USATF brought us to Albuquerque and this home proved to be the “home away from home” that we were looking for! It was conveniently located near the sports stadium we frequented during our trip. My family of 7 (2 adults, 5 children) had plenty of space in the home. TVs were in every room and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics needed to prepare meals when we dined in. Kids enjoyed the puzzles. Beds were comfy. We all slept so well! Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion), towels and linens were plentiful and the available garage parking was a nice touch of security too! The kids enjoyed the nearby park (within walking distance). The home was also a short drive away from Walmart, gas stations and other eateries. I would definitely rebook with Irvie homes if we ever decided to return to the area. It was a great stay and better than pictured!

This is a cozy and spacious property that was conveniently located. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were nicely stocked with everything! We will come again!

This is a lovely house in a nice neighborhood (there are several geocaches and a trail into the petroglyphs within easy walking distance). There was plenty of room for six of us (two couples and two singles). The kitchen was very well equipped - we had everything we needed to cook several meals. There are at least two large-screen TVs with streaming, and excellent wifi. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our only complaint - and it's a small one - is that it takes what seems like forever for hot water to reach the master shower. Once you know that, you can start the water earky.

Carl communicated wonderful from the beginning of my reservation to check out. The home was very accommodating for a large family. Plenty of linen and towels. Lastly, the aesthetic of the home was fabulous.

The home was lovely. We had no problems or concerns. Would definitely recommend!

This house was so cute, clean and just all around great. The only complaint I have would be the shower heads in both bathrooms. Other than that, it was a great house, had everything we needed and the host was available and communicative. Will definitely stay at this house again if we need to come back to Albuquerque.

My mom even looked up the mattress online so she could buy one fee her own home. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighborhood park was great. We enjoyed our stay and when we reached outto the owner on some very minor things, they quickly responded.

We came to town for my son’s baseball tournament. This Albuquerque Regional Sports Complex was less than 2 miles away and so convenient. We felt very safe in this neighborhood (we noticed two police officers living on the same street). Very clean, so much room for the 4 of us. My teenagers were so happy to have their own rooms with tv’s. Master bedroom/bathroom was very spacious. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies. Garage as well for parking. Walmart grocery store is very close. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I stayed at this home with our 2 little dogs. The home is exactly as represented. The dog park right down the street was very convenient. Every thing that you may need is in the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean
