Sweet little house. Very clean, had everything we needed. Only negative comment is that there are skylights over the master bed, which made it very bright, very early.

We loved the home and the beautiful views of the stars. The space was comfortable and the location was good for traveling to different sites.

This is located on a quiet street with lots of pine trees around. Great decks to relax on. Perfect for 6 people. We would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful winter retreat. The location was easy to find, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the stay was cozy with all the amenities we needed.

The house was as described and suited our needs perfectly. We wanted to be in a location within driving distance of area attractions and it was a quick drive to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Perfect for our family of 4!

We rented this property for a weekend getaway and had a lot of fun, great views around the property and the house was set up perfectly. We were also able to get into contact with the owner quickly and easily when we needed to woth questions. Overall a fantastic place to stay at.

This was the perfect home for our family to stay in. We even took the dog and had no issues. Things were clean and communication was excellent! The perfectly timed snowfall was a bonus. This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in and hope to return soon.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Neighborhood is very quiet and serene. Close to downtown flag and a mile drive to local general store for anything we needed. This is our second year and the property and looking forward to more in the future.

Quiet place on cul-de-sac. Close to highway and Flagstaff, but away just enough for peace and quiet. Open floor plan with many windows and skylights to enjoy the pines and night sky. Clean and verywell maintained.Very enjoyable stay.

We had an outstanding stay at this property. It was quiet, clean and had amazing amenities. Would definitely come back.

Great location, very close to the venue where our son got married. The house was very clean, and well-equipped. Lovely views from the deck. Things to consider: The lighting along the gravel/RR tie steps is poor. we had to use cellphone flashlights to make our way in the dark. A bit unnerving for 4 seniors. Master bedroom: outlet on interior wall between bath and bedroom is not secure. Phone charger would not stay in either the top or bottom socket. Had to stand an upright suitcase against it every night. One bedside lamp bulb blew out which we replaced, one did not work at all. Couldn't locate ironing board/iron. Can opener was funky, 4 of us couldn't figure it out. (could be just us..;) Ended up opening can with a large knife.

Quiet and clean, very enjoyable stay. Those with Toddlers will face a challenge with stairs outside and inside the home.

Went up just for a weekend getaway. Had everything we needed. Nice cabin with a deck among the trees but still close enough to Flag if you need something. Host communicated well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the comforts of home. Beautiful deck area in the pines trees. All amenities provided. Dogs loved watching the squirrels from the patio. A quick 7 mins. to Flagstaff and restaurants. Will look forward to our next stay.

This was such a nice quiet getaway! Perfect location not too far from downtown Flagstaff. We will definitely be back!

Exactly what we needed for our stay

Nice older property that is dog friendly with a great deck in the trees. It’s close to hiking trails and a short drive to Flagstaff. Matt the property manager was very helpful. I would stay here again

Beautiful cabin fully furnished. The only thing I would suggest is a full sized king comforter on the master bed. We found every time we turned over… one of us had no covers. Other than that..a great place!

Super easy check in and out. Good communication with property manager. The place was very clean and nicely off the beaten path. We only stayed 2 Nights and basically just slept there as we were busy exploring during the day, but the place was well stocked for cooking if you chose to do so. The only complaints are that the bedrooms are small and cramped if 2 people are staying in them. Also, the beds in both bottom floor rooms were very uncomfortable to us. The place is in need of some updates, it's rather dated and has some wall switches that didn't turn anything on or off that we could see. The first night we were there we were awakened at 2am by some loud and obnoxious rap music by a property below. Who clearly did not follow the quiet time rules.. Overall it was a nice place, great location but I wouldn't go there again with 5 people. I think with a family of 4 it would be great.

Absolutely lovely home. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The gas fireplace in the living room was perfect, we used it every evening. Communication with management was great, all our questions were answered promptly.

We had a lovely stay at this sweet cabin in Kachina Village. We arrived after a serious snow storm but the drive and sidewalk were clean. The house was clean, warm and inviting.

We had a terrific time! And will consider staying again. To my reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was because of the snow and ice. Not your fault at all.
