Our stay was awesome. The house has been recently updated, is well maintained and clean, and the pool plus easy access to the beach were amazing. It was nice to be away from the busier parts of the island but still a 10-15 min drive from everything. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of pool/beach floats, chairs, toys and snorkel gear. I do wish the bedrooms were more comfortable, in particular some of the beds were very hard and some of the rooms could use better curtains, as it was difficult to sleep “late” given the sun comes up so early. Otherwise all was as described!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The host was fantastic and the pool was well cared for and sparkling clean. The A/C units all work very well and really only need to be on when you are in the room. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking/cleaning supplies and the rooms had extra towels including beach towels. The only draw back (and this really applies to Provo as a whole) is the lack of organized transportation. The locals do the driving, but there is no Uber or Lyft available and no rates posted. So it costs a lot of money (cash only) to get anywhere on the island. For 4 people to get to downtown from this location will cost anywhere from 40-60 dollars one way.

We had a great time at Pineapple Villa! The accommodations were excellent - very clean, spacious, plenty of room for everyone to have a private room and bathroom! Pat was a great host, very communicative and responsive when we had questions! The location was great - easy to get to Grace Bay, fun beaches and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We came here to celebrate birthdays and we had a WONDERFUL time! The home was as described and very comfortable with all the amenities! Pat is an amazing host and responded to all of our questions and needs super quick! He also made some great recommendations for restaurants and activities throughout our stay! My friends and I had such a lovely time at Pat and Minoo’s property. The house was stunning and clean. The layout of the house is perfect with so much space to congregate together yet also so much privacy. We had a basically private beach so close and they had all of the beach necessities on hand for us. Minoo was super responsive when we had questions and shared great recommendations! No complaints! We enjoyed our trip so much and will be back! Thanks for everything!

This property has an excellent layout with a large kitchen open to dining area and living room space. Perfect for end of day gatherings. The bedrooms are perfectly located at the corner of the main living space providing privacy. Each bedroom is generously sized with in-suites.
The decks and pool areas are large and perfectly laid out.

This VRBO was very clean, well equipped inside and out and perfect for our two families which included 5 teenagers. The 4 bedrooms all had a private bathrooms and beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive with all our questions and needs. The beach was a very short walk from the house and we really enjoyed having the pool too. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the home and the property. It is very spacious, stylish and immaculate with attention to every detail. A short walk to a private beach shared by only nearby villas. Owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Walking distance to a few restaurants or short drive to many locations including supermarket or any activities.

Pat and Minoo were fantastic! They made the vacation seamless. We had a few questions prior to traveling and they were always quick to respond. Although they live on the property, they made it certain to not interfere or encroach on our privacy, in fact it was comforting to know that if we needed anything they were right there. The house was absolutely perfect. We traveled with grandparents and our three adult boys. The house is situated that everyone had their own “wing and bathroom”. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us! The house has everything needed to cook and lounge by the beach or pool. And the beach is truly a 2 minute walk and NEVER crowded! The house is also in a great location as far as restaurants, and a quick 5 minute drive to IGA (Grocery store) and Wine Cellar. It was a fantastic trip! We will certainly be back!

Pineapple Villa is THE place to stay in Grace Bay! It is perfectly located near the beach, shops, and restaurants. Minoo and Pat have an eye for detail and thought of everything that guests might need. It truly is such a beautiful place and so convenient! The property is very well designed and extremely clean. We all felt right at home and very safe. It wasn’t easy leaving since we felt so comfortable. Thank you Minoo and Pat for helping us to make such wonderful memories! We will certainly be back to visit soon.

I cannot begin to express what a beautiful time we had. The owners were absolutely fantastic, and they were there to take care of all our needs. The house was extremely clean, and met all our needs. We had 3 couples, and there was ample room, and all the kitchen supplies we needed to be able to cook our meals. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again. The pool was absolutely wonderful, great way to cool off, and also very short walk to beach. Can’t wait to come back.

We just got back from a weeks stay and it was beyond perfect! 4 couples had more then enough room. The house is set up perfectly. The walk to the beach was shorter then I even expected. The owner’s responded to all of our questions within a timely manner and provided us anything extra we needed.

The house is gorgeous! The set up was perfect for a large group. We had (6) adults and it was never overcrowded. The main living area is open concept. There are porches in the front and back. Each of the (4) bedrooms are located on the corners of the house each w/their own bathroom. The house was stocked with all the extras you might need- beach buggy, coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkels and masks, blender, etc. The pool was refreshing and the walk to the beach just a VERY short walk. Perfect.

The property, location, and hosts were AMAZING! The property listing was very accurate and Pat and Minoo are awesome hosts and are lovely people in general. Both were fantastic providing any needs and info we asked for and our group plans to revisit again in the future. There were 8 of us ladies and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. We were extremely happy with our stay at Pineapple Villa. As for location, we were literally steps away from the beach! The Villa has a great open concept layout for the kitchen/living/dining area. The 4 en-suite bedrooms are in the corners of the home, which gave our group of friends ample space and privacy.
Pat and Minoo were such welcoming hosts and lovely people. They have thought of everything you might need on vacay. The kitchen is fully stocked and well organized with new appliances, new kitchen gadgets, pots and pan, serving platters, blender and coolers for the beach. We were happy to find plenty of beach towels, a beach cart, umbrellas and chairs. Would book again in an instant!

Beautiful well appointed home in a great location. Located close enough to restaurants and beach activities but far enough from the heavy touristy areas. This is a great location for multiple couples or families looking for space to gather and enjoy the beach. The beach is very private and only a few steps from the villa. The private pool is an additional perk. Our family loved the cleanliness and privacy of this location. We highly recommend the Pineaple Villa!

This house is exactly as pictured and the hosts are extremely responsive/accommodating. The kitchen is fully equipped for families to cook/eat together, reheat leftovers from nights out and move around without running into each other. The bedrooms are perfectly separated into each corner of the home, giving you ample space. It truly is steps from the ocean and the pool is perfect for nightly relaxation. We had our 2 year old with us and didn’t bring the bulky bed for him but the hosts saw we had a small child and brought one up to us. I’d give the house 10 stars if I could!

Had an amazing time at Pineapple Villa! Clean and beautiful property with a pool. Owner lives adjacent and is readily available to help with any issues (in particular, opening the driveway gate which can be finicky or refilling water for the filtered water dispenser). Only 3-4 min walk to essentially your own private beach! You’ll definitely need a rental car to access other parts of the island.

Pineapple Villa is a renovated large house. The property is perfectly situated on the island. It was generally equipped well enough but definitely was missing some things that could have made it a more pleasant experience for everyone. The living room area is sparsely furnished and all 8 of us could not sit together to enjoy downtime or movies comfortably. Some more furniture in that area is necessary. It would have been great to have beach chairs and other perks like paddle boards (we ended up renting some, which was quite pricy). The owners are super friendly and very helpful and responsive. They do live on property and have 2 dogs which are ever present and barked at the kids every time they went outside. They were nice dogs and not aggressive but the barking was excessive.

The villa is just as described!
Very clean villa, the 5 A/C work fast and well, 30 sec walk to an amazing beach and 15 min walk to the two main reefs of the island.
The villa is very well equipped, the furnitures and appliances are new.
Pat and Minoo are very friendly and they are there for you if needed. They live in the basement of the house but are very discreet. They have their own entrance and you don’t see them when you are at the pool or in the house. The only thing is that they have two dogs who are barking at you every times you go outside and can be scary for some people.
We are a family of 7 and it was a perfect villa for us, we really appreciated our stay and we recommend the Pineapple Villa to everyone!

We were 7 women staying at this Villa. It is a well thought out house plan. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The open Kitchen, Family, and Dining Room were perfect.
Short one minute walk to beautiful Grace Bay Beach. Beautiful pool to hang out at after the beach. There were enough patio lounge chairs for everyone.
Loved that there was a washer, dryer, dishwasher, 5 burner stove, and large refrigerator.
Would highly recommend for family, couples, or just friends hanging out.
The owners were wonderful.

The house was amazing and stocked with all kinds of kitchen items. They did an amazing job decorating the place and we would stay there again. The owners lived right on sight and they were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Perfect Villa
We absolutely loved staying at pineapple villa! Everything you could imagine you needed was at the house from kitchen items to hooks for your towels at the beach! The location was perfect and literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Pat was extremely nice and always very quick to respond if we had a question or needed something. I can’t say enough positive and nice things about both the hosts and the pineapple villa!! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay at Grace Bay
We had a wonderful time staying at Grace Bay West. Pat and Minoo were wonderful hosts. Gave us all we needed in advance, met us when we arrived, said "goodbye" when we left, and were totally hands-off the rest of the time. In-house washer and dryer were awesome, the AC in every bedroom and main room were perfect, and the private pool was delightful! Great kitchen and amenities all-around. We rented a van and could drive everywhere really easily and quickly. The only thing I felt was lacking was opportunities for shade at the gorgeous beach just a two-minute walk away. It's a bring-your-own situation, and the umbrellas provided couldn't stand up to the strong breeze at the beach; we could only stay at the beach for an hour or so without needing to go back to the house to get out of the sun.

Wonderful Experience!
We enjoyed our week at the Pineapple Villa so much! The pictures are spot on! Everything was so clean and well-maintained! Pat and Minoo were wonderful to give us helpful advice, mark things on the map and make suggestions that all turned out to be excellent! Even though they live on the property we never really saw them… I would just text them most of the time. The villa is beautifully furnished and so many helpful things were provided… Like plenty of garbage bags, dishwashing and laundry detergents etc. Most rentals don't provide those things in my experience. I highly recommend this property.....we loved it!!!

Great house near the beach
The house was very clean, very new, and we all had a terrific and comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The house was a two-minute walk to the beach. It was also very centrally located on the island -- with our rental car, it was very easy to get to different places.

Perfect! This property was exactly what we needed. 4 beautiful rooms with individual bathrooms perfect for teenagers. Common space that is open and large made for fun games and movies at the end of the day, along with a daily dip in the pool. We will be back!!

Family beach vacation
Pineapple Villa was just as listed. Newly renovated. Super clean and nice. Nicely equipped in kitchen . Easy access to beach. Lovely swimming pool. Hosts were welcoming and helpful when needed. Separated bedrooms
With nice bath for each room was great. Even though hosts live on property they were friendly and they were quiet - you didn’t really know they were there. Loved this Villa and would stay again .

Lovely property, Excellent location
Pineapple villa is an amazing property that is situated on Grace Bay. It was literally a 2 minute walk. You can drive to sopadilla Bay and Chaulk sound in 10 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The property owners are on property and are excellent at responding to your needs but, never intrusive. The pool is beautiful and a great place to relax. This property was spacious and well appointed. Bedrooms are situated at the corners of the main living area, each with a private bath, great for privacy . I can’t say enough about this villa. Can’t wait to visit again!!!!
