The flat is on the 2nd level but does have an elevator which was very important for my husband who uses a walking device. The flat is well laid out making it easy for my husband to use his walker. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It is true to its listing offering many amenities. Sitting on the balcony with my morning cup of coffee was a highlight.Nothing is very far in Rosemary beach but we loved that it was only a three block walk to the shops. The beach was an easy 10-minute walk for us. The town of Rosemary is very accommodating to the needs of someone who needs assistance walking. Ramps were available whenever we encountered steps. The security person who drives the golf cart around town gave us his phone number in case my husband got tired walking and needed a ride. Beach Services offered a beach wheelchair making it easier to get to our beach chair. There is no charge for the using the wheelchair which is located at the handicap accessible crossover (G). We plan to return to Rosemary Beach next year and will definitely book Just Breath Flat for our accommodation. It is a lovely property.

We could hear every single floor creak, step, laughter, drawer opening from the units around us. With 2 young kids, we were constantly barking at them to not run or laugh/yell too loudly b/c we knew we were probably a nuisance. Otherwise, the condo itself is very nice...we got to make our own breakfasts and lunches...we didn't lack anything for cooking. The kids LOVED the bunk beds. We loved eating meals out on the balcony. And it was just across from a green space, where we played football every night with the was so nice. Easy walking to everything in Rosemary.

This place was excellent and as expected in the wonderful town of Rosemary.

This was the perfect spot for a few quick days in Rosemary for our family of 6. Bunk beds were cozy for our girls and their friends and king bed was comfy too! Quiet space within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Got to watch a beautiful wedding take place at the park across from our balcony which was dreamy and pretty quiet when doors were closed. Would totally book again!

And the free bikes made it even easier to get around, including touring the interesting and impressive architecture of the homes in the Rosemary Beach area. There even just happened to be a music concert less than a block from the condo one evening that we were able to watch and listen to from our front deck. And although it’s a very popular area, it was never crowded or too busy anywhere we went during our mid-June stay.If you want a relaxing and fun vacation near a beautiful beach and great amenities, this is a great choice!

Clean, comfortable condo with all the necessities. Loved the two bikes that came with the unit and the access to Rosemary Beach pools, beaches and restaurants close by.
