Seamless access, great neighborhood with green spaces close to downtown. Super clean. King bed could be more comfy. For some reason we kept smelling marijuana but then again so does pretty much the entire city.

Property was well thought out and accommodation. Lot's of little extras to assure a comfortable stay. Such as a additional outlets all over the unit. Well stocked kitchen with tools for cooking at home. A coffee and tea bar for all methods, drip, french press, and tea selection with an electric tea kettle. Very responsive hosts. Our AC went out and they responded within 15 minutes and had someone there to check it within another 15 minutes. If it was not fixed (which it was) they were willing to move us next door for the night.

We had a very nice time staying at this property in a quiet neighbourhood in Austin but close to everything. We rode our bicycles down to the path and enjoyed with wonderful sights of Austin and playgrounds. Thanks again,

We truly enjoyed this place. Definitely one of THE cleanest places we've stayed in. Well stocked with daily needs and the location is very hilly and pretty. We were in town for Austin City Limits. Although Zilker park is near, it still requires a 20 min walk (reason for my 4 star rating on description). Listing says 2 blocks and it's a pleasant walk, just know it's an uphill climb walking back to the property from Barton Springs pool and Zilker Park. No complaints, just informing further on description. We rather enjoyed the extra workour :) I'd stay again in a heartbeat and I HIGHLY recommend it. Cindy and Peach are very good communicating before arrival with instructions and have many suggestions in a book within the property. I liked that is is privately and stand alone structure and not a typical duplex. This affords way more privacy when playing music and such. Lots of daily details we enjoyed. Quality Coffee, creamer, extra toiletries, feminine products for makeup. Overall very well stocked-all very helpful and convenient. Thank you to Cindy and Peaches for sharing this space with us. Hope to make it back again!

Super easy to communicate with the hosts and they were very accommodating. We like to cook and the house had everything we needed and more.

This is one of the most cleanliest and well stocked properties we've stayed at. It had everything we needed with nice little touches like condiments, sun screen, insolated grocery bags and beach towels. The beds were very comfortable and there was a good amount of space in all the rooms. We enjoyed the deck that had a nice table/chairs and a grill. We had a few questions before our stay and during our stay and the owners were very responsive. If you want a mixture of nature and the city this is the perfect location! It is within walking distance to Barton Springs and Lady Bird Lake, which were both a lot of fun. Paddleboards/kayak rentals also within walking distance, as well as a handful of restaurants and food trucks. In very close proximity to the city. There is also a walking/jogging path near by where you can go for miles. Recommendations in Austin: Terry Blacks BBQ, Amy's Ice Cream, The Speakeasy, the Segway capitol/ghost/bat tour.

Great location near Zilker Park. Easy to get anywhere in Austin from here. Lovely deck. House was clean and comfortable. We didn't need anything else.

This duplex was incredibly clean and cozy; perfect for our winter weekend stay. The Reynolds were very helpful and provided an abundance of amenities including Austin travel guides, board games, Netflix, couch covers for our dogs, laundry detergent, and facial wipes! If you’re looking to stay in Austin, we highly recommend staying at this duplex for its convenient location as well. When we revisit Austin, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property. The owners have provided anything you could possibly need, from extra pillows and blankets to tissues to laundry detergent. Everything is labeled and clearly laid out, with an incredible amount of detail (much appreciated!). The location is perfect for neighborhood walks and exploring Zilker Park. We are already thinking about when we can come back and do all the things we didn’t have a chance to do on this trip.

My sister and I stayed here for a quick getaway to see the holiday Trail of Lights at Zilker. It’s a great little apartment. The owners really thought of everything - fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and pillows, comfy furnishings, little area guides, and great decor. The whole place was very clean. The area is very convenient to everything in central Austin and incredibly close to Zilker and Barton Springs. It’s a quiet, clean, and safe area in a great little part of the city. Reservation, check-in, and check-out were super easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend that you check it out.

My husband and I stayed at the Park Place duplex while visiting family in South Austin. The location is ideal with great access to Barton Springs trail -- perfect for walking and jogging! The duplex is very clean and accessible. Very comfortable beds and stocked with all the essentials. The owners are awesome and very helpful. We have stayed at several of their properties over the years and have never had anything but an outstanding experience. Thanks again!

We loved Zilker! It is in a great location to UT, trails, restaurants, parks. Super clean and cute duplex. Had everything we needed. Hosts are fantastic and we will definitely come back!

Loved the vibe of the place and the neighborhood.

This location was ideal for our visit! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the park, biking, down town and a short drive to South Congress. We had easy access to everything we wanted to experience in Austin. We traveled with our 17 and 20 year old sons and the house was a perfect size for us. The living area has plenty of seating for movies and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We love our annual trip to Austin, and this year we had the pleasure of staying at this property. Everything was as described in the listing and more...it really is all the special little touches - shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toothbrush holders, makeup wipes...Owners even offered a bed rail and sleeping mat for our kiddos and an air popper popcorn maker! It made their trip :) It was also our first trip with our son’s wheelchair, and this condo really made it so easy with the ramp and even the roll in shower. Location also great being right next to Zilker. Cannot say enough great things about this place, and can not wait to return! Thank you, Cynthia!

We LOVED staying in this amazing duplex! We stayed 3 nights and it was a great base to move our older son into his first apartment, for his sophomore year. It was great to have easy free parking and we loved escaping the heat and traffic of Austin. We enjoyed our coffee (that was provided) on the peaceful deck in the trees each morning. We day tripped to Wimberley’s Blue Hole and Barton Springs and enjoyed using the beach towels, noodles, and cooler that were provided. We made an evening of visiting the nearby Picnic food truck park and had delicious Thai and Venezuelan meals. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and very nicely mailed back a hat that was left behind. It was a GREAT stay! Thank you!!

This is our first visit to Austin and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The bungalow was amazing, we simply had everything provided for us, from cold glasses in the freezer for our arrival to makeup removal wipes, shower gel and shampoo, couldn’t rate this highly enough. If we visit Austin again I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Sitting on the veranda couldn’t be more relaxing and actually saw a hummingbird which was a first. A visit to Barton Springs pool was amazing, the State Capitol building very impressive and Umlauf sculpture gardens was somewhere we’d recommend too. Cynthia, Peach & Jay have a great place and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Fantastic location within 10-15 mins walk of Zilker Met Park and Barton Springs. The house was one of the best-equipped house we’ve ever stayed at, full of essentials, especially for kids. The Reynolds were extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place and stay there again when we visit Austin in the future.
