One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. Perfect for sharing (in our case, with extended family).

Enjoyed our visit! We snorkeled, fished, kayaked, grilled , built SA sculptures and simply relaxed and enjoyed each other.

This was a team get together for my business. The property was very clean and the service was excellent. The property had many amenities, too many to take advantage of them all. The host was wonderful. I highly recommend this property.

We had a large group of friends and family together and had so much fun. We love the keys and this property is amazing. We cooked on the grills, sat around the fire pit and enjoyed the private beach. The property is close by some great restaurants and attractions. The cottages had everything that our group needed, we’re already talking about getting together and booking for next year

The property was beautiful, only had problem with the heat. Winter is unpredictable.

My group planned this trip for over a year, Kelly was a fantastic host! she went above and beyond to make sure our stay / wedding was amazing! My family can’t wait to come back!

We spent a whole month during the summer with our extended family and were the best vacations ever, Kelly and Greg were always a phone call away to take care of all our needs. The oceanfront views are paradisiacal. I definitely will be back.

This property is amazing and you feel like you’re in your own private island. The pictures do not do it any justice. We were a group of 19 and I have to admit that it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Loved it and we want to go back!

Had an absolute amazing time at the Keys Compound! We rented the entire property for a week to get together with family from Minnesota and relax. This property was perfect for that! The sunsets from the beach were phenomenal ! Owner Kelli was amazing to deal with and fast with responses on any questions we had. We will definitely stay at this property again! Highly recommend.

From the start the property owners were engaging and helpful at every turn. The facility was accurately represented and met our needs for my wife and I and our three grown children and their families. Having three separate homes allowed freedom for each family and a central meeting area in the Beach Cottage.We rented a boat for the week which was delivered and docked for immediate use. The water toys, paddle board, kayaks were all fun and fishing from the doc was great for kids and adults. In addition it felt like we were in our own private compound like one would have experience in the "old Keys". No resort traffic. No crazy neighbor. Just simply relaxed pleasure. It was truly a special find and for everyone in our family a special time.

It was a great week... Owners made sure all was set for us. We had zero issues with the complex and all enjoyed the week. Great sunsets and we really enjoyed the fire pit next to the water. If we go back to the Keys we will stay again...

Friends - I can not say ENOUGH about our stay at this amazing oasis!! We came with our 2 kids (4 and 9 months), and two other couples - both had teen kids. Each family had their own cottage so it was so perfect to spend time together but to also we were able to spend time together. The cottages had literally every single thing we needed so it truly felt like home. We enjoyed the cottages but we also really enjoyed the private beach and docks. We LOVED using the tubes and the paddle boards and spent much of our time in the sun on the beach or in the water on the boards. We also rented a boat to go fishing and tubing and we were easily able to store it at the dock provided. We honestly felt like we were on our own private island in our own paradise. The owners were so accommodating and SO responsive. Our family will absolutely come back here and we would highly recommend staying here!

This was an incredible find … like our own private resort! We rented the main house and the cottages together with our group of 20 and there was plenty of room to spare. The private beach, dock, and “tiki bar” were the perfect spot to get rays during the day and enjoy the sunsets, cocktails, and s’mores at night. The free access to the plethora of beach toys - kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, etc. - were a really nice surprise. We also loved the huge open kitchen, living room and screened porch in the main house that could accommodate our whole group, while everyone still had their own private spaces in the cottages. It was a little pricey but worth every penny for such a secluded beachfront oasis. The only negatives - and they’re not big ones - are not being able to use the backyard behind the main house (it’s someone else’s property), and the surrounding area and neighboring houses are a little rundown, but you’ll never know it once you’re inside the Keys Compound. Thanks to Kelly and Greg for great communications before and during our stay, and for building such a special place to enjoy Spring Break with our family and friends!

Absolutely gorgeous! There were 10 adults in our group. We used and enjoyed the entire property. Ellis house and cottages were super clean and stocked with everything we needed with plenty of extras.. Nice beach for sun and shade. Greg and Kelly were fantastic and promptly answered all of our questions. They also arranged for a fishing trip with Captain Mike on their beautiful boat. He was super fun and very knowledgeable. As an added bonus, we caught 10 tuna.! A great time was had by all! Thanks for letting us stay home in your beautiful home. We sure hope to come back..

This property was perfect and catered nicely to my group who was there to celebrate my birthday. The compound was large and well kept, the cottages were clean and equipped with everything we needed. We will def recommend this property to family and friend. We had an amazing time!!

We rented the property for 3 nights and were blown away. Everything was very clean and exceeded any expectations. Great location with tons of amenities for anyone staying including kayaks, paddle boards, fire pits, grills at every cottage, and comfortable rooms.

Everything about this property is perfect!!! It had everything you need for an amazing trip! We stayed in the cottages. Each cottage has a kitchen area, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The private beach was perfect! They have paddle boards and a dock! Great fishing and scuba diving off the dock!! You can stay on property in your own secluded haven or you can venture out for fishing and restaurants. The owners could not have been more accommodating and wonderful! Everything was so easy and we will be definitely be returning again and again to this incredible property!!

The owner had the property manager meet us as we arrived. He showed us around and got us familiar with each one of the cottages we were renting. We appreciate the one on one experience and also the suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. The private beach was an oasis away from home. And the dock was all it was said to be, a wonderful fish sanctuary. The sunsets were incredible as well as the sunrises. We will felt like we were in a world of our own. Wonderful time had by all!

This property far exceeded expectations. We had a large family reunion around Christmas and the place was perfect. With the large house serving as the central meeting area, and the smaller houses providing plenty of privacy, it was a perfect set up. We will be making this an annual trip! The owners made the process so easy and were responsive to every request. .

We had three buildings for three families. The property was right on the water. There was plenty of gear for paddle boarding and kayaking. It was a great place.

We were a group of 8 adults & 2 small kids (under 2). The 3 cottages provided ample space and our own ‘resort’ on the beach. We kayaked, read, made bonfires, lots of family meals and made some great memories. Thank you!!

Me and my family spent the most wonderful time at this property. The compound is a lovely place to stay, amazing sunsets, relaxing beach front view and the bonfires every nights made our time there perfect. The owners Greg and Kelly were very helpful in every way they made it feel like home. Definitely we will comeback.

This was the perfect set-up for a company trip with our employees and their families! The main house and the three cottages were clean, cozy, and well appointed with everything that we needed to make this an easy and care-free trip. Everyone had a great time, and there was plenty of sleeping space, towels, and recreational space and activities for all of us to enjoy together, regardless of age. Our host and property manager were responsive and checked in on us, making sure that everything was going well and there was nothing that was needed. There was one issue with a lock on a door, and it was handled right away. We hope to return next year! Thanks for your hospitality!

I can't say enough good things. The property was clean, beautiful, and amazing. Beds were comfortable, and there thoughtful details throughout - towels, wifi password, speakers, kitchen essentials. If you are looking for a one of a kind vacation, look no further.

Amazing tropical oasis!

The compound was a hit for our large group. The property was vast enough to forget everything around you as well as giving different experiences. The properties beach front & piers gave for great fishing and aquatic life. Definitely made some return visitors on the trip!
