We brought our golden retriever and our 16-year old daughter for Labor Day Weekend. The location of the property is incredible - just steps from Rainbow Lake. The fenced yard was a godsend for our busy dog. The cabin itself feels very spacious and is well-appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the backyard grill looked brand new. This is a great home base for all the hiking, horseback riding, picnicking and fishing that put the White Mountains on the map: we would love to stay again!

Clean, cozy and convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. The owner called us to make sure everything was ok. And most importantly the dogs loved the fenced and grassy front yard. We definitely would stay again.

If you ever have the opportunity to stay at any of Ron’s properties, please do so. You will not regret it. This place was perfect for our nice weekend getaway. Amenities were great, location was perfect, (right by Rainbow lake) and checkin was super easy and seamless. Thanks again Ron, for being such a great host. We appreciate it!

We very much like the location by the lake. The street doe get a lot of traffic. The AC units are very loud. In the past we didn’t need them but this trip we did need them to stay cool. The yard was supposed to be mowed prior to our stay was t done but dogs didn’t care. Overall we are very happy and most likely will stay here again it would be nice if there were co tiniest small improvements

Me and and my teenage kids stayed here and fished almost everyday. The lake is so close the kids could walk by themselves. We caught a total of 25 fish between all of us. Very comfortable and located in the perfect place.

The place was walking distance from the lake. It was very nice and charming atmosphere. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and just speaking with all the neighbors. The place was very roomie and cozy. I can imagine winter stay being very nice.

Second time staying here. It’s a great place to get out of the heat and the dogs absolutely love playing in the yard. I stayed four nights and never had to leave the property once it has everything I needed on site. Definitely will be back again.

Fenced yard, covered porch around the house. Enjoyed large TV and spacious living room. Beds were very comfortable. Home was well supplied with every day items. Will be staying here on our next visit.

I felt that generally speaking everything was well kept and clean. There were webs up in the ceiling rafters, which would make some squeamish, but I didn't feel like it effected our stay much.
Rented a boat around the corner - would 100% do that again! The host helped guide where to look for the boat rental.
Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with my coffee.

The space was perfect for our family. Our dog that has never seen grass licking the fenced in yard. The natural animals visited often, we saw geese, squirrels, and a skunk. These are animals we don’t get to see, which we loved. The entertainment system has easy access ports for gaming or devices. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has heated shower. The lake was very close with options for fishing and the niceties provided by the host was amazing. Thank you again!!

We had an excellent stay up in Pinetop. The property was very nice and cozy. We really enjoyed the full wrap-around deck and the fully fenced yard. Check in and check out were very easy. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the cool fall weather. Being walking distance to Rainbow Lake was a big plus.

This place had everything we needed and was a fun place to stay. The dogs having grass and a yard was an awesome plus! Very short walk to Rainbow Lake and a dock that was perfect for fishing. Would definitely recommend, especially to those with dogs!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Pinetop, Lakeside, enjoyed everything about this cabin, was comfortable.had everything we needed and we were even treated to treats for us and our dog. Already gave a friend the information about this place. Thanks for everything!

Loved the cabin set up. Was perfect for our dogs to run around outside with the fenced in yard. Lake was super close to walk to! Plenty of stores nearby to get groceries for the stay too. The whole family enjoyed the getaway!

The information provided before check in and at check out was perfect, except. Host text me at 6:30 each morning. That was not expected and my sleep was disrupted terribly. The information conveyed was good, but 5 separate texts at that hour.
Property was clean and had all amenities I could ask for. The gift basket was a nice touch. Previous renter left some dirty paper plate, no big deal. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and the location. The pups loved the yard and were safe. I will definitely come back to this property. Have already suggested to others.

Beautiful, cute little cabin right next to the lake, with all the amenities you need. Clean, comfortable beds. Functioning kitchen. Full bath. Fenced in yard, wrap around covered porch. Dog friendly! The front porch is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise while drinking coffee. This was a great place to spend a birthday weekend!

Had a great time staying here with my two Boston Terriers. Had zero luck fishing but oh well. There is a lot of vehicle traffic but not a deal breaker. Place is just as described and host was very communicative with me before during and after.

I have two dogs that I never leave behind. So to find a very dog friendly place to stay like this was a dream. Location was great with really good walking areas and fenced in yard. The lake is pretty much out the front door. Restaurants and stores are short drive away. And I’ve already booked it to come back again.

Cute, comfy place, great grass fenced yard all around. Lake laps over small river rock pebbles so our dog could walk right in. Dock and boat ramp all just steps away. Geese and ducks and herons to watch and feed. Temperatures perfect--relief from our heat. Many nearby dog-friendly eateries. So relaxing!

Perfect location and home for family time. Brother and kids enjoyed the space, and it was a comfortable place for Aunts and Uncle to join for bugers and dogs on the new grill. Steps to Rainbow Lake and a great forest walk across the dam.
