Once we got there we found out that we had a curfew as people lived in the basement. We were told we had to be quiet as they had a little one. They did have a deck outside but no furniture to sit on. The railing and stairs were wobbly and unsafe. It claims to sleep 12 people but realistically 6. Everyone else is jammed in the living room or the hideabed in the kitchen. The bathroom mats were wet when we got there and shower wasn’t clean. We paid to have 12 guests but 6 left. The area is good but really disappointed with the accommodation.

Property had not been cleaned for sometime. Wet towels and sheets in the dryer. Not all beds had sheets on them. One of the beds had stained sheets which had to be changed. Leftover food in the fridge. Floors and rugs unclean. Mold in the shower stall. No screens on the 3 bedroom windows and it was very hot with no airflow other than small fans. One bedroom window was covered by shutter which couldn't be opened. No instructions left and we could not get the TV to work. Large deck on the back but no furniture to sit on. Advertises sleeps 15 but would have to be very small people to fit 15. A sofa bed in the kitchen. A trundle bed in a room that wasn't big enough to pull out the trundle. We all have had excellent experiences with VRBO but would not recommend this property to anyone.

Master bedroom closet door has been broken and total 9 of us stay there not enough blanks

Good location, lots of parking. However, the house was very dirty. Bathrooms were unclean and smelled like urine, stains on bed sheets, hair and dust everywhere. Would not recommend.

Location was perfect for our needs but pretty basic. The pics on the listing are much nicer than the actual house. The patio is great but has no furniture so no place to sit. For the most part the house was clean but the ensuite shower had mold and smelled musty. One of the pull-out couches is actually in the kitchen, and the futon in the living room is really uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms has drop down shutters over the window and there was no way to open it (fire hazard?) so there was no breeze in the room. They provided fans for each room , which was essential as there is no AC so it was hot. Despite all of that, the location was perfect for our needs and the house provided space for each member of the family. Having a kitchen was helpful and the neighbourhood is quiet, with a great pathway system right behind the house.

The house is self contained with a seperate tenant living below. The owner was fine and left us to it. The property is in Surrey which is about 18 miles out of downtown Vancouver so there was a bit of a drive each day. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and ample lounge and kitchen area. There was no air conditioning- which could be a problem in summer. We felt one of the bedrooms didn’t have a proper bed and we could have Done with some outside seating, but otherwise everything was fine. There was everything for doing your own cooking and laundry facilities.

My family and I had a very negative experience. To start the owner only allowed comunication through VRBO I booked though Expedia!! Expedia specified to contact host through texting or emailing, the owner wanted to be very specific through Vrbo. The house was extremely Hot. I was expecting AC. On top up that there was no air circulation in any of the rooms, dining area or living room. the little fans weren't enough and no screens in two rooms or kitchen door. We had to leave the bedrooms doors open for a little air circulation. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty and molld in the shower area, one of the bedrooms had stains on the sheets,, dirty oven and refrigerator . No table or chairs on the deck to at least get some air. We had to leave the house early and come back after 10pm. the two nights we spend there. In order to bear with how hot it felt being in the house. I felt disgusted with trying to cook there. To make matters worse, the kids were not allowed to make any noise because of tenants leaving bellow us. Do not recommend this house at all.

It was a good stay, the place was basically as advertised. No real complaints.
