SeaSwan is nothing short of spectacular. From the first moment the gate opened to reveal the breathtaking (truly) view, I was smitten. This house is clearly a product of love, intention and exceptional taste - a thing of beauty. Every need and desire we had was met and surpassed. There are few things in the world that can lure me away from the beaches of St. John, but SeaSwan is certainly one. We looked forward to returning each day to relax and enjoy the sunset and remarkable view. Perfect!

First and foremost the house has an excellent view and is 5 minutes from the Windmill bar which is an even better view. The house is very comfortable for 4 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including 2 refrigerators and all appliances. My only wish is that the kitchen had AC or at least a screened door, overall the house temperature was pleasant though. The outdoor living space is very nice and made some good evenings.

First, Alyce and Ausra are the best vacation rental hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our time in St. John was for a final girls trip with my sisters and our mother, who is terminally ill. Both Alyce and Ausra are nurses, and made sure we had the information for the clinic on the island in the event our mother needed medical assistance. Amazingly, the villa was available last-minute during the busiest weeks of the year, and it could not have been more suited for my mothers accessibility needs, which is very rare for any villa on the island! To top off the wonderful accessibility, the villa is absolutely GORGEOUS and roomy, complete with every little detail and touch you could want. The views from the expansive outdoor space from sunrise to sunset are stunning, and the neighborhood is very, very quiet and tranquil. Everything you could need for the beach is provided, including coolers, chairs, towels, pool noodles, and an umbrella. We are so grateful for such wonderful hosts, and for precious time well-spent with our mother. Thank you for being a part of such a magical week. Beautiful and comfortable, Seaswan is private and safe...a getaway from it all, with a view to inspire the soul. We love to return year after year...our home away from home.

Great experience. Beautiful, clean, comfortable property. Well stocked kitchen - pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. The view is outstanding. We knew this upfront that the upstairs bedroom did not include a bathroom. The second bathroom is located outside. Normally it wouldn’t be a big issue but it rained most nights which meant our friends were walking in the rain. Also it’s allot of steps down, across and back up. Middle of the night trips to the bathroom were no fun. Staircase to second bathroom is tricky for senior citizens.

Sea swan was a little further out from Cruz Bay than we would have liked So did not go to town as often. You definitely will need a Jeep to go up the steep and winding roads especially if the roads are wet which they were during our visit. We did have renters in the property next to us that were loud and unpleasant but Alyce was as helpful as she could be given she wasn’t on the island. It was definitely something that she was very upset about and something definitely out of the norm for that property and the Island that we have been staying on for years. I would definitely stay there again if it was not for the distance to town. We are used to a couple minute drive. For those needing air conditioning there are units only in the bedrooms not in living area or kitchen area. It does get rather hot during rainy and humid months as it was during our stay.

Sea swan was amazing. Perfect for families. Alyce and Asura were wonderful. They made everything so effortless. The communication was perfect. From updates on what to expect at the airport to meeting at the ferry. We had family down at the same time staying at 2 other houses and Sea swan was easily the best stocked for all you needs. Pots and pans, silverware, and dishes were in great shape. There are 2 full size fridges to keep whatever you need cold. The outdoor living area was the highlight. With unobstructed views and a great breeze. The house is centrally located but still on the Cruz Bay side.

We just returned home from a week stay in SeaSwan Villa. One thing that stood out to us - everything you could imagine you may need for a stay on St John was available in the villa. The kitchen had every appliance and every cooking utensil you could imagine. Our family enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the outdoor space every evening! The owner is very responsive to questions and will go above and beyond for anything you need!

We really enjoyed the views and breezes at SeaSwan. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

We love our 'home away from home' and we are grateful to the owners for their loving care.

Alyce was easy to deal with & the greeter was awesome. The views are spectacular, the amenities are many. The home is well stocked & comfy. The vista is so beautiful you have to see it to believe it. If you’re caught without a car, no worries, call Leo, Mr Wonderful & he will take you everywhere you wanna go! ❤️

Great place! Outstanding views! We had a rainbow every morning! Winnie the greeter was outstanding! Only caviot would be the second bathroom was in an adjacent building. Didn’t bother us but might some. Would stay there again in a minute!

Beautiful home. Extremely well stocked kitchen (even had spices in the freezer!) - it was wonderful to be able to scrounge up a meal when we arrived as we were pretty tired. It was nice that they supplied much needed items like TP/paper towels, large bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as large beach towels and chairs. Amazing views (especially of the sunsets). Was surprised that the second bathroom is unattached - have to go outside to get to it - not really a big deal though. Also found the beds rather firm for us. But I would rent here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I with our three children (ages 19, 17, and 13) stayed at this incredible property December 21-28, 2019. It is centrally located on the island with easy access to all areas, including Cruz Bay and the National Park. Jamie greeted us when we arrived and gave us great snorkeling and other tips! The house was well stocked, including with plenty of towels and beach chairs/umbrella. The kitchen was very convenient to use, and we cooked dinners at the house almost every night and enjoyed the sunset and incredible views from the balcony. My husband loved the grill! It is such a relaxing place. We have traveled to many places around the world, and this is the best property we've ever rented. We can't wait to come back!

The Sea Swan was our paradise for a week! We loved the beautiful views, the large rooms, the full kitchen, the easy access to beaches, shops and more. A hidden gem. We will be back. 😊�

Beautiful home at St John. Wini was at the ferry dock when we arrived and was so helpful getting our Jeep and showing us to the villa. Alyce had a beautiful welcome basket that came in very handy and the pumpkin muffins were amazing.
