And if you like to cook, the kitchen is ready for you! I required a space close to Clifton Springs that was private and affordable. Walking distance to downtown Canandaigua and to the lake, this apartment was perfect. There are stairs to climb and be aware of, but entry is easy, the apartment is immaculately clean, and quiet. and it felt like home at the same time. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I do hope to stay there again when I visit my dad at Ashton Place.

This apartment is conveniently located and within walking distance to so many things Canandaigua has to offer. We were impressed with the simplistic beauty of the accommodations and with the many special amenities left for us by our hosts. Jennifer and Steve have thought of everything a guest could need from plush towels, to a well-equipped kitchen, to a comfortable bed and cozy furniture. Although the apartment is on Main Street, there is virtually no "street noise" once you're inside. We were always able to park in the designated spaces and found the place to be very private. There was a little problem with the heater, but the hosts were very proactive about it and communicated well as they worked to successfully resolve the problem. We will try to rent Le Petit when we visit Canandaigua again.

My husband and I stayed here for a summer getaway to Canandaigua Lake and we could not have been happy with our choice of staying at this apartment! It was the perfect space for the 2 of us with everything that we needed. The owners provided us with wine, snacks, high quality towels, linen, and blankets. We had a 10 minute walk/2 minute drive to the lake in one direction and an even shorter walk to get into town. The clean, bright, and charming interior of this rental made for the nicest place for us to relax while on our vacation. We would absolutely book with Le Petit again!

The property was spotless! All towels and linens were of a high quality. Owners went above and beyond supplying items for our stay. The personal note and wine to greet us was a warm and lovely touch. Overall, it exceeded our expectations!

This property is located right in the heart of Canandaigua and you can walk to shops, restaurants and the marina. Everything was first class. We stayed over the 4th of July and watched the parade from our front window. We would definitely stay here when we return to the Finger Lakes region.

My husband and I stayed here for our “baby moon”. It’s the perfect size for two people. Rental was very clean and wonderfully decorated. Easy walk down to the pier and to downtown. Hosts were very kind and thoughtful as well. Would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed the stay, everything went great! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and we had no problem sleeping. The bed is very comfortable. Good location, too! Easy access to anywhere. We would definitely use again.

My husband and I booked here for a wedding we were attending. Check in was a breeze!.. communication was quick and clear. Upon arrival, the place is cozy and immaculate. It had everything we could have needed from coffee/creamer to random cooking utensils. We felt completely welcomed... The water, wine and chocolates were sweet touches. The bed and linens were *so* comfortable...we both felt well resting in the am. The place is centrally located amongst several restaurants and shops along the main road. First we would like thank Jennifer and Stephen for sharing their lovely apartment! It was tastefully furnished and well stocked with any item you would need on vacation. It was immaculate, well thought out with COVID safety precautions and beautifully renovated. It was conveniently located to many attractions of the Finger Lakes region. We highly recommend this property and hopefully will return in the near future!
