This home is as it is presented online, but the reality exceeds expectations. I am a clean, freak, and this place was impeccable. The landscaping is beautiful. The home is luxurious. Kurt was great to deal with. We made so many great family memories here this week. The pool area is exceptional. We enjoyed karaoke in the theater. Everything was well stocked, in fact, beyond expectations. There were even boardgames. The indoor kitchen, and the outdoor kitchen had lots of space for us all to cook together. My favorite place was to sit in the veranda, morning, day and night. With a car, we are centrally located here, with restaurants and grocery store nearby. The only reason I gave location of four star is I’m reserving five star for any place located on the ocean, with a view and a coffee shop that we could walk to. This is an easy seven rate block walk to a lovely beach that is not crowded and had some shade. My favorite place to eat was what appears to be a permanent food truck lot located in a nursery, which felt a bit like a botanical garden. It was five minutes away by car. We were also five minutes from the surfing shop, which did a great job of teaching all of our inexperienced children and adults. We have some Sarah runners in the group who drove into the mountains every morning to do a fabulous run. So much to do here, and it was not crowded. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

The host was great. On site in case of any concerns. Provided toddler supplies galore. Very nice. Kitchen was very well equipped with top quality appliances. Plenty of beach supplies including towels, hats and sunscreen. Very convenient location with great privacy. Very enjoyable.

What a great property. Incredible outdoor living space! Very nice kitchen and grill area. We all loved our stay. Great roof top views for the sunset and easy access to the hwy to quickly get to beaches and stores. Kurt is also awesome and responsive. We will be back for another Barbie Dream House Adventure💕. We loved the house and the pool area. My family loved the pool and the balcony overlooking the pool. So many luxury details like the showers and accessories. Plenty of towels and pool toys. The kitchen had all we needed. We had a great time. At one point we ran out of propane for the grill. I contacted Kurt and within 5 minutes he was there with a replacement. The beach was close by (which we drove to) and found plenty of free parking.

We ALL were in awe the entire stay!!! Everything was perfect and we would most definitely stay here again! We had a group of 15 and it fit our family perfectly! You want the perfect stay in Maui don’t look any further ☺️

The accommodations were excellent for our family of 14. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces and were happy to have the comfortable family/living/dining areas in which to gather. The roof top has a wonderful view of the ocean, surrounding area, and sunsets. The location was great to venture out from to various excursions. The beach supplies available helped to make our trips to various beaches fun. Kurt is a great host. He was easy to contact and very helpful.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this VRBO. The house was clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything and more that we needed. There were pool toys, towels, boogie boards and ice chests. The kids had an amazing time swimming and hot tubbing in the gorgeous pool every morning. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook at night. Located in the middle of all the places we wanted to visit. It is a beautiful and thoughtfully prepared home. Worth every penny. Hope to be back some day.

Truly a palace, this house is a perfect getaway for a large group. The home was spotless and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and great spaces for hanging out. We appreciated how quiet it was in the bedrooms, even when people were enjoying the rest of the property. Kurt was responsive and delivered a propane tank within a few minutes when the grill ran out of gas. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

When I first viewed this property on VRBO, I thought the photos were too good to be true. When I got there, I discovered that the property is even better than the photos, which seems hard to believe. Kurt's property is a perfect home for a wonderful vacation. Not only is the quality of the craftmanship of the home superb, but Kurt has made sure to include every amenity you might need for your time on vacation. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Now that you are done reading the review, you should go ahead and book it before someone else does!

We have stayed in VRBO's all over the country. This is, by far, the most wonderful home we've ever rented!

This property is beautiful in every way. Every detail was thought of from pool features to the beds and even to outlet placement. The beds were so amazingly comfortable, even the futons, and the ocean views from the rooftop are breathtaking. The only downside I can think of is that I didn’t want to leave the house to go explore beautiful Hawaii! This is not your typical old, run down beach vacation rental, everything is brand new and clean. It was perfect for our group of 10 adults and one child- we will absolutely rent this house for our next stay.
