Beautiful house very stocked with everything you needed beautiful nature surroundings great fabulous pool for the family with the grill and the area is very close by to everything definitely come back and recommend to other people

Beautiful house and property. Sad to leave.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It was very close to restaurants and stores. We could cook our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor pool area was a treat in itself. Having our own backyard oasis was great. The furniture was very comfortable. There was a fenced in area for our dog. My son enjoyed fishing off the back pier. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend this house to anyone.

It wasn't the house as we expected to see. The pictures do not corresponding to reality. It's inconvenient when your children are afraid to go to the bathroom alone because of the cockroaches. Cockroaches were in the bathroom, master bedroom and kitchen cabinet. Food flies are everywhere in the house, even in the refrigerator. I sent all the pictures to the host but I didn't get any discount or refund. He said it's to late. I think that not only the renters have to follow in the rules, but also the owner have his obligations.

The property was exactly as advertised. The host provided all the necessary information in advance and routinely checked in. Great time.

The house was amazing, the host Katie was great, very responsive and easy to work with. The house/location was exactly what our group was looking for.

if there would have been an option to get the pool into the 70s would have made the stay more enjoyable. also the rooms on the back side should have better blinds. the business next door had night time lights that lit up the bedroom. otherwise a perfect stay.

Pool needed attention

House is clean and well kept. Inside, the home is very quiet but when you are in the backyard, you can hear traffic from the main road. The landlord was very responsive to questions we had.

The home is REALLY nice and centrally located. That said there are a few things that don't make sense for such a nice home... I travel a lot and have several properties of my own that I rent out...invest in new mattresses!!! The mattresses are terrible, as others have stated. We all had sore backs the whole stay. The king mattress in the master is so worn out you literally fall into a hole when you lie down on either side. It is appointed with three of the tiniest and most worn-out pillows I have ever seen. Mattresses, pillows, and new sheets are not expensive. It would have also been nice to have extra blankets for the beds. It is bizarre to have to pay $40/day for 4 hours of hot tub heating. The spa has some plaster damage and it completely drains at midnight. There are some cosmetic issues with the ceiling in the kitchen that need to be addressed, several light bulbs are out and the plaster in the hot tub needs to be repaired. A pool light that actually lights up the pool would be nice as well, if for no other reason than patio ambiance. I guess they are trying to prevent parties? There are better ways to do that without punishing responsible guests who would like to enjoy late evenings in a luxurious property. Until these issues are addressed I would not consider staying again.

Excellent stay all the way around

Very clean. Located very close to US 19 makes it easy to get around the area to local spots for breakfast. A great house for kids.

Beautiful house with an amazing back yard on a canal. Cana leads to an enormous lake that you can kayak to in 15 minutes.

We had the best time! Everybody loved the property and everything it had to offer. Plenty of beds and extra pillows and blankets. I had a few people ask me to send them the link to this place after I posted about it. So id definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

The property was very well kept and the house is designed in a way that allows it to be spacious and still retain privacy amongst the guest with in the group! I would definitely recommend this host and their properties. Over all a great experience!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It was exactly as described in the listing. Easy checking in. Property manager was great and readily available. The location can't be beat, with nearby beaches (10 - 30' drive), and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Plenty of room for the family to relax and have fun. Kitchen well stocked for cooking for large family. Plenty of beds to accommodate all of us.

Everything was as promised. Plus you can fish, kayaks are easy to use and all accommodations are very comfy!

The house had a pleasant appeal, though a little refreshing could enhance its overall ambiance. Despite its proximity to both a boat store and the highway, which did introduce some noise, we found it to be adequately equipped with all the essentials. Our stay, all things considered, was enjoyable, and we're inclined to consider returning in the future.

Booked this place for a family vacation. the place exceeded our expectations, especially for the price! very clean and smelled great inside. the kids and all of us really enjoyed the pool and patio and spent a lot of time there. plenty of room for us to spread out, tv's in all the rooms were great for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. location couldnt be better! so close to everything! this will be on the top of our list of great places to stay.

The property looked better online than in person. The furniture needs upgraded specifically the beds and living room furniture. The fridge was leaking and dryer air vent was disconnected in the back. The house has some damage on walls and ceiling that needs repaired. Overall it was a great location and quiet area. Also saw several roaches inside the house.

Nice pool house close to restaurants and attractions

This house is magnificent and was perfect for our family and friends vacation. The pool is top notch. I paid the extra money for the “hot tub” that wasn’t really hot and only had limited time it was on. There were some minor issues with the house that kept my rating lower. The master bedroom mattress is horrible. I couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom to work. The dryer didn’t work well at all. With 9 people, we used the laundry quite a bit. The tv’s are very slow. You will need your own streaming passwords. The pluses are. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt very safe in the area. It is a residential and with 7 young adults with us I was worried about making too much noise. The kayaks were a nice touch. Other than minor house issues, it was clean, well equipped and beautiful.

Loved this house and proximity to Tarpon Springs. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool. Property manager was very responsive, when we had any issues they sent a handyman quickly.

What a trip! The house was amazing from the moment we pulled in the driveway. House was spotless, pool was amazing, and host was top notch. Will be back next year!!!

The property is beautiful. Kitchen well equipped and pool area is resort like. We enjoyed our stay. The only minus is the showers were hard to work with and appear to be broken.

The home is beautiful and the pool was amazing. Unfortunately, we ran into some problems that made such a great place feel messy. There were an oddly large number of fruit flies in the kitchen when we arrived and despite doing more cleaning and laying out traps there were still fruit flies in the kitchen interrupting cooking and eating. We also had a toilet flood in the house overnight. Fortunately, the property manager was quick to help out but it did wreck a whole day of our vacation worrying about if we would be able to stay in the property. They also didn't provide any compensation back for the incident which was a bummer. The TV's "technically" work. You will need your own accounts to watch anything on them and most of them are so slow and frustrating to use that we left them off. The floor was also incredibly dirty and when we moved the rugs (tripping hazards for one of our family members) we found a large amount dust, dirt and trash hidden beneath. I feel bad because the house is beautiful and we did have a good time. But between the flies, the dirtiness, the barely working TV's and the fact that you have to pay extra to have a hot-tub that only works from 6-10 pm it is hard to say this was a 5 star stay.

I had all of my girls, who if which had kids, stay together in this house. It was everything and more than I could have ever hoped for for my wedding week! The house is STUNNING, the owners and managers are amazing, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
