Our family enjoyed our stay overall. PROS: Great location and we really enjoyed the ocean view. CONS: Unit is in need of a deep clean. There were not enough linens for our family of 5 for a five night stay. Beach towels are also provided so make sure to bring your own. We had several encounters with the building staff and they were not at all friendly and it’s clear the owners are not fans of renters.

Our stay was excellent! Condo was clean, owners very responsive, beach access so close, easy parking and the condo provided everything we needed. Loved the beach views and the ocean sounds on the balcony. Very family friendly and made for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Grounds and pool very well maintained. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

The views and the access to the beach were, so if I was resting in the condo or if I was on the beach, I was surrounded by a peaceful and serene backdrop. The home was well-designed with a great mix of modern amenities and cozy touches, making it feel very welcoming.The hosts were attentive and responsive, ensuring everything was in order and that I had everything I needed. The property was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The living areas were spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy some downtime.The location in Atlantic Beach was perfect for a relaxing getaway, while still being close enough to local attractions for easy exploration. It offered the right balance of tranquility and convenience.Overall, my stay at the Salty Sea Roost was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic retreat. Such a calming retreat. Great views, nice touches and lots of dining and fun activities abound. Glad to catch this spot before it gets super busy in the Summer.

We had an amazing stay at this property in February for my niece's birthday. The trip was both fun and relaxing. The highlight was watching movies together and taking her and her friends to play putt-putt, which they absolutely loved. The accommodations were comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway!

This was just the quiet winter retreat I needed before the holiday rush. The ocean views from the balcony were terrific and the beach walks were still comfortable this time of year. The condo was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
