We had a fantastic weekend visiting HMS Medical Students. The Grandma, mom and Aunties tour. Started late late Thursday evening when we all arrived at our West Roxbury home, sitting around the wonderful kitchen table and sharing travel stories with wine. Home was perfect location 20 minutes from everything. Quiet setting. Great sleeping. Comfy beds, soft linens. Communication with Susan always quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

We booked the house to keep the family together while in town for the marathon. The location was far enough out to allow us to relax before and after the race and close enough to the bus routes and T lines for groups to venture out without the car. the house had everything we needed, Susan was quick with her communications when we had questions. definitely would recommend.

Very clean and well stocked. In order to access the bathroom from one of the bedrooms it required passing through another bedroom. It worked for us.

We enjoyed our stay very much.The home is beautiful. We Ubered to Boston several times from the house so we didn’t have the hassle of driving. We had one problem with a door and Susan came right over to fix it and was incredibly gracious and helpful. The only thing that guests need to be aware of is that the three bedrooms are upstairs and only one bathroom is upstairs. The other bathroom is downstairs. The description says that, but just make sure you are aware; also, guests must walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom.

House was clean and comfortable. We had 2 couples staying for my 1st trip to Boston. Location was easy. Nice neighborhood. Great place to stay!

Nice property, attentive host, close to train station

Close to Boston. There is a short 10-15 min walk to the T as well. We went into the little town where there were some good restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The house is well-maintained. Personally, we like room darkening blinds/shades so the sun shines in the master bedroom and the bedroom at the top of the stairs. We were able to buy shades at the local CVS. Our host Susan was WONDERFUL! If we could give more stars we would!!! Thank you for sharin g this property with us. The Kellys of Chicago

CLEAN and well-appointed 3-bedroom home with comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms adjoins primary bedroom so privacy might be an issue for some guests. There were 5 in our party. Our single young adult som used the adjoining bedroom so was not a problem for us. Home is located in a lovely neighborhood and has parking and nice outdoor space. 20-30 minute drive to downtown Boston (depending on day of week and time of day). We used both rental car and Uber to travel into Boston. Grocery store & good restaurants nearby in West Roxbury and Rosalind. Charming home, neighborhood and city. Highly recommend this home and owner was a pleasure to work with throughout our planning and stay.

This house was really lovely and well appointed. Great location with ample parking. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. The only thing to be aware of is that the layout of the upstairs bedrooms requires the occupants of the largest bedroom to walk through another bedroom to get to the bathroom or to go downstairs. This was not a big issue for us but thought it worth mentioning. I would definitely go back to this house.

My family and I had a great spring weekend in Boston celebrating my sons graduation. Property was just as described, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking and easy access back out to the highway. The house was spacious and well equipped and our host Susan was more than accommodating with my late paperwork submission. We would definitely stay again.

The house is as shown in pics. It was clean & well equipped. I recommend a car as transit stop is not convenient. Susan was a great host, even when we locked ourselves out, she came over and was very gracious about getting us in. It was my fault. The 4 of us were comfortable for the entire stay. We all agreed we would recommend staying here

Susan was so nice and absolutely did the best with accommodating me on the property. The house is IMMACULATE. The pictures do no justice. ITS GREATER IN PERSON !

Beautiful and very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and kitchen functional. The house was just what we needed for our visit to Boston and Susan was great to communicate with! Thank you!

Our grown kids and friends are in Boston, this well stocked, immaculate home easily sleeps 6 and made a great base for late Dec get-together. Access and good parking front and rear made this corner lot excellent, backyard looks well suited to summer as well. The town center with great shopping and restaurants is very close-by, easy reach to city and suburbs. Susan was a helpful, responsive host. We hope to be back soon

We had a wonderful time in Boston, touring campuses and taking in the sights. This house was the perfect home base, and so well-appointed. We had everything we needed, and Susan was a wonderful host. Grateful for the trip, the time together as a family at this crucial moment in our child’s life, and the excellent accommodations.

Great place to stay.. Susan’s house was just what we needed. Three females from the West Coast and we had a great time. We love the Pac-Man game, brought back memories. The entire house is great. Beds were great, kitchen was roomy. Would definitely use again if we’re in the area. Thank you.

This was an awesome house in a fantastic location. Close to parks, restaurants, and downtown Boston. We loved the old school games In sunroom too!

We very much enjoyed our stay

This is a very clean property in a nice neighborhood. Property owner was very communicative and helpful. About a 15-30 minute drive if you’re interested in downtown. Didn’t use the train so should check this out if you’re interested in public transportation. The station is about 1/2 mile walk. The only issue we had is that we had a teen, 4 adults, and an infant. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and the other bath is on the main floor. If you’re in the master suite, you need to go through one of the bedrooms to get to the bathroom on the second floor. We managed to make it work though. Thanks Susan for your attention!

We spent a long weekend in Boston for a concert and to see friends. This house worked perfectly for us! The decor is welcoming and the house is spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The arcade game was a big hit with the guys, and there were other board games for down time. The bedrooms were generously sized and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bedroom setup was a little odd - you had to walk through bedroom 1 to get to bedroom 2. We slept in one with our daughter and her husband in the other connected one and gave our friends the more private 3rd one. It worked perfectly fine for us but can see it being uncomfortable for 3 unrelated couples. The bathrooms were well stocked, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We didn’t have the chance to use the backyard much but it has a fire pit with a cushy conversation area as well as some outdoor games. The younger couple spent a fair amount of downtime in the hammock. There was parking for two large vehicles - which is a challenge to find with most rental homes in Boston. If we have need to stay in Boston again, this home would be our first choice!

We had a great time touring Boston and Salem. The house was very nice and we were thrilled with the amenities that owner thought to include. We would definitely stay there again.

It was my first time to Boston, and although it was a bit farther from the city life than one might want it was a quick walk to the commuter train then a quick transfer to the orange line into the heart of the city. The home is fresh and immaculate with a variety of coffee, teas and espressos at the waiting. Be wary of the quiet hours. We got back from the Sox game and we're amped up because they won, when we got home the next night we came home to the patio being soaked by the neighbors. Welp, whatcha gonna do.
