Very convenient spot. More communication about the checkin process before hand would have been nice

Everything was as listed. Off-street parking for 1 car. Walking distance to just about everything in Salida. The best bakery Little Red Hen s just around the corner as well as a short walk to the Riverwalk. After a great night out it is a short walk home. Bathroom was beautiful!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well-stocked with bright bowls/mugs/etc. Only negatives are in transparency of ad - the pictures show a loft, but the loft is not allowed. I didn't want or need the loft, but still, don't show it as a cool thing if not available. Second, the pictures show an awesome looking deep tub with jets. One of the reasons I picked the place. But...apparently the hot water heater doesn't have capacity to fill tub. Again, not a deal breaker, but don't show it as something to enjoy if it isn't available. Other than that, I had everything I needed and it was very comfortable.

Exposed wires in living room from lamp, & it’s still plugged in.
No safety bars in the bathroom for getting out of tub
Fire extinguisher should displayed where renters can find it.
This one way in the rental & one way out, there is an egress window but it is in the front of the house. Should have been considered that a fire(God forbid) could sometimes does start in the kitchen. People in the bedroom & bathroom would not & or could not get out to get to the front of the building.
Also if the place was suppose to have been vacuumed or swept, it was not. There are dead bugs in the living room under the TV cabinet. We swept the kitchen floor & got a ton of dog hair.
By the way, you need to inform any renters before they rent that the neighbor smokes marijuana during the day & made us Nauseous. I have asthma & that was pretty uncomfortable for several hours.
We came here to Salida to rest & to get out of the big city. The garbage disposal did not work and the tub needed anti slip device. disappointed by this.

George's condo is located just off the main strip of restaurants and shops in Salida and was right around the corner from our new favorite pizza place, Moonlight Pizza. So, fantastic location. It was a great space for our family of four and our dog. We had a wonderful time!

Location in Salida was great and accessible. Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants. Unfortunately the condo itself fell short of our expectations. Upon entering, the condo smelt like marijuana, so we to air it out to even be in the establishment. It did not feel like a home but instead had a quickly put together ikea typed hotel like feel to it. Hot tub was unable to be used and amenities were very minimal. The paper products were as basic as they come and the coffee that came with the listing (as it said the first “pot” was on them) consisted of 2 tablespoons of what smelt like Folgers coffee, without coffee filters to use. We would stay in the location in Salida again, but not at this place in particular.

A great location for enjoying some quality time visiting with my son! All around great little condo. Comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom. Adequate amenities for our stay. Loved the extra touch of the tiny Christmas tree! Check in process easy and follow up from mgt with texts was nice also. Would def stay again!

The property was very clean and for the two of us, the bathroom was perfect with plenty of room, as well as the fully furnished kitchen. The Condo was close to the restaurants we like and could walk to, so that was nice. We would definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Salida.

Property was great, easy access to everything in Salida and mountain climbing. My husband and I had a great time as did our puppies. The property was well cared for with attention to the details!

Good property. Had issues with internet but was out in town. Company discounted stay. There were a couple things they fixed while Outland about. Very accommodating. Very nice neighborhood and neighbor.

Great location and great place. Easy to check in and check out. Clean. FYI - there's a ladder that goes up to a loft. I don't think the listing is clear, but it's not a space you can stay in, even thought there's an air mattress up there. They have a sign on the ladder saying to keep out. I wish the listing was more clear about that. I didn't need it, so it wasn't a big deal at all to me. There does appear to me a hide-a-way bed. Also, this location is right between a Natural Grocers and a Safeway. Super easy to get supplies. The parking spot it behind the building and you need to do a short walk to get to the designated parking spot. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking pans, etc. In general, this place is great and I look forward to using this property again.

My family and I had a short stay here. All worked out great! The listing information was accurate and there was plenty of communication after booking the rental. Due to the excellent communication I had zero questions. PS - loved the location with easy access to everything.

Our weekend was great and a lot of it as due to George’s place. The home was clean and spacious and provided all the amenities. The huge ceilings made it feel so open and bigger than a 1 bedroom! Very comfortable bed, cozy living space and close to all walkable necessities (grocery store, shops, restaurants and an awesome park). Can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect spot for exploring downtown Salida. Spacious and beautifully decorated, one block to all of the downtown galleries and restaurants, with the added bonus of being next door to two grocery stores if you want to eat at home or need any supplies. The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Convenient designated parking spot, but also ample street parking available. No outdoor space for pets as noted, but not a problem as there are multiple walking paths to take your furry friend for a stroll. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful well equipped condo. Fantastic view and deck. Short walk to downtown. Have stayed at several vrbo listings, this one rates at the top. Management was very accomidating, as I had to make some changes due to schedule.

Our experience during our stay
No privacy in bathroom even with doors closed no privacy for shower half the curtain is missing.Small bed. If the internet goes out and it will you have no TV either.Pet friendly but No where to walk your dog.It is clean but neighbors are loud.Lots of walking traffic right by only window in front so you have to keep blinds closed.We left a day early it was our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip I was very disappointed.
