We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the house! We especially loved having all of the bedrooms on the same floor and each room having its own bathroom was an added bonus! The pool was wonderful as well.

My family had a wonderful stay with our group of 6 adults and one toddler! The house was so nice, very clean and tastefully decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed, including a pack and play and booster seat for my son and lots of beach toys. We really enjoyed eating meals on the screened in porch overlooking the ocean as well as hanging out by the pool. I would definitely stay again.

For years we have rented a large (i.e. 10 BR, 10+BA, pool, oceanfront...) houses to accommodate family from all parts of the country for a week at Holden Beach. Over time, our schedules became so conflicted, it was impossible to find a week common to all. So we decided to downsize with only a portion of the family at a smaller home. We selected correctly!!!! We couldn't have found a better place. I have already booked next summer...... and that was before our first stay at this place. I don't want to regurgitate all the reviews, but the are correct. Enjoy!

The house is clean and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views. Kitchen stocked with anything you may need to cook for the family. It was all we had hoped for!!!

We were very pleased with the house it was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed!! We had a fantastic time and was blessed to have an opportunity to make beautiful memories with our grand children and adult children!!😊

The location and house were beautiful! The pool was perfect for our group. Although the weather wasn’t the best because of high winds, rain and current advisory, we made the most of every minute we could be on the beach. Our host Jenni was very helpful!

We had a great vacation here. The home was very clean and had nearly everything we needed. We didn't see any plastic kids' cups, which would been nice, but definitely wasn't a big deal. Loved the closeness of the beach and the super easy access. My kids loved the pool and all the great shells they were able to find. Loved that each bedroom had its own full bathroom and the privacy that provided. The little welcome kit provided by the host was a very thoughtful nice touch. We loved our beach vacation and can't wait to visit the ocean again!

House, location, and owner were wonderful. Our family of 5 enjoyed the heated pool, the amazing seashells and shark teeth on the beach, the very short stroll off the deck to the beach, the pool toys and outdoor shower, the enclosed patio off the kitchen…I could go on and on. Beautiful home, worth every penny. Jenni is an amazing host. Easy contact and fast response if you need anything. The pool is a nice touch, we used it every day. The inverted floor plan, Kitchen and Livingroom located upstairs maximizes the view. Gas and charcoal grills made cooking a breeze and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you could need to cook. We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at the beach house and we will definitely be back! We have been going to a new beach house twice a year for the past 5 years to find the perfect beach/house and we finally found it! Home was clean, kitchen had plenty of equipment, pool was the perfect size for our kids. The beach was super quiet and there were a ton of shells and shark teeth! Jenni was super responsive and made all the home intructions super clear. Can't wait to book our next vacation here!

Beautiful location. We stay in Holden beach every spring and as always we enjoyed our stay. Communication was fabulous and check in and out was easy. I do think there are little things that need attention to on the property. The property needs to be cleaned a little better. Ceiling fans, screened in porch area on windows were very dirty, behind and under furniture. It looked like the surface was just done. Pillows were very flat and need replaced. The furniture in the main living area are older, but comfy. The property has a nice pool and just steps away from the sand. The new deck and walk way were GREAT! A lot of appliances and books/games included. All in all, I think there are defiantly little things that could be done that would make this house even more fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, we realized that we had made the right choice. The pictures are an exact representation of the house. We loved the large windows that provided natural light and amazing ocean views day and night. The kitchen was fully loaded with the basics but of course bring your own small favorite items. The open concept allows you to cook and see the family. The option to eat indoors or on the screened in porch was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the room set up was perfect for little ones and grandma to go to bed early and others stay up. The heated pool and easy access to the ocean made it easy to enjoy multiple times throughout the day. We did not explore the town, but we saw lots of restsurant options or cute stores to explore. There are a lot of steps but it allows for great ocean views and space in the house so it doesn't feel like everyone is on top of each other. The owner, Jenni, was responsive prior to and during the trip. Thanks Jenni for providing such a great resting place at the ocean!

This house was just amazing. We loved the views and the short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time using the pool and appreciated that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. I’m also permanently in love with the refrigerator and will be buying that for my next fridge purchase!!

We enjoyed our stay in a nice, clean home. The beds were very comfortable! So nice to have a pool and the beach in your backyard. Cannot recommend this house enough!!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home right on the beach over the Thanksgiving holiday! The heated pool was a plus! The only negative was all the stairs, difficult for the older family members! It was everything we needed and we would rent again!

This home was very clean and had the necessary items that you would want. Many extras. Would definitely stay there again. We all loved it.

The beach house is beyond spectacular! Jenni, the owner, thought of everything. The views are absolutely beautiful. We loved every single second of our stay there!

The process was great end to end. The house was very clean and the check in process and communication was well organized. Overall we had a great stay. The house was close to the beach and super convenient. This was our first time on Holden Beach and we found ourselves looking for more activities like on Emerald Isle, but that's something we somewhat expected. Bottom line, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to the beach.

We came with our 2 kids under 2 and another couple. We had the perfect amount of space. They layout of the home is perfect for sleeping kids and adults to keep visiting. We enjoyed the pool and the ease of getting to and from the beach. We were able to enjoy riding bikes in the morning and the house is a quick drive to great restaurants. The owners were very accommodating before and during our stay.

The house is beautiful. The rooms are spacious (pix of the kitchen don’t do it justice) and the outdoor spaces are great! The kitchen is well appointed. I would recommend that you bring your own bath linens. Also, bring TP and garbage bags.

The house needs a little maintenance but overall a nice stay for family. It is not good for older folks due to the large amount of stairs which we should have remembered from our previous stay. Thanks.

The views and ocean access can't be beat. This house has EVERYTHING. Very clean and good sized rooms. You will love the beach right out the back door past your private swimming pool. Jenni is a great host. We are already planning to go back.

I absolutely loved this home! The pictures and description are 100% accurate. My favorite part of the house was the upstairs, screened-in porch. My children loved the pool. Keyless entry and easy access to the beach was a plus. Jenni, the owner, was amazing too. I had to touch base with her a few times while we were there and she responded right away and was very attentive. I highly recommend staying at this home and hope to be back soon!

The house was perfect for our family- we especially loved the screened in porch (the adults could sit out there while the kids were watching the tv in the family room). We did quickly run out of toilet paper and paper towels so be sure to bring extras- otherwise the house was fully stocked, The views of the ocean from the upstairs were breathtaking. I look forward to returning to Holden Beach again.

Holden Beach is a great town for relaxing. We had an amazing time in this beautiful home. It had everything we could possibly need and more. Beds were comfortable and the view was incredible. Being on the beach was perfect and the pool was a nice option in the late afternoon.

We loved staying here! It was a beautiful sight to see the ocean out of the top floor windows and the rooms were very nice sized and clean and tastefully decorated.
