This was a last-minute reservation for a quick end-of-the-summer trip. We were so lucky to find this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 with children ranging from 15 to 21. Clean, comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. But the best part was the hosts’s conmunication, the easy access to the beach (with a partial view from the balcony) and all the beach necessities available to us at the condo! Loved the beach shade, chairs and blankets plus the wagon. Thank you for hosting us! We can’t wait to stay with you again!

This is our 3rd or 4th year to stay in this condo. As always it was super clean and the process was easy! Everything we need is there and ready for us. We’re already deciding on dates for next year. Great place, would highly recommend. My family stays in other rentals on the same property, #34 is the cutest!

This condo was well furnished. Kourtney is a great host and was easy to communicate with. We are a group of lifelong friends who stayed in this condo and another one on the site. We will be back! We love Sea Isle Village!

The condo was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The a/c was great, which is a must. There is a w/d which was very helpful. The balcony had a much better view, though at a distance, of the dunes and ocean than I was expecting! The breeze was wonderful on the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out on it each evening. The unit is on the end so no neighbors beside you. The communication with Kimberly was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo. She takes great care of the condo and was very helpful with any questions I had. The condo is in a great location and view of the gulf every morning and night was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. We will give references to anyone looking for a great place to spend a vacation. The stairs were a bit much for our age, but we got some good exercise in. Lol. Everything we needed was in condo. Thank you again Kourtney for making our stay memorable.

We loved staying at Kourtney’s condo! It met all the criteria we were looking for in a beach stay: gulf view, close walk to the beach over the sand dunes and pet friendly. The condo was clean, supplied well with comfy beds and furniture, kitchen supplies and a wonderful outside balcony with the gulf view at the end. The pool area and property were clean and maintained. Thank you and we will certainly be staying here again!

My husband and I, my daughter + family, really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very convenient location to the pool, but not too close to be bothered by any noise. The walk to the beach from condo was easy, clean + safe. Sea Isle Village overall quiet and well maintained. The condo with comfortable beds, adequate linens, + well stocked kitchen. Coastal decor very charming .+ welcoming. Courtney a great host- very helpful + responsive. Will definitely consider returning here next year!

We have stayed lots of different places in Port A, but I loved this property! The price was reasonable and it had everything we needed -including a gorgeous, big back balcony with a great Gulf view - perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.
Beds were a little firm. Kourtney was super friendly, flexible, and responded quickly to messages.
The only down side for us is that it was difficult for my mother-in-law to get up and down the stairs, but I will definitely keep this property at the top of my list.

Truly love this property. This is our 3rd year to stay here! Second year I was able to bring my baby (wiener dog) and be relaxed knowing she's with me! The property is decorated so cute and its always clean!! We'll be booking this property again next year!

Great property within short walking distance to the beach! Condo was clean and comfortable with basic necessities available. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was there: chairs, beach blankets, canopies, sand toys, and water toys. We will be back for sure!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway! Place had everything needed, and more (including extra beach chairs, wagons, beach toys, etc). Accommodated our family with teens and dogs perfectly. Kitchen more than adequately well stocked, beautiful views and breezes on the porch, easy walking access to beach, nice outside play areas and great to relax in pool in the evenings. Comfy sleep areas, cute deco, inside games and great to have clothes washer/dryer. Kourtney was great at communicating. Property grounds at Sea Isle Village very well maintained and easy parking too. Close to downtown area for shops/food. Will def. stay again!

We spent a week here at the beginning of October. So lovely. The beach was amazing and the apartment was comfortable and clean. We were mostly a family of four, but had another family of four join us for the weekend. It was perfect for us with young kids. We did spend most of our time on the beach but we were all comfortable at night too. The kitchen was fine for simple meals and the showers were good. The walk to the beach was lovely and the deck was a nice place to relax.

Property had an horrible ordor, perhaps from salvaged materials used to rebuild after Harvey. The living room couch was worn out, the blankets had the offensive order.
There was no water pressure for sinks, showers.
The property is just a rip off !!! So disappointed that I rented the property!

This is a great place! Five adults fit very comfortably in this place. Kitchen is fully stocked, though I would say prior renters do not take care of the items used so be sure to clean kitchen items prior to using.
Walk to the beach is short! The final hill is a little more than expected for little kids and adults that might have a few too many adults beverages while at the beach! :).

We had such a great stay! Kourtney was incredibly responsive. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is available. You won’t be disappointed. Be aware this is an upstairs condo so might not work for some. The beach is just a short walk (or drive) away. Restaurants/stores are very convenient. The condo is clean, the porch is awesome. Enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wind down out there. We hope to come again next year!
