I was able to find this place Easter weekend, and it was priced well below other houses around the Rockport area. I figured there had to be a catch, and was a little nervous when checking in to the property...It completely blew me and everyone else away! We had a full house, 5 adults, an 11 year old, and 2 dogs. We definitely used the house, the kitchen, the patios, the pool table, and everything was perfect! I highly recommend the Curlew Casa as a great place to stay, I hope to return!

Wonderful house with great boat slip. Near everything.

The house was clean and beautiful. However, when we arrived, there was no toilet paper, no paper towels, or tissue of any sort. There was no garbage can on the upper level in amy room including the kitchen. No trash bags. This house is managed by Vacassa. Very difficult communication with them. Could not get in with the code given to my husband.

We loved the Clean spacious home. Enjoyed the double kayaks and proximity to open water. Very comfortable bedrooms and living areas.

Loved all the windows. Two great outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for more than one family. Great walkable neighborhood.

The Curlew Casa was the perfect getaway for a few days, wish it could have been longer! The house is beautiful and in a very nice location. The unit had plenty of dishes for eating in, although we didn't cook much as we brought prepared food. There was plenty of towels, soaps, etc. in the kitchen and each bathroom. The community is quiet and peaceful, nice for walking or jogging. We enjoyed a few trips to the local coffee shop and winery, also visited some walking/biking trails. The beach area is small but nice and kept clean. Great town for fishing also! We hope to come back soon!

The house was exceptionally perfect! The rental company was on top of everything and made sure we were satisfied with the home and if we needed anything they would respond right away. Check in and check out was very easy. Highly recommend!!

The property was beautiful. Initial issue was a missing hair dryer but local person brought one which was great. If you care about towels, bring your own. They do the bare minimum for towels here, I’d expect this quality in prison. The biggest issue was ants. I have never seen so many ants at once in a house. The property person came and spayed, which was great. They were pouring out from the outlets on the backsplash and she was going to get pest control out….we spent two more nights without pest control coming and I was terrified to put any food on the counters. She said someone would at least bring by ant traps….never happened either. Worst experience with a rental ever. Thank goodness everything was great and we had a good time. I will have nightmares about those ants though. She said they would refund my cleaning fee….we shall see if that happens. I think we deserve more than that.

Really nice house with nice balcony overlooking the bay. We enjoyed our stay. Be prepared cleaning people didn’t leave trash bags. Make sure to bring your own laundry soap, shower supplies etc.

We loved it! Had just about everything you might need. (Some chairs on upstairs balcony would be nice, though, as bar stools aren’t comfy for lounging.) There’s even a dumb waiter unit in garage that helps get things upstairs, coming out in the kitchen! Enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, pool table and all the restaurants nearby. Hope to return one day.

The house was very nice everything about the house was beautiful. We enjoyed the kayaks and cooking on the outside kitchen and fishing off the dock. The outside fire pit was great the kids made s’mores at night. The only down fall was if I had to pick one was that there was no grill for the outside smoker so we couldn’t use it and a little bit more cooking pans and utensils would be nice but other than that it was a perfect Easter weekend getaway….we will definitely be staying here again for further getaways
