Other than the construction crew working across the way the location was a great spot away from the crowds. Can't beat fishing and crabbing from a private dock either. If you prefer a low-hustle area but still close enough to the area attractions then you'd enjoy this spoy

We had a wonderfully relaxing time! Beautiful bay views from every room. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved having access to the dock and being right on the bay. House was clean and as described. Norma was very responsive to all our questions and needs- I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my 3 friends stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it! There was so much space for all of us to fit comfortably, and the deck is unbeatable! Although it’s a tad far to walk to the bar/night life scene, it was perfect because it was quiet and tucked away. We will definitely be renting again!!

This location is good for adults who want a quite time at the bay. The apartment has many antiques that make it pretty but not kid friendly. The fridge made a constant loud noise - we texted host with no response. Overall, nice area, surrounded by water. The host did not respond to any questions, texted.

We loved our stay! the place was very nice and quiet and we loved being able to fish right off the dock. In a great location...right on the bay would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Rob's VRBO for 2 nights from May 22nd to 24th 2023. When we checked in food was left on the grill along with dirty cook wear. Which we cleaned. We just received a message today (5/28) from Rob about a water mark that was on a dresser in the bedroom and some damage to the microwave and stove controls. We did not bring any food or drink into the bedroom, so we do not know how or when this mark was made. We did not cook anything either, so we do not know how or when the kitchen appliances were damaged. We ate all of our meals in town. Now we are being charged $500 for damages that we did not do. We will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone staying here. We have stayed at other VRBO's and have never had an issue like this before. Other VRBO owners have left us reviews stating that they could not even tell that we had stayed there.

The property was extremely clean and easy to get to anywhere. We didn’t go in the summer. The place was a perfect getaway.

It was a great place to stay. Just like in the pictures. No surprises, very clean and beautiful rooms. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Great views and nice deck to seat out and relax on. Close to Acme, restaurants and liquors stores. Robert C was very nice and got back to us when we had a question in a short amount of time. It was perfect for a sisters getaway. All 4 of us loved it and had a great time.

I can’t say enough about this little hideaway on the bay! I was looking for some place relaxing and quiet for a quick getaway after a hectic few months, and this lovely home right on the Grassy Sound was exactly what I was looking for! The place was nicely decorated, impeccably clean, snd the bed and couch were high-end and really comfortable. My dog loved it too. She spent hours and hours on the deck watching the birds. :) I will definitely be back!

Easy check in. The owners are great. Very nice. The home is beautiful with high end appliances and everything you need. It was immaculate with views of the bay from every room. The ability to share the weekend with my pets made it even better. Definately recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of space and wonderful views. Very comfortable bed. Host was very communicative and willing to work with uncertain circumstances. I will certainly visit again if I'm ever in the area.

The property is Beautiful and the view more stunning then the photos. The host was very responsive and even helped with recommendations for places to eat for my daughter's birthday I highly recommend this place and can't wait to visit again

My wife & I stayed at this property from Thurs thru Sunday. Rob, the host, was very accommodating and was only a phone call away if we had any questions. Their property was clean & views of the bay from their living room was an added bonus. Will be staying here again!

We stayed two nights during President’s long weekend. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. If we stayed longer we could do fishing and more outside activities. Restaurants in the area were very good in quality and price. We had a great time!

televisions were a problem no tv in living room didnt work tv in bedroom had to be reset a lot and hurricane made stay harder with minimal tv to watch outside view was good

Dog friendly, right on the bay, great communication with property manager. My husband and I had an amazing time. Hope to stay here again.

Our small group of 4 absolutely loved the location of this rental. The view of the bay was very nice and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning having coffee and using the dock to enjoy our drinks in the evening. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The layout worked well and we hope to rent again next year.

My wife and I and our dog stayed for a week and loved it. Clean, modern and nicely appointed apartment on a canal with a beautiful view of the bay and marshes. Quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach, restaurants and Wildwood boardwalk. Would definitely come back. The hosts were friendly and very responsive.

Our stay was amazing. Brought back memories in wildwood when I was younger. The Bayview area was so relaxing and great neighbors. Will love to visit again.

Location for enjoyment of the bay is great. Beach very close. Quiet area. Great parking. Most important very clean.

Had a great time , was perfect for our dogs , they got to swim in the bay , hang on the deck , we grilled , and really enjoyed ourselves. Very private end house.

A quiet neighborhood with a liquor and grocery store within walking distance. The place had a well stocked kitchen that we used every day and great amenities. Also, a lovely view of the water!
