Please make sure you read the rules very thoroughly. Maybe even periodically check up so you don’t forget. Owner is very strict when it comes to certain things i.e. fire pit, light switches, etc. aesthetically the house was great. communication was sub par. I only recommend renting if you’re only renting for a place to sleep.

It was a great place to disconnect from the busy city. The only thing i didnt like was being surrounded by bugs. Everytime we entered the house a bug entered the house with us. The house was pretty roomy but it had too many rules that took away from the experience.

The house was great, very clean and had all the essentials you need when traveling. The owners were very responsive to questions.

Great property really close to Bretton woods, great for golf, skiing, or hiking. Easy check in process with plenty of amenities and a well kept home.

Our first VRBO experience didn’t disappoint. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. It was very comfortable and by the time we left the kids were calling it home. This definitely opened our eyes to VRBO and we will absolutely be using it in the future.

We had a great time at this rental. It was incredibly clean and most things seemed brand new: linens, furniture, beds, kitchen stuff, large smart tv, decor, etc. Great attention to detail, well stocked kitchen, blackout shades/curtains in bedrooms (often not something you get at a rental). They had a few games for the kids and teddy bears on the bunks—my daughter loved them!—and the hosts even left us a treat to enjoy around the fire pit. Plenty of space for our family of 4 - we were originally supposed to share it with another family but Covid prevented our friends from joining us. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed several attractions in Franconia Notch (Flume Gorge, Echo Lake, Artist’s Bluff hike) and had our first trip to Santa’s Village. The only drawback is that it’s on a busy road and you can hear cars from the bedrooms, but there are new windows that prevented it from being too loud. There’s also a fence to safely enjoy the yard and the lovely fire pit is set back from the road, feels very private. Host was very responsive but no issues came up. We would gladly return!

Everything we needed to enjoy all the White Mountains have to offer. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He suggested a recreation area for our grandkids, they loved it!

My husband and I stayed here this summer with our 3 children (19, 15, & 9), plus our dog. It was set up very well for a family to spread out and get comfortable. The yard was large and great for our dog. The firepit area was very nicely set-up. The house was clean and comfortable. Everything from dish and laundry detergent to shower toiletries was available, which was very thoughtful. We have rented many vacation homes and really enjoyed this one. It would be a great place to stay any time of year….
