze—I love a great self-check-in keypad—and we felt really safe the entire time. Even better? The owner, Karen, owns a candle factory, so the whole place is like a spa. Cleaned to perfection, high-end finishings, and a cozy and adorable mini cottage for two. Karen even checked in with us to make sure we knew how to turn on the heat, as it was chilly the few days we were in town! Great place, great host, would definitely book again. Thanks, Karen!

This was our 3rd visit to Mt Dora and our 2nd time at Christmas. The cottage was just as depicted, very clean and cozy. The host Karen answered any questions we had promptly. The only downside was the cold weather over Christmas. The location was great for that as we could quickly walk to our favorite Mexican place, Fiesta Grande in just a couple minutes!

We love this property with its parking place off the street beside the house, the large deck out back, the location is one block off the main street. Wonderful, clean and easy!

This is a lovely property located right downtown Mount Dora, well kept and very charming. We will definitely go back if Mount Dora is in our travel plans.

Beautiful property. Quite yet in the heart of Mount Dora.

We planned a last minute trip to Mt Dora and wanted to be able to park our car and walk to everything. This place was perfect. The size was great for 2 and the patio was fabulous, extremely large with a nice chair and table set. Bed was very comfortable . We walked everywhere the 2 days we were there. Karen, the owner, was very attentive to us! We'll definitely be back .

What a great little hideaway in Mt Dora. Walkable. House is tiny but it fit my husband, me and my two boys perfectly as we spent the days on the lake. Has a cute outdoor back patio too. We loved it so much, before we even checked out, we re-booked for march.

While the location was great and the cottage was cute there were some areas of improvement. An electric outlet was defective to left of bed. The cottage needed a toaster and towels provided for all occupants. There was a problem with the air but that was remedied. Suggestion would be to provide more information regarding the workings of the cottage, like where to put trash or recycling, what to do if air stops, what is needed to check out.

Look no further for a cozy, lovely and immaculate place to stay while you experience beautiful downtown historic Mt. Dora! This little cottage has everything you need for a delightful stay - and the host, Karen, could not be more welcoming and attentive! I brought my dog and she made us both feel right at home! I cannot say enough about how immaculately clean and fresh the cottage was when we arrived! I thought I was the only one left in the world who cleaned like this! You will not be disappointed! I will be back for sure!

We were here for a girls weekend and the cottage was perfect for us. Super clean, historic, and sooo close to everything. We could shop and go back to the tiny house and then go back out. Check in and out was easy. We would love to come back!

This property is a wonderful location for all that Mount Dora has to offer. Very clean, with easy access. You’re right in downtown but feel like you’re in a secluded oasis. We will definitely stay here again.
