I highly recommend this house; it is all you need for a great vacation!! The owners are super responsive and accommodating. We were three couples and had all the space we needed!!!

We were visiting Florida to celebrate my mom's 90th birthday. Family was gathering from across the country, and we wanted one central location as a home base. This property was perfect for our needs, and our small dog. Three bedrooms and two baths worked well. The unit was well stocked with all necessary items for cooking, bedding. and bath. The location was as described, a short Kayke ride from the property to the Weeki Wachee River. We were able to sneak in a few rides in the supplied Kayke's down the river and were pleasantly surprised to actual Kayke with the Manatees, simply amazing. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this unit for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this home. Super clean, comfortable beds, great quiet neighborhood. We went kayaking three times and saw the manatees, that was awesome! Enjoyed lots of time in the sun room and on the deck. Thank you so much for being wonderful hosts. The home had everything we needed.

Daily morning kayaking to visit the holes where we would see families of manatees. Swimming and playing in the water to refresh and enjoy in the afternoon. The house is clean and in a beautiful location, with lots of recreational things to do. We especially love the vintage Florida art and comfort of this charming home.

I'm thrilled to share our experience at this amazing house on the river. Our family spent Christmas week here and had a fantastic time. The house was incredibly well-equipped, making it a breeze to prepare Christmas dinner. The back deck provided a peaceful retreat, and could often be entertaining as we watched people make their way on the river. We kayaked daily and enjoyed going to the hospital hole to see the manatees. The hosts were consistently helpful and prompt in fulfilling any of our requests and providing us with information. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Excellent property with tons of extras. This house has it all dog kennel, pack & play, games for all ages, numerous kayaks and paddle boards. Just remember to bring your fishing poles! House was super clean and communication with the property owners was excellent. Will definitely be coming back to this property!!!!

We had an amazing time at Kelly's house on the canal. The house was just as pictured, Kelly and her husband were perfect hosts easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. We loved sitting out on the deck soaking up the sun,fishing and kayaking. Loved the little extras , charging cords in the master and the shampoo dispensers in the showers. The location was perfect as we were visiting family nearby. Lots of great restaurants. Will definitely consider renting again. Thank you for a great week! Only suggestion- we could have used another potholder .

The house is wonderfully updated and CLEAN!! with comfortable beds, reclining sofa, tv's in all 3 bedrooms, wonderful Florida room and deck. Everything you need!! Safe community, fenced area for pups. We had manatees come by the house everyday! Short kayak paddle to river...easy to kayak all around. Can't wait to go back. Most relaxing vacation. Host are WONDERFUL!! 10 🌟 stars!!

2nd year in this house and everything was still as advertised. House was clean and everything in good working order. We had a great time. Love the fact they allow pets.

We had a great time at this home! It's decorated very cute and we liked the old Florida/Weeki Wachee prints hanging.There were plenty of supplies needed for the week and the hosts were super easy to work with. The kids loved playing in the water and kayaking!

Everything in the description of this property is true! Great location and perfect setup for relaxing and water fun. We saw dolphins and manatees from the comfort of the deck! Also, we had a wonderful experience in the community itself. You could have as much quiet time as you want or be out on the water socializing as much as you want. Best of whatever you are looking for. This location is perfect for convenience to Weeki Wachee River and the magic you experience there BUT being able to not have crowds on the River basically in your yard constantly. Expect all of the little touches you don’t think about, along with every big box checked! Oh and, do not pass up having breakfast at the Silver Dolphin. All of their recommendations were great but I have to give extra “!!!!!” for the charm offered there.

We shared this house with another family. It was clean, organized, and it really felt like they thought it through when they set it up. Plenty of water toys to keep the kids hapoy and busy. The little kids loved the floating mat. It was a short paddle to Rogers park. We saw manatees and even a dolphin!

10/10 would recommend! It was clean and easy access to the river!! Will probably be booking again next year!! Also the owners were very easy to talk to if any issues came up!

Our family really enjoyed this home. They had everything we needed and then some extras.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cute house. It was perfect for our family of five and dog. The kids loved swimming and kayaking around the canals as well as our family dog. There are plenty of kayaks, a paddle board and an amazing large yellow mat float that was very relaxing.

The grandkids could not stay out of the water! Between jumping off the dock, playing on the giant yellow mat, kayaking, they were all in! Plenty of room for a multi-generational family of 7. Totally stocked, something I don't experience often at a VRBO. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen items including a vegetable brush and box shredder, laundry detergent! We don't usually revisit a place because they are so many more out there, but if we did, we would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The location was great and the water up river (very short boat or kayak ride) is incredible with white sandy bottoms and crystal clear water. The home was very clean and had all of the kitchen accessories you could need. The communication with the home owners was also great and they were very kind and helpful. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and this is my new favorite place! The house was perfectly equipped for all of our needs, nice and clean. We like to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking out on the propane grill every evening. We kayaked (multiple provided) just a short distance to the beautiful crystal clear waters and the house allowed us to park our jet ski for further excursions. We had manatees swim out back daily and even saw a dolphin on our last day. We caught a few fish from the dock and enjoyed the outside area with the lilly pad to float on! We will definitely return, Dave and Kelly were great hosts and very responsive with any questions we had. We have rented several properties here over the years and this one is one of the best! Location is perfect!!

First, let's talk location- the location is GREAT! Close enough to the park, "partiers" and the main river thoroughfare to be convenient, yet far enough away so that the "party crowd" do not disturb you if that is not your thing. Grocery, restaurants, ice cream, all very close. Now for the house- definitely in my top 3 rentals for cleanliness. The house was VERY clean- the windows out to the river were so clean it looked like there was NO window. You can tell the house is used by/managed by the owners because they have provided ALL of the conveniences that many 3rd party managed rentals are missing- there was PLENTY of towels, hand soap at every sink, paper products, kitchen sponge, garbage bags, etc to get you started. There were even charging cords in the master bedroom! Cute artwork on all the walls, lots of kayaks and accoutrements. Umbrellas for shade on the deck, and...allowing dogs is a BIG seller for this dog lover. :) There were personal notes of a positive nature throughout the home, adding a LOVELY personal touch. I sure hope renters take good care if this home, as the owners truly try to provide a clean and welcoming space for others to enjoy. My only suggestion? Add more hooks- EVERYWHERE. While there were plenty in the master bath, in a water environment I think hooks for towels and wet clothes should be everywhere possible. I say this at almost every waterside rental we visit. Hooks and hangars are valuable in rentals. :) Can't wait to go back!

I cannot say enough great things about this property! From the beginning, Dave and Kelly responded immediately to my messages. Upon arriving to the property it was found to be exactly as described and from my perspective even better! It is positioned in a great location, which is just off the beaten path. For my family, the best part was, we were able to bring our two golden retrievers! Of all who enjoyed this vacation… they definitely had the best time! This property offers the opportunity to truly relax & unwind. We enjoyed sitting &reading on the beautiful deck, laying on the large floating raft, kayaking, paddle boarding and seeing the manatees! We also loved that we were able to bring our jet skis! Beware of the Gulf though- we were warned about huge limestone rocks that make it very dangerous. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Overall, we had a good time with my family (adult children). We loved that dogs were welcomed. Plenty of beds for all and everything we needed in the kitchen. Will be back again!

It was our first time on a river and not just at the beach. It was wonderful!! The listing is very accurate. The manatees came right up to the dock and were out and about the entire time. The water was so nice. It got clearer in the main channel and further up river. Looked like a scene out of The Blue Lagoon. Highly recommend this location and this property. The stay was effortless, since the owners had thought of all the little things. It was so comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

This property was definitely high end beautiful. Nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, very wide and very clean canal. Even the manatees preferred it over the main river. The host was vigilant in making sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Would definitely stay there again. We rate it top of the line out of all of the places we have rented this far.

This was the 2nd time at this property. Just as good, clean, and relaxing as the 1st time I stayed. : )

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here- 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The house was clean and exactly as shown in the listing. We used the kayaks daily. The sunroom/deck was great for morning coffee and afternoon/evening relaxing daily. The host was quick to reply to all messages/questions. We ate at 3 restaurants per their recommendation and they did not disappoint! This was our second trip to the area and we would definitely return to this house again if available!!

The house itself was perfect for our family of 6. Located just a short distance from Rogers Park. The dock provided the kids with plenty of entertainment trying to catch fish and watching the manatee float by. The sunroom gave the perfect location for some early morning reading as the weather was a little cooler than usual when we were there. Excellent communication by the owners and we felt right at home. Would highly recommend.

The place was just as described and just what we needed! Great access to the river/ canals and great location. Comfortable place with an awesome outdoor area, and all the extras you'd want. Kayaks and paddleboards in good shape, and plenty of them! Kitchen was well stocked, had the basics+, and a nice open layout. Great communication with Kelly and quick responses when we had a question. The crab trap was a fun extra!

We rented this property at the beginning of March. The house was gorgeous and as advertised. There was 8 people total and everyone had plenty of space. We had 1 issue with the coffee maker that was addressed immediately by the owners. Pros Location was perfect for a nice and quiet getaway, a short paddle from the main river The Lily pad and crab trap were a huge hit with the kiddos. We did catch a few blue crabs using shrimp for bait Nice fishing right off the dock caught some good sized bass and catfish The kayak launch was ideal for launching a kayak loaded with all the gear for a trip up the river Cons Nothing really major The shower knobs in the main bathroom shower were very stiff and hard to turn The shower in the master bedroom had water backing up into the shower when the washing machine was ran Trip advice Stop and grab some bug spray at the bait shop specifically for no see ums. Regular bug spray does not deter these little pests I also bought a few cheap camping chairs at Walmart for the back deck. The property does have a bunch of plastic Adirondack chairs but I like a sturdier chair with the cup holders.
