Very easy process! Outstanding place to stay.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Executive level comfort with wide, spacious, comfortable rooms. Expansive cooking area and incredibly well equipped for any chef. Backyard patio with fireplace to share a glass of wine or a sip an expresso. For those that are active, there is a wonderful trail down by the riverfront with wide, well lit paths for anytime of day. Professionally decorated, this home is top notch. Drew our host, was very accommodating, attentive and helpful. 11 out of 10!

I think the prior reviews have done justice to this beautiful home. Everything was done to make our stay there just perfect. Excellent communication when we had a question, all the amenities, like laundry pods,or bath gel, lotion, etc. I frequently rent homes when traveling, & too often there's a half roll of paper towel in the kitchen that might as well be toilet paper. Not the case here! Everything needed is provided, with top-notch quality. The Madison has been my favorite, so far, & that's saying a lot! We hope to be back this summer to enjoy again!

Definitely will plan on staying there next year...and other times if needed. Will be telling my friends as well.

A pipe froze and broke in our home, flooding the entire main floor. It was a big deal! We needed a place to stay for a while, and this beautiful home was the perfect place for us! It is clean, new, inviting, and beautifully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. We were able to get the rest we needed to face the huge project of fixing up our badly damaged home. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again!

No detail was overlooked by these wonderful hosts. This home was ripped from the pages of architectural digest. It was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect home for a family gathering.

This property is just beautiful! It was completely decorated for our family Christmas gathering! Loved the nice appliances, the stove, a great outdoor grill, pantry room, laundry, game room, coffee bar, cocktail bar with accessories, big family dining table, fireplace, king rooms with bathrooms, huge garage, close to everything ….really couldn’t have asked for more! We will stay here again! Thank you Drew!!!!

Our family gathered at The Madison for Thanksgiving. It was roomy and comfortable for our Thanksgiving Dinner for 10 people. The owner/manager went above and beyond to make sure we had all the utensils and place settings to prepare the meal—including a large turkey platter! We have stayed in many VRBOs but this is the top of the list!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our group. We had 4 different families staying there, but it's really well laid out so we didn't feel crowded. Best of all, sound does not carry throughout the house! Our hosts were communicative and so sweet. They even left welcome treats for us. I highly recommend this house!

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The house and decor are gorgeous. Beds, pillows, and linens are luxurious and comfy. The location can not be beat.. A quiet neighborhood with wonderful walking opportunities yet close enough to walk to area attractions. We walked to The Gathering Place and to the Philbrook. We used the gourmet kitchen and it had everything we needed. Coffee aficionados will be very happy with the multiple methods to brew. The giant fridge was perfect for a group of foodies! Our group had plenty to do in styles and at the house! We had a movie night and a pool tournament. Drew was very responsive to all our needs.

I have dealt with several vrbo’s in the past, but this property manager and this house stand alone!! The house itself is beyond gorgeous and so thoughtfully laid out. My niece even remarked as to how she and her family of 6 never have enough room when they travel. Not the case here! The way the rooms are furnished gave everyone the space they needed as well as privacy when needed. I can’t say enough about the manager and how accommodating and patient he was with our group. Truly magnificent weekend at the Madison!!

We do an annual golf trip with friends every fall. This is by far the best property we have ever had the pleasure to rent in the past 16 years! The location (only 3 blocks from "The Gathering Place" riverfront park, the great layout of the property, the cleanliness, the style and top quality furnishings, etc. combined to make this just an astonishing stay! We can't thank Drew enough for his hospitality! The coffee bar, wine cooler, outdoor fireplace, rain shower in the master, and billiard table were all appreciated and used daily! This is a perfect place for an adult gathering!

What a fantastic week stay for our family. Drew was the best host. Always checking to see if we needing anything. The location was excellent for us. Minutes from the wedding venue and rehearsal dinner. The house was immaculate and amazing. It was the perfect fit for our whole family out from California. Thank you Drew for an amazing stay !! Drew was amazing about communicating with me and everything went seamlessly with renting the house. I would definitely stay there again no doubt!!

I didn't get a lot of opportunity to speak with Drew, my family did on the other hand, and we found him to be extremely accommodating, helpful, and very responsive to any questions. The property was immaculate. It is a beautiful house filled with wonderful amenities, lots of room, excellent common areas, and everything was in perfect working order. We truly didn't want to leave! Nothing was difficult to understand in the house A/V, and the kitchen is great for cooking a large meal in. It is within a few minutes walk from the Gathering Place, and the neighborhood is beautiful to walk through, replete with beautiful landscaping. I believe there is even a nest of hummingbirds in the tree near the backyard!

From the first moment, Drew was so amazing as a host. We communicated regularly and he was more than accommodating. The home is stunning and there is not a single detail that has been missed. My family and I had the best time and I cannot wait for us to stay again. Do not pass this house up! It is amazing, stunning, comfortable, and everything you could dream. Take time to walk the few blocks to The Gathering Place and Brookside. Play with the neighborhood cats and finish your day by the fireplace on the patio!

This house definitely exceeded our expectations and was easily accessible by everyone in the family! The large kitchen with top-notch appliances connecting to an open living room allowed us all to be together throughout our stay. The backyard and patio area were very private and allowed us time outside to drink coffee and listen to the birds, or engage in a mean game of Uno! We loved everything about his house and our hosts took great care of us! Drew was very responsive to any question I asked and made sure we were comfortable and welcomed from the moment we stepped into the house – thank you!

Perfect lay out for gathering yet the bedrooms and baths provided ample privacy for the whole family!! The location is perfect just steps from The Gathering and the childrens museum or a run along Tulsa’s beautiful river running trails!! Then a few blocks the other direction and youre in the heart of the shopping and dining area! The home is perfectly decorated for comfort and impeccable style!! The communication with Drew was quick and responsive to any need….however there were none really because everything was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tulsa! Thank you Drew for making this a spectacular home away for our family!!

The house is so beautiful and cozy. Awesome location. We were in town for a dance competition. Great house!
