House is in a good location. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The home is great for families.

This property met our needs to park 3 pick up trucks with trailers. The number of bed/baths influenced our decision to choose this property and worked out very well for our group.

The house was the perfect location for all National Parks in the area. Neighborhood was quiet and such beautiful views from the porch. We appreciated the book that provided helpful hints on attractions in the area. The kitchen area was perfect size for our group and the coffee drinkers loved the Kureg with the assortment of tasty coffees. The fruit trees in the yard attracted all manner of creatures including mule deer! The cherries were ripe and were an extra benefit. Would definely recommend the place.

What a wonderful property surrounded by the most incredible scenery. We loved everything about all of it. The hosts were wonderful as was our trip to Kanab. We would love to return to the area!!!

This was perfect for our 8 girlfriends to call home for 5 days while we hiked Zion, Bryce, & the K Trail. We shopped & ate at the Rocking V. Wonderful excursion at the Coral Sands ATV Tour including sledding down the sand hill. After every day of fun we came back to an inviting home where we shared memories & much laughter. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Great property, perfect condition, plenty of room for our party of 8. Lots of bathrooms, couches to stretch out on , out door furniture to rest while star gazing. There were tv.’s but we didn’t get to use them. Bunting trail is two blocks away and worth the hike. House is a short drive from grocery store, gas station, tour outfitters and close enough to visit Zion, the animal rescue, lake Powell, antelope canyon, the belly of the dragon and Bryce Canyon as day trips. It was cool and rainy in late march but we had fun. Definitely would stay here again. Mike was easy to contact, quick to reply and very accommodating..

We enjoyed our stay at the Kanab Paradise House, it had everything we needed. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Quiet neighborhood, we only saw a few people walking their dog. Good location on the east side of Zion. Lots of hiking in the area. If you have the time be sure to visit the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

We stayed here with our family of 8 and it could not have been more perfect!! Everyone had room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect to visit Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion. Plus Kanab is the most adorable town with every amenity you could need. We hope to come visit again someday!

If you are looking for a home base for day trips to national parks you won’t do better. House was spacious, beds comfortable, and the back deck was great for relaxing. Owner was responsive to questions.

This was a great property which more than met our expectations! The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed some of the games in the house and appreciated the availability of a cooler for lunches on hiking days. The owner checked in to ensure all was well and offered a few recommendations of local hikes and restaurants. The kids especially enjoyed the suggested hike to see dinosaur tracks. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Our group of nine adults loved this beautiful home. I seldom rate a place excellent across the board but this place is excellent. Very clean, well maintained, all the items you need for a very comfortable stay. The location is perfect. A hiking trail minutes from your door step. A peaceful neighborhood and excellent host. Real bang for your buck!

Everything about the experience was perfect. The owners of the property were very attentive and helpful. The house was beautiful and very clean and had all of the necessities so we didn't have to go out and buy anything. The location was great as it is in a nice, quite neighborhood on the outskirts of town with a beautiful view. The town is so small that even with it being on the edge of town, you are still so close to everything. You are also only a stone's throw from the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park...two great day trips. If we do end up going next year, we would definitely want to stay here again.

It was lovely clean and spacious

Everything was great house was spacious good for big groups, clean and property owner Mike was helpful only thing that was a little disappointing was that the upstairs master bathroom plumbing was not good toilet wouldn't flush and shower was clogged as well but owner did come to fix it the following day other than that it was great.

The house we rented in Kanab was perfect. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable The checkin process was very easy and the location and views from the house were beautiful. Next time any of us go back to Kanab we will use this property again

Kim's place was super roomy, well stocked, clean, reasonably priced, and very well located for a variety of outdoor activities. Highly recommend for a group of friends or large family looking to explore SW Utah and Arizona

This house is the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. Extra blankets, plenty of pots and kitchen supplies, spices, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, ice chests, and so much more. Kim was so easy to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. The house was perfect for us. We were 9 adults total. Would stay here again in a second. The area is beautiful and this house is centrally located fo so many points of interest. I highly recommend this house for any family looking to visit the area.

our family from all over the country stayed here and found the property better than advertised. Clean and neat as well as obviously well maintained. Right mix of out of the way and close to town. Loved the hiking trails right down the block. We also greatly appreciated the book the owners left, with clear instructions and a great list of places to visit that we might not find on our own.

This property is perfectly named. 5 minutes from town and 100 steps away from pure nature. HUGE home, we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 tweens and there was more than enough space. Awesome kitchen with everything you could possibly need and more. Everything was in perfect working order and super clean. The morning view of the sunrise over the valley is amazing and in the evening we would lay in the yard and could thousands of stars and the Milky Way with just our eyes. Centrally located it was perfect for hitting the North Rim, Zion and Bryce. There is also a guide book on the counter with at least 50 less known local hikes that looked amazing. Family games in the basement that we played, hiking staffs, yard games, lots of extra coolers in the basement. Thank you for lending us your home for a week!

This home was the perfect size in a beautiful neighborhood. It was a good home base to the national parks we visited. Kim went out of her way to accommodate us at the last minute. She was always just a quick phone call away to answer questions. The layout of the home lends itself for family members to have quiet time as well as many gathering areas for family time. We were a multi generational group. The house gave us space. The VRBO was convenient, practical, economical and fun.... The Cottonwood and Bunting hiking trails just around the corner are a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We liked the fact that the neighborhood was quiet, yet it was just a short drive to get to shops and restaurants. The house was the perfect size for our group and everyone had plenty of space. This was a great spot to "home base" from and day trip each day to any of the many state/national parks within the area. Our teenagers also really enjoyed the basketball hoop out front after a long day of hiking/sightseeing, it was a great way for the kids to relax and enjoy their downtime.

Very nice home. Very large and well equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. A very good experience and value.
