This location was great , close to Georgetown but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Close to groceries and restaurants. The unit is well equipped, and the owners are very hospitable and helpful. Rent a vehicle so you can discover all the breathtaking waters of the different beaches. The beach chairs supplied were a great asset. Hopefully we will be back soon!

The two of us stayed on the property from August 18, 2023, departing September 1, 2023. We loved the outdoor shower it is perfect because the sand is so fine at the beach. It really sticks to your skin. It’s hard to just brush off. The stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. All worked perfectly. The path to the beach is perfect and we didn’t find the highway busy at all. We had a rental car and spent most of our time touring the island going to all of the beaches. We did two half-day excursions to go, snorkeling see the The pigs, and there were little baby piggies. They were also stingrays that work to feed Across, but you could hold in your arms. They are very used to people. Baby pigs were only a couple of months old. We also went to an island and saw iguanas. The staff on the excursion were amazing. They provided all the food and everything you need if you don’t have your own snorkels and fins. If you do a full day excursion, you can swim with sharks, but because we were there for two weeks, we didn’t wanna overdo it in the sun, so we’re pretty careful each day, even though we came back with great tans. We spent one day on stocking Island, and walked over to where homes and sell boats are kept. No one was on that side and it was only a five minute walk. My husband snuggled, and I just relaxed on the beach. This Fitz it’s really easy to find an access even at night. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in the condo was great! It was very clean and well stocked with whatever you might need over the course if your stay. We had trouble getting a car to rent for the week and the host was able to help us secure one for our stay. She also was there no matter what questions we had. Exuma itself was different than we expected but the beaches were absolutely beautiful!

The property was perfect for our annual trip to the Bahamas. The location was convenient to groceries, beer and restaurant! It was great having access to the beach! Loved it!

My husband and I spent 5 days at “this fitz” and we enjoyed it ! We felt at home thanks to the hospitality of Dimps ! He took care of our arrival, taxi and was full of attentions ! 100% recommend this place and the beach is amazing at a really short walk from the house.

My husband and I stayed here in March. This apartment is in a perfect location. It is centrally located, and Tar Bay beach is right across Queen's Highway (not really a "highway" :-). The property is tucked away so you don't see the road at all, and we only had to wait one time to cross the road on the beach path. We explored one end of the island (Exuma Point) to the other (Tropic of Cancer Beach on Little Exuma). Groceries and the Fish Fry are nearby. Janet and Paul are lovely hosts and we enjoyed happy hour with them! The kitchen and bath are updated and the apartment is large; it takes up the entire first floor. A perfect place for a getaway for two!

This studio apartment space was perfect for 2! There is a grocery store just up the road and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the shaded patio and going for walks on the beach. The owners are good people and gave us recommendations for things to do. We plan to come back and stay here again!

“This Fitz” was perfect for my wife and I. We enjoyed our morning walks and 350 steps to the beach then miles of beach was great. The property is well kept with accurate pictures and description. The owners were so warm, inviting, and quick to respond to any questions and had great recommendations on food, boat rentals, and excursion companies. We recommend this property and hope to be back one day!

This is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay in the Bahamas. It is not on the beach but has a 250 yard path that takes you through the trees, across the busy highway and down to a beautiful beach. The owners were very helpful and were responsive when we had problems finding the place. If we had had instructions to find the place when we arrived, we would have thought it almost perfect! Great value for the price!

The house itself was clean and private. They provided beach towels and beach chairs, which was nice. The owners helped us book a bonefish charter with Captain JJ which was well worth the money. The walk down to the beach was longer than anticipated. It took us about 4-5 minutes to walk to it. The wind was blowing 15-20 the whole time we were there and the waves crashed hard onto that beach, so we ended up driving to calmer beaches. Communication with the owners is probably my biggest complaint. For example, the listing mentions the use of laundry facilities, but we were not given the code to access it until we were going to bed the day before we left. Overall, it was a decent stay and the central location was nice. Definitely rent a car so you can tour the island.

This was our third trip to Exuma, so before we booked, we knew where and what we wanted to make the most of our vacation. "This Fitz" was our choice and it was absolutely perfect!! We came in late on a Sunday and were picked up by the property managers who also returned us to the car rental agency the next morning. The house was VERY nice and was well appointed with everything you need ... right down to the corkscrew. It is conveniently located to some of the best beaches (Tar Bay is a short stroll along a private sandy pathway and one of the best beaches and water in Exuma), grocery stores and a super butcher shop that sells groceries as well as prime meats and fish. I cannot say enough about the owners, who lived upstairs. Super people who gave us complete privacy but were also there if we wanted conversation and share a glass of wine, etc.. If you are looking for a perfect spot for a couple, this is it...!! We will be back..!! Thanks for everything. Laura & Steve Canada

“This Fitz” was the perfect place for a couple to stay on their Exuma trip. The location is most ideal and central to everything - you are a few footsteps away from Tar Bay with a private beach path. You are minutes away from the Butcher Store and Hoopers Bay. The apartment is spacious and the property is beautiful. Ron and his wife are the most gracious hosts. They welcomed us with groceries since we came in late and during holiday when stores were closed. They checked in with us to see if we ever needed anything. I was hesitant to stay at a rental with no reviews but I knew I was in good hands after I saw Ron, the owner of Prime Meats deli is the host. He is the best! Visiting his store is a must as well.
