My husband, son and his fiancé stayed five nights at this location. Accommodations were spot on! Kitchen was nicely stocked. Vicinity was great for Acadia and other areas we wanted to visit. Had no issues while we stayed there.

We had the absolute BEST time here. The property was immaculate & exactly as advertised. There were no surprises at any point with billing, check-in, check-out, etc. The location was PERFECT for visiting Acadia & is relatively close to stores & takeout, but definitely feels remote (which we LOVED). We were even able to get an emergency doordash order of groceries we needed for a dinner we cooked during our stay. Oh! I almost forgot to mention that for those who enjoy some of the darker things in life, there is a beautiful cemetery next door! We were delighted to find it during our first chance to explore the property. Most importantly, we were able to bring our adventure-dog with us & she felt right at home here; it was nice to see her rest easy after long days of adventuring. TL;DR; The entire process was smooth sailing from start to finish, with incredibly accommodating hosts, & I fully regret that I didn't book for longer. We can't wait to make this our yearly vacation spot!!!

Things owners could not help- Hurricane Lee and the barrage of acorns on the metal roof that kept us from sleeping. Otherwise- Very convenient to both parts of Acadia and the sunsets over the narrows were absolutely gorgeous. The multitude of stars were spectacular.

Although we weren’t able to check in to a little after 4 because cleaning was being completed, we didn’t mind because the house was immaculate. My kids (teenagers) loved having there own apartment. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed but does not have a lot of frills. Again, we did not mind because they is so much to do outside and tgg by e surrounding area.

A lovely home in a beautiful setting with flower garden, mature forest and lots of yard and deck. Homes nearby are far enough away it feels like you’re by yourself on Mt Desert Narrows. So interesting to see the tidal currents ebb and flow in the narrows. The kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed coming over each morning to wake up Grandma and Grandpa in the garage loft. Property manger was exceptional.

House setup is strange, needs some updating. Location was great, well stocked, beautiful property, lots of space. Major downside was that the house smelled like urine. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Needed a place that had room for 4 adults that were in the area for a work trip and this place was perfect. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space, beautiful scenery and very clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The property manager was super fast to respond to a couple questions I had and was super nice. Thanks again for letting me rent your property.

The property was as advertised, clean, and the check in out couldn't have been any easier. One minor issue that I had was with the heat being preprogrammed. As is sometimes the case in Maine, the temps at night were cool, and though we could adjust the temp on the nest thermostat, it would revert to the programmed temp, resulting in a few cooler than comfortable mornings in the house.

Great place, perfect for families and dogs…spacious, water access, and peaceful setting. Easy to get to Acadia too.

We had no issues

We spent most of our time on the move exploring Acadia NP so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house. It was clean and close enough to both sides of Acadia but out of the way and quiet. The kids enjoyed the property and being close to the water, just don't let them wonder down by themselves. Beds were okay but not the most comfortable mattresses ever. We tried the tv once but couldn't get the numerous remotes figured out. Not a big deal for us since we were not there much.

From the first step in the reservation process to check out this was the easiest and mostcomprehensive experience. The

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and easy in all ways. We loved the porch-like room overlooking the water and walking down to the rocky shore. Well stocked, nicely located yet secluded and quiet. Easy arrival and chore-free departure. .. this host understands hospitality!

Needed to find a place quickly and this home was a great find. Wonderful accommodations and location was beautiful.

Had an enjoyable trip to Acadia National Park (~45 min. from the house). The house was clean and as advertised. We liked the walkway down to the water (no pics in the profile, but it's a nice rocky beach at low tide with nice views of the sunset). Our teen daughters enjoyed getting to have their own apartment (above the garage) away from me and my wife. Plenty of cookware (including lobster pot and supplies for steaming lobster) and basic essentials. Overall highly recommend the house!

Coastal Main Vacations was absolutely terrific with communicating every step of the way. Would highly recommend using them in the future. Having the house stocked with essentials made arriving and staying an absolute pleasure.

Nice quiet location. Close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National park.

I liked the set up for family and our dogs. It worked well, with a nice place to sit or explore the river/ocean. Fun things to do near by, as well. We went swimming at 4 different locations- fresh and salt water. A yummy ice cream place just around the corner. We went hiking and 4 wheeling and picked some blueberries, not to mention the raspberries! We made lots of good family memories there. The beds were comfortable, but I wish that one of them was a king and that the couch on the porch could have been made into a bed too. lol! The porch had a lovely breeze in the evening and I loved sleeping with the windows open.

A wonderful quiet spot with plenty of room, beautiful private ocean/river front. We all had a great family get away. So many wonderful sites and places to visit close by. The house was great too! Well stocked kitchen for the cook in your family. Did I mention the gardens/flowers/trees? Fantastic!

Loved staying here, lots of space and privacy, well stocked. Equidistant from both parts of Acadia so we got to enjoy both. Responsive owner. Very clean.
