The property is clean and spacious and has great views. The kitchen has everything you need and there's a wet bar as well. Excellent stay!

This is our second stay at Sea Colony. Our first was during the summer of 2020 and I think the enforcement of the facility rules might have been a little more relaxed given the status of COVID at the time. This was our first time using VRBO / WILGUS and they were great to work with. 1206 Edgewater was a spacious and well appointed condo with grand ocean views. Being an end unit, we had the wrap around balcony which was great. The kitchen was well stocked with basic china set and great cookware and silverware. It would have been nice to have had some larger coffee mugs available as they only has very small cups that were part of the china set. It also would have been nice if there were some basics in the condo such as a pen/pencil for jotting down notes and also some basic tools like a screw driver as there were a few hinges loose on closet doors, etc.. Other than those small suggestions, the condo was great! We were a little surprised at the rigid rules and aggressive enforcement of badges and parking passes by Sea Colony. This makes it very hard to have family or friends visit us for the day. We were able to work with it, but the logistics of it all makes it a bit stressful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Glorious!!!
