The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great house! Highly recommend!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay with plenty of space, beach time and delicious local food.

May 9th through May 15th. We were a group of four sixty two year old women who make a girlfriend trip for a week in May every year. This trip was our 9th trip together. We always like to stay somewhere by the ocean. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed in. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with basically anything you need. As we always cook breakfast and a couple meals on our trips were also very pleasantly surprised on the amount of spices. It was nice to not have to pick when maybe use once. There are two outside decks with plenty of comfy seating, The back one has a very nice table for sitting and eating outdoors and is screened in. Downstairs, there's a gas grill with tanks. A large counter and sink with another table for eating down stairs. There is also an outdoor shower for getting all the sand off of you when you come back from the beach. There are plenty of wagons, beach chairs. And things for you to take down to the beach. In the living room, you'll find a huge tv above a cabinet FULL of movies. There's a gaming system on a tv upstairs. Just about every bedroom, had a TV. And they have very good instructions for everything. The house is absolutely gorgeous inside. Everything is just so nice. cleanest place we've stayed at. The only thing to know is that there are stairs to the main floor so if you have heavy suitcases be prepared. That's just how it is on the island you have to be up off the ground. You will not be disappointed highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor, huge screened porch, abundance of amenities, and quiet location within a short walk to the beach and excellent seafood restaurants. The owners’ recommendations were spot on, and much appreciated were their beach worthy wagons, chairs, towels and umbrellas. We’ll be back. Thank you!

We came to relax and enjoy a couple days with friends and this was the perfect place to do it. Absolutely love the balcony deck with it being enclosed, it was a perfect place to drink coffee and relax. It's close to the beach and quiet, very clean. Would definitely stay again

Great house with plenty of room. The only thing we did not expect was for the master bedroom to not have a closet , or to not have access to it. No where to really hang our clothes as the armoire had a shelf right under the hanging pole. But we made it work and had a blast. The house had everything we could possibly need or want. I would definitely rent it again.

Our stay went smooth...the house was beautiful, it had everything we needed. We were in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to the beach and downtown. My family and I had the best time on Tybee Island. Doug and Cathy were great host, responding quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend them and their home.

Excellent stay, no surprises. Our 3 generation family of 6 really enjoyed Doug and Cathy's comfortable, well equipped, and clean home. It was close to Savannah for visits, close to the beach, and Fort Pulaski and still in a quite setting. We all enjoyed our stay. A place to experience wonderful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend staying here.

My 4 sisters and I take a trip together once a year. This house and its location was a perfect house for our get together. It was also very well supplied.

Perfect home for our 3 family units as there were 3 rooms with their own bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Recliners in the living room were awesome. Ample parking at this home. Clean.

This was our first visit to Tybee and loved it. This was a great place to stay ….great location, very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. I would definitely go back and would recommend staying here.

Our group of six really enjoyed our stay here at Tybee island.The house was clean and tidy. There were roku’s in almost every room, and a large selection of dvds to choose from. They also provide extra beach chairs and beach toys if you need them. The hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in Georgia.

There are so many things I can say about this property and they are all good. I don't have one single complaint so instead I will list what I loved most compared to other places I have stayed. The shower felt wonderful and there is plenty of hot water. The house was spotless, even those areas that sometimes get overlooked. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The king bed was very firm and the other bed was soft so it's easy to have the firmness you need. The entire house was a comfortable 70 degrees so we didn't get hot and sweaty watching tv or trying to sleep. There were no musty weird smells inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Although we brought our own shampoo, there is shampoo and body wash available in every bathroom. The screened porch was a very pleasant place to enjoy the weather without getting eat alive by bugs. Even the outdoor sitting areas were clean. The outdoor storage closet had plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagons and coolers. We brought our own but didn't need to. The outdoor shower was a nice added touch after a trip to the beach. The hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. I will definitely watch for this property for our next trip to Tybee island. It felt like home.

Very nice, clean and updated house ~ convenient to the multiple locations on the island ~ this is our second stay at this particular house because we love the layout for our family and it’s location on the island.

My friends and I stayed at this beautiful house on Tybee Island and it was the perfect location for our annual vacation. The house was sparkling clean, plenty of towels for bath and beach (for 7 of us!) and stocked with everything else we needed for the weekend. The addition of three beach buggies and a ton of beach chairs and a cooler was a huge bonus since you're close enough to the beach to walk! Our hosts responded immediately to questions and were so incredibly accommodating to a few requests we had. They also offered great restaurant recommendations for all types of dining that came in super handy. Our stay here really helped ensure we had a memorable and relaxing weekend! Higly recommend this home for your stay at Tybee!

The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. It was perfect for a laid back bachelor party of 10. The hosts were always very quick to respond, and were willing to go above and beyond when we had a last minute issue come up. They were also very reasonable and friendly. We had 4 generations together and the house was perfect! The host was very helpful! A very minor concern was the pictures led us to believe it was closer to the beach. It was, however, within easy walking distance. We had an excellent time and would highly recommend this beautiful place to stay.

Property was spacious enough to take a multigenerational family trip. The hosts were great. The house was close enough to the beach and the beach-theme decor gives you a mental reminder that you are on vacation and you should relax.

This house was in good condition and spacious enough to be comfortable for our group of 4 adults & 3 kids. It was a little farther from the beach than I expected but still walkable. We appreciated the wagons/chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards and beach towels. There are no toiletries provided other than a few small bars of soap. There was also no coffee provided. Just things to know when packing! There was an envelope on the fridge that suggested leaving a tip for the cleaner, even though the rental charges already included a substantial cleaning fee.

Great location! House was perfect for our group of 9 (5 adults, 4 children ranging in age from 11 to 5). Access to the beach is from 10th Ave which put us on Mid Beach. We were there for 6 days and never felt the beach was crowded. Doug and Cathy were quick in responding to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
