Everything was perfect. There was a bunch of stuff splattered and dried on the inside of the bathroom door. Not sure where it came from but it almost looked like blood. :/ thank you!

Shelving in closet fell down at some point on the 21st while we were out. Fan on refrigerator is noisy and makes an annoying squealing noise at times. Makes it hard to get your sleep.

Very small studio apartment on the second floor—no elevator. Building is older and unit dated but clean. Mattress on sofa bed needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable and mattress on Murphy bed is hard. Location is very convenient to lifts, and communication with management company was good.

Facilities were fine and location was great. The fireplace and ski locker on the first floor were a bonus. To make this accommodation more attractive, the major observation is the apartment needs a refurbishment — paint, panelling, closet doors, cupboards are outdated (80’s look),utensils, dinnerware, and small appliances should be replaced.

We really enjoyed our stay. Skied and had nice evenings by the fire. Kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely come back.

Stayed in #108 for 2 weeks to escape the summer heat for a bit of time. The apt is in a great location from which to explore San Juan Mountains along Hwy 550. The apt was clean and well appointed to make my 2 week stay very comfortable.

The place is cute.
The bedspread/quilt was not put on the bed.
The rug was not vacuumed.
There was a dirty sock left on the ground.
The kitchen sink was clogged. The site said there would be soap in the bathroom with shampoo for at least one night, there was not.

The condo was exactly as described. Murphy bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was not. The condo was clean. Great being near the ski area at such a low price.

Great place!!!!
This place was just as it was described! It had lots of closet space and a LOT of extra towels, pillows and blankets - if you needed them! We would stay here again!
