Updated home was comfortable and kitchen had room for several cooks.

This property was beautiful the view was amazing, the furnishings were fabulous! We will definitely want to rent the house again in the future. Only thing I have to say is in a beautiful place like this, you should have two ply toilet paper!

The house was clean and neat and everything was where we could find it. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I've stayed at several places in Bodega Harbour and even owned one and I'd say this was the nicest. However, one word of warning. There is an Alexa device and the potential exists for someone to be listening to all conversations. So if you're particular about your privacy you might want to stay somewhere else. Because of that I doubt I'll rent this place again.

This is a spectacular property. Great views, great furnishings, excellent location, very clean. Our only criticism is that is lacked small touches of home that you would expect at this price point. For example, closets were massive with tons of space and yet we only had 4-5 clothes hangers per room even in the master bedroom and we were traveling with a lot of luggage - with clothes we would have liked to have hung. Also no kleenex provided in bathrooms (even cheap hotels have this). A few small touches of home like this would have made all the difference, especially at this price point. However, on a bigger picture level, it's a wonderful house and we were delighted with our choice. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Simply a beautiful, serene, impeccably clean and well-cared for home. Family was so comfortable and the decor is gorgeous!!! Loved the location and view! Highly recommend and we can't wait to come back again....... Thank you to the owners and all who maintain this home.

Of all of the homes we have rented, this one has been our favorite. This home is beautiful and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. Beautiful views - You can see the ocean or you can watch golfers or deer while sitting inside drinking your coffee or cocktails. There is a good supply of jigsaw puzzles and games and a couple of beach chairs and a small cooler if you want to walk to the beach. They've made it hard to leave when your time there is over. We will definitely be back.

The home has a great view of the ocean and overlooking the seventh hole golf green. Furnishings and cooking facilities are excellent. Comfortable beds and well-maintained. Outdoor barbecue with fire pit. Electric car charging station and a good walking area.

House was great minus the plumbing issue we encountered. Tub drain kept backing up into bathroom/shower area with awful smell and sewage particles left behind (disgusting). Even after water finally drained the gross sewage smell lingered and the sewage particles were all over bathroom floor. We called immediately when problem first occurred but the follow up was minimal and unsatisfactory. For a home listed at such a high price point I would one, expect not to have issues like that occur, but two, also expect proper follow up and even an offered discount or something to compensate for the issue and inconvenience. The most I got was a text well into the next day asking if I needed a plunger.

The house was very spotless and clean! The furniture was comfy an decor and roominess was great! All amenities were there as well!

The location was great. The only sounds we heard were the buoy horns and an occasional golf cart. Close by are several restaurants too.

This is a remarkably well-maintained home in a great location. The homes in the Bodega Harbour neighborhood are generally pretty close to each other, but this home has no neighbors on 3 sides of the home. You end up with unobstructed views of the ocean, the 7th green, and Pinnacle Gulch. The house is spotless and everything just works. They even had extra propane tanks in the garage for the grill and gas fire table. This is the 7th different home we have rented in the Bodega Bay area and is certainly the one we would return to.

Where to start?! This is the best rental I have ver stayed at. It had everything that we needed. On of my friends forgot her charger, and the what do you know?? There are chargers in each room. It definitely felt like I was at home. Furniture is very comfortable, and the beds are amazing! I’m pregnant and this was the first time I have not needed my maternity pillow to sleep…and I sleep like a baby!! The views were also amazing. It is a short drive/walk to the beach. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

Location was minutes away to all fun bodega bay beaches, trails and food!! Would have been fun to use the fireplace after a cool rainy day, but was not working or no proper instruction for use. Jetted tub was not working!!

We truly had a delightful time and felt like we were in Hawaii. The house is very lovely with a stunning sunset view and very quiet. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay our stay at Latitude 38! The house is modern and beautifully appointment with modern and super comfy furnishings and the kitchen is fantastic for anyone who likes to cook. So many more amenities and kitchen tools than most vacation rental kitchens, which we really appreciated! Everything was super clean and comfortable. Nice location too - not only did we enjoy great ocean views, there is a nearby trail to hike down to the beach! If you want a nice place in Bodega Bay, this is a great spot!

Nice house, tastefully furnished, kitchen well stocked. Beautiful views of the ocean. Well appointed with phone charging stations in master, Alexa and large screen tv. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would rent again. Only negative is the 4pm check in and 10am check out, cuts the weekend short.
