Very nice house and area. Close to beach. Loved everything but the 50 degree temperatures!

Multigenerational family vacation- it was great! Lovely house, the proximity to the beach was great and having the backyard to do s’mores or catch a fish was perfect!
The only thing I’d say is one of the bathrooms seemed tired and definitely due for an update.
Also, it would be super helpful if the broom had a pan and the vacuumed actually had good suction.
For parents with young kids, plan to bring a gate if you can as the stairs are super tempting for young toddlers to explore.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and the staff was very responsive!

The house was very comfortable, the beds were good, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The house is in a great location and very easy to get to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay but had to clean the unit upon arrival and property management was not flexible considering the amount time spent and the work we had to do (dirty bathrooms hair on sheets and counter etc)

Carpet was dirty. Sofa was dirty. Kitchen counters were dirty. Two of the toilets are coming out of the floor. The rug in the dining room is curling up, causing a trip hazard. Good news, there was a crab trap there, although not quite crab season.

Overall, the rental was great! We had some issues with the property that we addressed with the management company and they took care of them right away. It was an older home and had a couple of areas that could use some minor repair (clock/temperature panel on the stove wasn't fully secured to the back of the stove, the downstairs bathroom floor was a little uneven and the toilet wasn't secured), but was clean and had necessary supplies in kitchen/bathrooms for our stay. Very short, easy walk to the beach, and the screened porch and backyard area overlooking the canal were great! Other than some of those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay in Sandbridge, and was a good fit for 4 couples.
