The screened in porch allowed for us to enjoy the outside, even in the rain. The kitchen was fully stocked. The table big enough for lots of board games. The access to the water was not flat but fairly easy and the ‘beach’ area really nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. . It was so fun and so many memories were made. The home was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed it so very much ! We will definitely remember this place for the rest of our lives and plan to go agian next year . The view from the covered screened in porch was so amazing and there was great access to the lake! We had lots of fun down there swimming with the grandkids ! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The house was more impressive than the listing. There is a gorgeous view of the lake frim the back porch and patio. Neighbors were friendly. There is a Dollar General close by for forgotten items. Would recommend for a quiet getaway.

Location was good. Property had everything we needed as a family (4 kids (11-19 yo). Liked the back porch and the access to the lake. The lakefront was great for swimming and hanging out. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I in a group of our friends from our town were looking for a place to stay from the Fourth of July weekend. Luckily, we stumbled upon this property and we could not have been happier with the service from pre-booking, the property while we were there, and just the overall “lake feel” of the property. We would walk down to the lake in the evenings and enjoy the quiet shoreline not 100 feet from the back deck. The narrows marina is right down the lake for boat rentals and snacks on the water. Do not hesitate to book this property for you and your family. We will be back!

My adult son and I enjoyed this relaxing location. We were within driving distance of many outdoor activities while enjoying the serenity of the lake while hanging out in the screen in porch. This would also be a great house for a larger group.

Great location on Greers Ferry Lake. The house had a great set up for guests. It was clean and had easy access to the lake. A boat ramp was close by which was convenient.

Mark's house is beautiful! Wonderful views from screened in back porch! If I had an air mattress I would have slept out there it was so peaceful. Although the view is beautiful, access to the lake was not easy and there's really no where to set up camp chairs if you wanted to sit down there. Plenty of sleeping room for our crew and there were 9 of us. The upstairs rooms stay much warmer at night then the downstairs. One complaint was that most of the bathrooms only had a half roll of TP to start and we only found 1 extra roll. Typically all bathrooms will start with a new roll which is plenty for a 2 night stay even with a large group. There also weren't any extra towels. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was great, had everything we needed and was easy to find. There is not wifi and that was very inconvenient. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but definitely uncommon. I would absolutely stay again, but I would be better prepared.

This home on the lake was beautiful, and it was a great place to relax on our vacation. The home was clean and had so many amenities. I would love to stay here again, I already miss the view of the lake.

Very spacious and clean. Back deck is fantastic….big! Beds are real comfortable. Owners were helpful. Looking forward to staying there again.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The cleanest I've stayed in. I would definitely recommend. We had 2 couples, each with a teen and there was room for everyone. We woke up each morning and headed to the large screened in porch for our morning coffee and wildlife viewing. There was a fox that came by each morning walking the shoreline. Geers Ferrry is a beautiful lake and this is an excellent location. The house in near 4 restaurants, Mexican, American, and pizza, and near a general store. Also by a marina for boat rentals.

Greers Ferry Lake fishing trip with 3 fishing buddies, great accommodations, perfect for the 4 of us and the fishing was great. Plenty of room to park two cars with boats and trailers

The view was better than expected. The house was phenomenal. Pictures do not do it Justice, it’s spacious and the amount of bathrooms is awesome! Enjoyed our weekend.

Our family of 6 stayed over Thanksgiving and it was the BEST vacation! The house was very nice~clean, warm and cozy. We played games, watched movies and the guys fished. We cooked and had everything we needed! All beds were comfy and very nice and each area had its own bath which was wonderful. Can’t recommend this house enough and we all gave it an A++++ and WILL return! Thank you Mark for being a wonderful host!
