I've stayed in homes all over FL. I've used VRBO for almost 20 years for family vacations. This one was the BEST of every one I've been to. The location is really perfect. Directly across from the street(A1A) from the ocean with expansive views out of the entire east side house being floor to ceiling window/doors. Magnificent! Walk to at any of about 15-20 restaurants/ice cream spots/etc without any real effort. We literally did not use our car for a week to go out anywhere! Now, inside the house these folks have clearly done their prep work. Great beds, nice linens and one thing most people ignore, GREAT PILLOWS! I often struggle to sleep out of my own bed but had zero issue here. The kitchen was fully stocked. We literally often bring our own stuff because many VRBO kitchens are less than ready, but this one had everything right down to a fully automated and separated ICE MAKER(this is key for beach trips/filling coolers!). They even stock the bathrooms with toilet paper and hand soap dispensers and not the raggedy little soap you get at many places. Again, these people have done their prep work to make it the best. There are 3 levels and an HVAC system on each level. Clearly expensive HVAC units as I swear I never heard it "running" but it was always very cool. Cool RC fireplace with colors. Separate fridge in the lower level with wet bar. All bathrooms with good water pressure. I give this a 10/10 and hope to come back next year!

Salty Gator was perfect for us. The main level is where our group lives. Watching movies, sharing meals, drinks on the deck. Then the bedrooms were set away and amazingly quiet. Absolutely everything we could ask for.

This beautiful home offered us everything we needed for a wonderful week for our family. From the roomy,open space with all cooking needs, to the large table for evening games, to the garage with anything you would need for the beach. We hope to return to this lovely home in our special place, Flagler Beach.

The Host was very professional and personable. She was willing to answer all my questions prior to the trip, sending an email highlighting nearby restaurants and stores that we could possibly need. The house and view were amazing. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We loved eating at the large island, grilling out back, playing putt putt and walks on the beach which was just across the street. We feel they thought of everything which made it feel like home away from home... I can't wait to visit again... The house is definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

This house was perfect. The location is amazing. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all in walking distance. The house itself is gorgeous and there was plenty of room for our extended family. The house had amenities for our little ones too! Property managers were easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend and so excited to plan our next vacation here.

This home was absolutely beautiful, super clean and the owners were extremely easy to work with. Don’t think twice about renting this home, best in the area! Speaking of area, this home is walking distance to shopping, eating and entertainment!!! We would highly recommend this home!!!

This was an awesome spot for our needs, which we’re comfort, space, proximity to a little nightlife. This property Really nailed it.

Everything about this house was exactly as we had hoped and more. The location was terrific, and the Salty Gator had everything we needed for 6 adults and 3 toddler boys. Kristen answered every one of my questions in record time and helped me check everything off my packing list. Even before we arrived, it felt like home. And although Hurricane Ian definitely made our vacation a bit different than we had expected, Dan and Kristen were so accommodating and supportive through the week. They checked in often and even had some surprises in store for us to help the little ones stay active and happy. I have told my family that we need a re-do to get the full experience, and we would most certainly stay at the Salty Gator in Flagler again.

The property was exactly as described and contained everything you'd need to enjoy chilling and enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. We had 11 people for the trip and the house was very accommodating and no one had any complaints. Would absolutely book this place again.

Our annual family vacation was in Flagler Beach this year and the house did not disappoint. Beautifully appointed and stocked making it easy traveling with small kiddos since we didn’t have to lug strollers and such. Bikes provided great morning rides for adults to grab coffee and bring back doughnuts for the kids’. Beach access was so close it just added to all the good things about our stay. The hosts were by far the best we have worked with yet!! Available and accommodating we can’t say enough! My kids rated this the best house we have stayed at yet - roomy comfortable and felt like home ! and we are about 12 years in on our annual trips! Everyone gave it a 10!

This was truly the most beautiful home by the beach we’ve ever stayed in. Very well stocked with everything from beach chairs and towels to strollers and bikes and an elevator for my 91 year old mom! Absolutely perfect for all ages. Kristen was so responsive and attentive to every detail. We are looking forward to coming back next summer!

The property was amazing, the photos did not prepare us for just how amazing it was. The location is perfect, the area is quiet, plenty of dining etc. within walking distance. Overall 10 stars out of 5. Definitely would stay here again

We loved this rental and I can’t say enough nice things about it. Everything was perfect. It was very clean, well equipped (the under-counter ice maker in the kitchen was a family favorite), comfortable, and gorgeous! It’s right across from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host is quite nice as well. We will be back!

Beautiful property! Living in Florida we spend a lot of time a beaches... This house provides the most stunning views of the ocean. There is nothing you need to bring but yourself and personal Items. Everything was excellent including the property management

My family and I have been going to Flagler beach as long as I can remember and this was by far the most smooth and easiest rental booking we have ever experienced! The house was beautiful and full of everything you could need and more (especially for little ones). We can not wait to book again for next year and hopefully many years after! FANTASTIC people to work with!

We chose this property for our family vacation because it met our needs for bedrooms, baths and proximity to restaurants and shops. The pictures of the property also looked beautiful and we were not disappointed. The home is gorgeous and we had plenty of room to enjoy each others company in the spacious family room, kitchen and deck. They had some books and puzzles for the babies/toddlers and a baby gate at each stairway which was a lifesaver. Communication with the host was very easy and we got prompt responses to our questions . I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed this property We highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed.

Myself and 10 other family members rented this property for 8 days in May 2022 and we were not disappointed. The home is new and is gorgeous. We had several older family members with us so the elevator was used a really nice touch. The top floor had 3 bedrooms each with separate on suite bathrooms. The master has its own covered porch with the best view of the ocean and Flagler that I have seen and we stay at Flagler every year. One of the bedrooms also has bunk beds if you have small children that would be staying also. The second floor is the common area and is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you might need. The ice machine was a great touch and we used it frequently. This level also has a covered porch and great views of the ocean. Sat in the rocking chairs and watched the sunrise from here a couple of mornings. The lower level has 2 more bedrooms that share a bathroom. These were very nice bedrooms also. Each level had its own heat and air which worked great. Also the two bedroom levels both have their own laundry. There is a two car garage. One car could pull in but we didn’t use it. We parked 4 vehicles easily in the driveway and there is also plenty of parking along the road in front of the home. The other side of the garage had several bicycles and plenty of beach chairs. Also outside the home was a foot wash and a heated outdoor shower. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a great place to stay in Flagler beach for a larger group. We will definitely be back.

There’s nothing that I can say about this house except WOW!!! Every aspect of the house was perfect including the elevator since I have recently had hip replacement… Although my grandchildren enjoyed taking the elevator with me and I think they enjoyed it more than I did. All amenities were perfect… Bicycles towels and all the little things you forget when you go on vacation. The location was also Great since the kids could walk to the various little Flagler Beach shops; And there were great little restaurants within walking distance. Having the beach across the street from The house occasion enabled my city grandchildren to get up and go. Right down the block they bought their boogie boards and off they went! From 16 years to eight they all couldn’t stop raving about it. We will be back as often as we can to the best house we have ever stayed at. Working with the owners was easy breezy they took care of everything. Thank You for a memorable vacation for our family.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Flagler Beach for spring break. The house was over and above what we expected - immaculate, extremely well equipped, and the perfect location. The views from the living room and master bedroom are priceless! You can easily walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. Kristen is on top of things and goes over and above to ensure you have an enjoyable vacation. We will definitely be returning soon!

Kristen was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our questions prior to check in and was available during the entire period for all questions, and with such graciousness. I’m sure I was a pest. The house is absolutely beautiful, views amazing. Beds ultra comfortable as is all furniture. I felt at home, and not at all ready to leave when it was time. The kitchen was large enough for 6-7 adults to chip in on the cooking, more than enough items and accessories to cook with. There was nothing we needed that they didn’t have. Dishware, glassware, barware, galore. Towels, beach chairs, we only had to bring our clothes! Enjoyed sitting outside each evening on the balcony. Sunset and sunrise. We will definitely return.

We were looking to escape the Midwest winter for a while, and couldn’t have been happier with our time spent here. The house is brand new, in pristine condition, and beautifully and tastefully furnished. Directly across the street from the beach, the views from the balconies are gorgeous, and you are steps to restaurants and shops. We cooked at home most evenings, which was such a treat in this gorgeous and fully stocked kitchen. Dan and Kristen could not have been more welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. We liked it so well, we stayed an extra week. We highly recommend this property!

This place is gorgeous! Model home vibes but yet oh so comfy. Our family of 8 adults and 1 toddler stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. The owners have left no detail undone. Can we just start with the kitchen!! I have serious island envy! Just you wait. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with everything even a chef could need. We cooked most of our meals at home and didn’t want for anything. The layout of the house is perfect for spreading out and the beds are SO COMFY! The house is in a perfect location. Only a few blocks from the pier and walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars … and of course right across the street from the beach!! Beautiful views from every window .. water water water .. with daily dolphin sightings. And the sunrise … holy moly I took a thousand pics! Kristen was an absolute dream to work with. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and special. She even accommodated the baby by leaving essentials and toys. Oh and installed baby gates at every staircase landing! She truly thought of everything. Communication was always quick and friendly. Look no further .. this is the place. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for a wonderful week!
