The Nest was such a quiet, cute home for my husband and I! We rented the home overnight for our anniversary and to wrap presents for our children, and it was immaculate. It was well stocked and in excellent condition. We cant wait to stay again in the future!

This was my third stay at The Nest and it wasn’t the last! If you are looking for a quiet place to get away and relax I highly recommend this rental.

The Nest is the absolute perfect lakefront cottage on Lime Lake. The cottage came fully equipped with everything our family of four needed for our stay. The Nest is not only beautiful, but also extremely comfortable. We cannot wait to stay at The Nest again.

My husband and I spent a week at The Nest. The cottage is clean, comfortable, modern and has all the amenities that you could ever need. The view of the lake from both the deck and dock is gorgeous. We enjoyed using the paddle boat and taking walks down the road. The property manager made the entire process so easy. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and gave us excursion tips. Both ladies were a joy and we hope to return someday.

Each time my wife and I have been fortunate to stay at The Nest, it has been absolutely wonderful - our most recent was no different! Just so cozy, peaceful, and a perfect get away. As I'm sure I've said before in previous reviews, I cannot recommend The Nest more. 5/5..again!!! lol

This property is the perfect spot! The lake is incredibly gorgeous and the views from the house are breathtakingly beautiful! There is a lovely dock with lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy the lake. The house itself was PERFECT! It was so clean and had everything we could ever need available to us. The owners were so sweet greeting us on arrival and making sure we knew how to access help if we needed it. (They even wished our daughter good luck on her dance competition- which meant the world to her and to us!). Our three daughters requested that we come back in the future to enjoy the lake even more- which we will definitely do! Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay- your home is simply beautiful!

My wife and I stayed here with two other couples for a ski weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. So clean and organized and cozy. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she made sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. A quick and easy 20 min drive from Holiday valley. Can’t wait to come back to this property again.

The place was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. It was really clean and had wonderful views of the lake. Monica and Joelle are very responsive and had nice little touches for our stay that made it extra special. We wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay there again.

We were very impressed with this place in Machias! The owners were very timely with responses, and very clear with check in instructions. We had a great time at Holiday Valley, and this was a great home-base for a ski trip! The house was absolutely flawless...super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need or want. Thanks so much for the great stay, we will be back!

We loved this little house, so cozy. Nice amount of living space for as small as it is. Clean with piles of amenities, well stocked. Six of us were comfortable.

Beautiful home, my family and I had a wonderful time. Great view, house was clean, charming and comfy. Owner welcomed us when we drove in. We went to Olean for dinner and Ellicottville to ski. Lots of privacy. House has everything you need. Would recommend to everyone. Excellent!

We have now stayed at The Nest twice and both times were terrific experiences. I cannot recommend this home more. Tremendously accommodating, great area, and the management is wonderful. 10/10. Cannot wait to return, hopefully in the near future!!

This was one of the best kid friendly vacations we had. There is a lot to do at the Nest. Everything at the Nest was done with a family in mind - from beds to bathroom to kitchen to fireplace balcony and recreation as well. We had a lot of fun there. Monica who lives nearby went above and beyond to make sure we have a pleasant stay. As soon as she saw our infant running here and there - she had the gates ready. And the next early morning she had some toys for our toddler (he got to keep one). We really appreciate the gesture as we had few more things to not worry about. Kayaks and a paddle boat to explore the lake. The community was also nice with all friendly people around. Monica was the best - she is the next door neighbour(literally) who gave us our privacy but also made sure she passed things under the door that we needed for a fun vacation. She was very thoughtful. We will be back.

Very easy to rent and communication was great from checking in to checking out! The hosts are wonderful! Love this spot and home, very clean and everything is here for you. Just bring some fishing poles.. fantastic fishing spot! Paddle boat and kayaks were fun to use. We already booked our trip for 2023! Can't wait to come back.

This property is so well done. Everything was thought out ahead of time for you. If you forgot something, I can assure you, the owners have thought of it already for you. The kitchen had everything, there was helpful little notes everywhere. We are excited to visit the property again.

Stayed at this property with my fiancé and we were both absolutely blown away! So accommodating, clean, pleasant, and relaxing. We cannot say enough positive things regarding our stay and frankly, honestly, we wish we could've stayed an extra night or two. Just a great, quiet, and cozy escape from all stresses. Highly recommended!

From the time I booked the nest communication was perfect. I appreciate that good communication especially on a trip to a place you've not been before makes things much easier. The accommodations were so perfect It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. From nice bedrooms with plenty of space for the kids in the one room. Large open kitchen and family room with a fireplace was so relaxing You could look out over the lake for all the windows. I highly recommend the host is so gracious we will definitely be coming back for a summer visit. Loved it there.

We loved our weekend at the Nest. Only about 15-20 minutes from Holiday Valley so it was a perfect place to come back to after a long day skiing. Everything was super clean and we can’t wait to book another trip here!
