Property owner had great communication- house was clean and as advertised! We had a great time! Lots to do minutes from the rental and the pool and pickleball courts in the community are great!

We have been very pleased with our rental of this property. The home is clean and bright, and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient to shopping, etc. The owners are very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed there for a family members wedding, it was a beautiful home. Had everything that was listed. Clean. New. Everything was great. We just had a hiccup on during check in. Access code was incorrect and couldn’t get in the house. Manager finally reached back and got it situated. Other than that it was a really nice place to stay.

Beautiful home! Wonderful location! Quiet area! 15 min away from downtown Venice and beaches but very close to shopping. Owners were incredible. Graciously responded within minutes. 3 houses from pool, clubhouse , bocce ball and pickle ball. Would love to stay next year but it is already booked.

The Internet connected security camera at the patio door is aimed directly at the dinning room and doorway from the bedroom. The patio door definitely requires blinds or a curtain that can be closed to protect the privacy of renters. Also the toilets plug up easily and the supplied plunger is nearly useless so be prepared to bring your own Liquid Plumber and plunger. Don't expect a response from the owners for any problems you might encounter.
