House is great! Washer and dryers on multiple levels. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were plentiful.

The property was clean, well maintained, and beautiful. The location was fantastic and it was so spacious, which was perfect for our multi-family group. We will gladly visit this home again.

The house is gorgeous and there was plenty of room for our group of 15. It was great to have the second living room for the teens to hang out. The management company Blue Swell leaves a lot to be desired. The day before check in we received a text saying the house may not be ready until 7pm (instead of 4) it was ready close to 4:30, so that worked out fine. The pool was GREEN when we got there. I texted on Sunday and was told that no one could come out until Wednesday because Tuesday was July 4th. I inquired about a refund for an unusable pool and magically the pool company showed up Sunday. We still were not able to use the pool until Monday night because it needed to be shocked. I am still waiting for my security deposit refund which is supposed to be returned 30 days after the check out date. I just called for the second time and was told it would take another 7-14 days to process the refund. If you don't mind having to keep on the rental company, I would say rent the house. We won't be renting the house again even though we loved it because the management company was such a hassle.

This was a very nice property and was perfect for our family needs as far as bedrooms and layout. We had requested an early check-in 2 hours prior to the 4 pm check-in, but never heard back about this. We learned that no one was in the house the day before we arrived, so not sure why we couldn’t get the early check-in. We did have a few issues: not enough pots and pans in the kitchen to cook for a large family. If you have a house that sleeps 21 people, then the kitchen should also be equipped to handle that. Management provided what we needed after we contacted them. The dishwasher had a lot of mold/mildew and didn’t have hot water. Management sent maintenance to fix it after we contacted them. The washing machine on the 2nd floor stopped working. Maintenance was sent over, but wasn’t able to get it functioning, so we had to do all wash on the 1st floor after that. Overall, the house was nice and we had a very nice stay, but we did have several issues during the week that needed to be addressed. Management was responsive to our issues.

Our family of 15 had a great week at this property. The backyard is large, and we really enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings. The pool is quite small so we didn’t use it much. Wish it was bigger. Only other issue we had was the gas grill. We cooked burgers on it one night and couldn’t get it to heat up beyond 300 degrees. I will report it to the mgmt company so they can have someone check the regulator on it. We had gas in the tank… just couldn’t get it to heat up correctly. Overall it was a great week and we recommend this property. P.S. Please add another potholder and/or mitt in the kitchen. We only found one plus a garden glove in the drawer.

The listing is just as describeed, although the pictures don't do the high end decor justice. The house is well stocked. The location to the beach was amazing. Just a very short walk to prestine beaches. The views and sounds of the Gulf soothed the soul. We encountered a small issue with the sliding door handle and maintenance arrived promptly and fixed. I truly hope we get to return to this beach palace again very soon.

Over all our stay was great. Water heater for upstairs needs to be turned up. It takes a long time for the water to get hot.

My favorite part was the beds were super comfortable memory foam mattresses. Maybe my only complaint would be no furniture on the second level patio.

This property did not disappoint! It was immaculate, well stocked and the perfect location. We had more than enough space, a plethora of games and things to do as a family that came with the house. Management was responsive and very helpful! Hopefully next time we book, Mother Nature will give us temps above 55 😊

We stayed here with family and the house was just perfect. It is exactly how it is shown in the pictures! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and for the teens to have their own space. The beach was just across the street with huge white sand beaches and crystal clear ocean. Ocean views from the second and third floor balconies. Plunge pool was just enough to cool off and the outside shower is convenient for rinsing off any sand from the beach. Plenty of bath towels were provided. Property management was quick to respond to any concerns. There is a big bin on the back patio with miscellaneous chairs and boogie boards so check there before purchasing anything for the beach. Overall a great stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

Rooms, and space was just as described. Floors could have been cleaner, all counter top appliances were moldy. Bring your own coffee pot and blender. Plenty of towels, 2 washers and dryers. We had a great time.

All the beds were very comfortable. There are 3 AC units, one for each floor so it cooled the house nicely.

The house was overall clean, I'm not sure if the blankets are washed after every family but they didn't smell like someone else. The only thing we found was the coffee maker still had coffee in it.

The pool was very small but we didn't use it much, it was mostly the little ones. There was corn hole and plenty of seating by the pool.

The location was a short walk to the beach, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance although we didn't venture out to eat since we all cooked. The beach itself was not crowded at all. So it was nice to not have to fight for space for all of us.

We had a few maintenance issues, the kitcehn microwave didn't work so we brought down the one from the third floor rec room. We had to keep resetting the disposal. The door wouldn't lock but they fixed it that day. These were small issues and didn't impact our stay.

One block from beach, house was great. We had a great vacation and would stay again. The house was large and well cleaned. but nothing is provided as a VRBO. Be prepared to purchase every item needed and pay for beach chair rentals. Nothing for the beach is provided either.

The bedrooms were massive and beds were so comfy. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. 2 laundry rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms were a huge plus so the teens had their own space with its own large balcony and full refrigerator. The outdoor patio was an oasis for relaxing and fun! It had so much seating, open areas for games, a covered bar area with a sink for cleaning fish or whatever, even 2 cornhole boards! The beach was across the street - 60 second walk directly to a boardwalk to the sugar sand beaches and turquoise water. We've stayed in this area numerous times and it's perfect for access to everything except for crowds! Blue Swell was wonderful to work with, awesome customer service and great with communication and assistance when needed. We have already booked it again for this summer!! One block from the beach, tons of space for parking and lots of bedroom/baths! Even has 2 washers and dryers!!!! Absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back again! The pictures don’t quite do justice to how large this home actually is. We had 11 family members, ranging in age from 7 to 70 and everyone loved the stay here. Just cross the street and your at the beautiful beach. The house is stocked with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, a wagon to haul your stuff, nothing seemed to be overlooked. Having two washing machines and dryer was a big help over the week. Overall, we loved our stay and would be back in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough about our family vacation at Dog Dayz . We had 10 adults , a teenager, an infant, and 2 small children. The floorplan was a Perfect 10 for us all. The beach was AWESOME and only a short walk away. It was never crowded and this was the 4th of July week. You are only 3.5 miles from 30A a mile from Publix and Winn Dixie. The house is all that was portrayed to us on VRBO and more. Highly recommend!!

The house is beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is very large, there was plenty of seating for our large group. The house is much closer to the beach than I realized. Clarissa was awesome as well, always had quick replies any time I had a question. We look forward to staying here again.

This is an excellent property. Our family ranging from 6 months up to over 55 and there was accommodations for all. Everything you could ever need is in this house. The location to the beach is great. Very short walk.

We rented this property for our wedding and it was the perfect location! Plenty of room for our family and friends to stay with us for the weekend. Plenty of entertainment for the kids as well as the adults. Beach was easily accessible. And a huge courtyard with enough room for us to throw our reception.
