My kids absolutely loved having the pool oasis in the back yard. Plenty of room inside for us to spread out, and hours of fun in the pool. Clean, well-appointed house with great updates.

The pool and outside of this place is amazing. We spent so much enjoyable time outside. Because of the orientation of the pool, it gets a lot of sun during the day and was comfortable in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The master bathroom 'rain' shower was amazing too. I looked forward to it each day. We found the property was well located relative to beaches as we visited Malibu and Venice beaches from here in a short jaunt. I would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay at this house, we stayed here last year as well and enjoyed it so much that we decided to return again this year. First the positives : The pool area and covered outdoor patio areas are fantastic. We used the pool a lot, and enjoyed it very much. We also used the grill and fire pit and enjoyed that as well. Having a locked entry to the pool area was great with two little kids running around. The negatives: We were disappointed that some items we had pointed out that we thought should be addressed last year were not. None of these items were deal breakers, although the drain in the master bedroom shower was problematic to the point where we had to get a plumber out, and Shawn’s team was very responsive in addressing that. The kitchen could use more silverware. We will touch base with the owner about the items that we noticed that could be addressed, however, we did have such a great time using the outdoor areas that we still rate this house as five stars and would strongly consider booking it next year.

This was such a great experience. Traveled to California on a family vacation - kids had a blast. House is set up perfectly for relaxing and has a great feel. Neighbors very friendly. The host went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Checking on us several times. At one point they even brought donuts over to the house and they were the best donuts we have ever had. We had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately. I recommend this group to anyone. Well done!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Check-in was fast and easy. Shawn was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. The house is very welcoming and spacious! We enjoyed our time in the pool and patio area. We had a BBQ and watched Netflix all at the same time. :) I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great vacation house. Thank you again!

We enjoyed our stay. We had three families staying and there was plenty of room. The backyard with all the extra seating and heated pool was our favorite part. Would definitely recommend!

It was a nice property, it was nice and cozy. The pool was a nice size and the whole house was clean and spotless. We had a great time and I had a birthday party and Shawn and his team were very sweet and allowed us to have a good time as long as we respected the neighborhood quiet times.

The family loved this place! Our four year old grandson cried when told we had reached the end of our week’s stay and had to return home. The outstanding amenities are the extensive outdoor patio area and pool. The kids especially loved the pool and the little play house, and the fact that the pool area could be locked and inaccessible to small kids was a very welcome feature. The kitchen was mostly well stocked, lacking only a few small items that we purchased. We did a fair amount of cooking in the kitchen as well as using the barbecue, and had every utensil or bowl that we needed or wanted. There are a few small home maintenance issues that need to be taken care of and we communicated these with the host, but none of these issues diminished our enjoyment of the home. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks Shawn
