This house was perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the primary shower was awesome! The stream out back is pure magic! We loved it!

This was the perfect home base for our time in Sequoia and Kings Canyon! Our family loves staying in VRBO’s so our teens and young adults can spread out and have their own space and this place had it all!! Nice size kitchen, big table to eat and play games at, plenty of living room seating and can we talk about the deck and the river flowing by?! I could’ve listened to that all day! Game room in the garage with LOTS of options too! And so nice to do a little laundry on vacation! Host had excellent communication and had no issues with check in/check out. There is a market about a mile down the road and not much further there is Three Rivers Brewing and Ol Buckaroo - would recommend both places just on the vibe of sitting outside by the river. But wait staff was super friendly as well and good at Ol Buckaroo was yummy! And get yourself some sandwiches and coffee and Sequoia Coffe Company in the morning. You won’t be disappointed! Beautiful location! We loved hanging out outside by the river. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again!

Very nice home on the river with great access to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. A great place for home base for multiple days in the parks for us. Our group all concurred that we could see ourselves just staying along the river for a week and never leave the beautiful scenery. Would stay there again with no hesitation!

We enjoyed our visit to Peaceful Riverfront Resort #2. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The kids loved the game room and we spent a lot of time relaxing by the river. The house was a great location to enter Sequoia National Park through the Foothills entrance.

This is a beautiful property that we enjoyed staying at during a recent trip to Yosemite and Sequoia National Park. We had a married couple, a female widow and two single grown men. In reviewing the property, we found both 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom listings.. with the 4 bedroom part of the listing calling out how each of the 4 rooms were set up for sleeping arrangements. Since we are very close friends, we weren't too concerned at the onset of the reservation assuming the 4-bedroom layout was more precise & would work great for our group. Upon arrival, we enjoyed the back deck and the stream behind the property and didn't pay too much attention to anything else until late afternoon when we decided to get ready for going out to dinner and found there only to be 3 bedrooms & with none of the 3 rooms having (2) Double or (2) single beds... so we were confused & reached out to the property manager that said there was no listing of (4) bedrooms on the property. Since we had a print out of the reservation & property details, we KNOW there was a call out for (4) bedrooms along with each room set up. We ended up giving the master bedroom to the (2) single grown men and the married couple moved into one of the smaller bedrooms. Needless to say, it was not an ideal rental for us...but we made it work. During our stay, we had several conversations with the property manager.....trying to see if she would give a discount for the confusing listing but she wouldn't.

Great hangout spot for family breakfast before heading to the ranch each day. Lots of amenities.

Beautiful property Outstanding location ,very large , had everything we needed. It was so perfect. I hate to mention the next two things but just figured I would. It needs a laundry basket and I would recommend some window etching on the master bath shower. Otherwise absolutely excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing place to stay! My friends and I stayed here for a Sequoia National Park trip and we couldn’t have been happier. It’s as close proximity to the entrance while having your own home - can’t beat it. A small section of the river is right in thr backyard - beautiful flowing River ambiance 24/7. A fire pit, lawn to pull lawn chairs on and watch an incredible night sky with shooting stars every 10 minutes it seemed. The kitchen is great, the dining and living room are wonderful. Big beds and an incredible game room. Lucky to picked this place to stay!

Nice place right on the creek, unfortunately the cleaning crew did not do there job very well. Floors were dirty and makeup powder on sink upstairs. Master bedroom ceiling fan did not work, fireplace did not turn on or off, cleaning crew kept popping up 2 days of my trip needing access, beautiful home but seems to need some kinks worked out

Even in late October, there was still water running in the river. It was very soothing to fall asleep to. The house was spacious & nice. We had to reach out to the property manager to get the door code, and luckily we reached out early, because it took some time before they responded. We got the code a minute or two after arriving.

Nice place. Clean. Excellent game room. Nice deck with plenty of chairs for visiting outdoors.

Home is nice area is beautiful. Windows need to be cleaned. Whomever cleans the home between guests is just doing the basics, the windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. There was an empty beer can on the patio. We dont drink. We weren't sent the code to get into the property at check in time. I messaged the property on VRBO twice and never received a response. I called and left a voice mail. Did receive a call back and was told the code would be texted to me. Still did not receive anything. Had to text them again when we arrived at the property and was finally sent the code. Had issues with both coffee pots. Overall a nice stay but for the price being paid things could have been better.

This is an amazing property with plenty of space. Our group loved the backyard. Taking naps in the hammocks listening to the river rush beside you! We fished in the river as well! Proximity to the park is tremendous. Thank you for maintaining this property and making it available to make memories like we did!

We totally enjoyed this beautiful luxurious home with the stream in the back yard. There were several amenities that we did not get the opportunity to enjoy because we didn't have enough time. We would defiantly stay here again & would highly recommend it. Cynthia was very accommodating & made us comfortable.

We were delighted with this property! We arrived after spending a few days in Yosemite in a heated tent and felt that we had struck the jackpot! The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The views were magnificent! The owner was responsive to any questions/issues that arose. And, the game room in the garage was a real hit! We would highly recommend staying here!

Just miles from Sequoia National Park southern entrance. This home was perfect with a beautiful deck overlooking a small river/stream. Waterfall nearby. The game room was a huge hit with the teenagers and adults alike. We spent a day just hanging on the property instead of going to the national parks everyday. We all had the best time. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this property.

Our family of 5 stayed 4 nights while visiting Sequoia NP. The house is beautiful and is in a great neighborhood, close to the park entrance. As a frequent renter, this property was one of the most stocked properties we’ve been to. They have everything you need for a great trip, including a well-appointed kitchen with some thoughtful snacks and a very fun game room with billiards, table tennis, air hockey and arcade game (I forgot how much I loved Galaga growing up!). We spent a lot of time on the gorgeous back deck grilling, eating meals and having great conversation and a few drinks around the gas fire pit at night. If we return someday, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay.

The property is well located for access to Sequoia and very comfortable for our three couples. Even during the dry season when the river isn’t running, the back deck is perfect for peaceful mornings listening to the birds and waiting for the sunrise. The games garage is a great bonus! Good water pressure and lots of hot water.

Overall my Mom and I enjoyed our time here, but the biggest issue we had was not having current photos of the backyard which currently has no water flowing through it. We also didn't like the fact that we're charged a cleaning fee yet we're the ones having to wash dishes and take our bedding to the laundry room before leaving... we have no issue cleaning up after ourselves, but the point of being on vacation is to not have to worry about chores. We also don't like being charged for something if we're the ones doing the work. Besides those minor things it was a great house. We both loved the game room and the master bedroom shower that overlooks the trees in the backyard. It was also nice having a TV in the living room so that we could watch shows via our Fire Stick and the full kitchen was also a plus because we were able to do all of our cooking right there.

we arrived to the property , the property manager text me the code to enter the property, after we enter the property, the people were inside! property manager/ owner Double booked the property. she called me right after and start to scream at me! she was yelling at me to get out the property! I didn't know what did I do wrong! Our vacation were completely ruined. we did not have any place to stay! I quickly went on line and by luck i find on room available inside the park for the night. we spent the night in the hotel and head back home in the morning. we were about to spent 2 night in Three rivers, and we were suppose to do BBQ for 2 nights. All of my food spoiled and we were very stressed and our vacation were completely wasted. No compensation from owner /property manager or VRBO. it is not acceptable! I am a customer with VRBO for last 10 years, but I am not booking from this site anymore. It's very unprofessional! Very bad experience

You want perfection then stay here. Back yard is nature at its finest. Only there 2 nights but beds comfy and game room so much fun. Will definitely come again. Thank you for sharing your home!

After the long drive from Death Valley, it felt like coming home to this beautiful house. The listing description, while accurate, doesn’t do it justice. With the river running through the backyard and the mountains just beyond, we were tempted to stay the whole time at the house! The owner was quick to reply to a question or with a suggestion. Absolutely loved it here!

Wow! This house was perfect. We got it for the game room for the teens, but when we saw the backyard, our jaws dropped. The river is right in the backyard. It was so relaxing and beautiful. More than we expected.

Cynthia is an amazing host, the house is situated right next to a beautiful river, very close to Sequoia National Park entrance. Lots of boards games and games to keep kids entertained. The house has everything you need, lots of extra blankets, pillows, etc. Close proximity to the general market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Will stay here again!!!

The place was great. Very clean and nice. Also very peacefull. The views were amazing and it was close enough to sequoia. I would def stay agian.
