We were in town for a family wedding and took advantage of the location to stay extra days and check out Nashville. PROS: The location of the property is outstanding! Very walkable to many areas and a quick drive to all the others. There are also electric scooters everywhere, if you have the app, it is easy to rent them to get around the area. The property is newer (built in 2018?) and the furniture and mattresses are good quailty. The layout of the property is perfect!! We had 8 adults (4 couples), all the bedrooms are ensuite and there is a powder bath on the 2nd (main) floor. Great views from the roof top deck and hot tub. CHALLENGES: Kitchen is not well stocked and the cookware/bakeware was very thrift store and heavily used. There was an obvious new ceiling repair in the living room from water damage, the shower above the living room had loose tiles in it. There area rugs everywhere and they do not have non-slip rug pads - beware, this was a big thing for our group.

The property was lovely but do note that it is not actually in the Gulch but in EdgeHill. Not too far but a few blocks further than expected. We had 9 in our party, but not enough coffee cups for everyone. Lots of instructions for directions but would benefit by stating that if getting dropped off by Uber to use front door. Otherwise was walking all the way around to back ( didn’t know about sidewalk alongside because we checked in in the dark). Note: front gate didn’t close But overall had wonderful time and recommend.

Loved the house. House was clean. We felt safe in the neighbourhood. Fairly close to everything.

Directions to property was unclear. No info about Nashville such as magazines and restaurants in the area. Minimally equipped kitchen. No directions for the television. Rug in main gathering room is a safety tripping hazard as it moves and bunches up. In third floor bath shower exhaust fan did not work and ceiling lights were burned out. No hand towels or bath mats. No tissues. I mention the above because we have found Vrbo to provide them in other rentals. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

House was clean and neat. All the amenities. Exactly as advertised. Short walk to Broadway. 2 Car garage. Hot tub on the roof top deck was a great end to the night. Would highly recommend (lot of steps) but would absolutely stay here again.

This place looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and the management was awesome. We had a issue with the door code and they were easy to get ahold of and fixed it in less then 3 min. The location is perfect walking distance to many places and only a short uber to Broadway. Beautiful view from the roof top. We will be staying here again. We had the trip of a lifetime.

Girls time with my daughters and sister and it was perfect! Beautiful home with plenty of space and in a great location. We used Uber to get to Broadway and it was really reasonable. There was parking in the garage, which was nice to not to have to find street parking. We will be back!!

My family loved our stay at this rental! The main room and the roof deck were the perfect spaces for hanging out. And we loved the "Nashville touches" throughout... Plus it is a super easy walk to the Gulch and quick cab to South Broadway. We would definitely stay here again! Only feedback would be to secure the rugs - the one in the bedroom on the main living floor was so slippery, we wanted to roll it up so we didn't trip! Same with the one in the living room. Otherwise, perfect stay, thank you!

Perfect location in a beautiful home! Close to everything great in Nashville! Anything we needed was delivered in a very timely manor.

This was a perfect house for a quick girls trip. Ten teachers that really needed a break from reality. We had so much fun and the house was perfect. Clean, great location. Just what we needed.

Very nice, modern, plenty of space for 12. Hot tub was hot and big enough for 8-10 people, depending on the size of adults. Definitely would return. Garage fit 2 cars - 1 car was small and 1 car was a 7-passenger vehicle. It was tight but it worked. Air conditioner was powerful, everyone was comfortable. Nice beds and blankets.

Great home & location in the Gulch. Spacious unit close to Broadway & the hot tub was a bonus. Would stay here again

This house was great for our family and friends weekend birthday trip! It was exactly as pictured. Very clean and super convenient to downtown Nashville and surrounding areas! Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

The home was as good or better than the pictures. Everything is top of the line. It seems like most homes in the area are rentals which is nice because we didn’t feel like we were annoying the neighbors when sitting in the hot tub. Beds were comfy. I’d stay again!

This place was amazing! Exactly as pictured! Decorated so cute!! Within walking distance or scooting to everything we wanted to do: Broadway, murals, boot shopping, bars, restaurants, tattoos, and a lot of fun with family and friends!! The house was just as shown in the pictures with even more space than expected. The roof top deck was very nice to sit and relax at the end of the day and early morning. We had so much fun!! What would a review be without some room for improvement. TP 1.5 rolls per bathroom is a little light. The front porch was really dusty, but totally understand due to the construction on the main road. Towels, better distribution or extras. Some rooms had one towel per person others had 4. Cloth and spray for cleaning in the kitchen. Dusty ceiling fan. Air mattress was moldy. Note that none of the improvements impeded on the amazing time we had during this trip. We would definitely return to this location. Thank you for the amazing memories we will have for a lifetime!!!

It was the perfect place for us to stay. We each had our own bedroom which were so comfortable, and the communal living space was large and homey. Great location to walk to the Gulch, and on to downtown. It was perfect for us!

We had a nice time visiting Nashville using this newly built 4 bed, 4.5 bath townhouse to stay in. The place was set up well for 3 adult couples, with 3 of the bedrooms having ensuites and all on different levels to provide some additional privacy. The 3rd floor patio was nice and we did use the hot tub up there a few times. Of prime importance, the place had comfortable beds and furniture, nice linens and good A/C keeping the place cool during the very warm August week we were there. Also, I had a very good encounter with the property mgmt group, goodnights. When we got there we found the first night that the hot tub water was awful, green and smelly, totally unusable. Although disappointing, the folks did a great job getting a spa tech out there to shock and clean the unit right away. Special thanks to Andrew at goodnights. Given the great customer service we encountered, would definitely recommend renting properties managed by these folks. The house met our needs and was conveniently close to the downtown, so a good choice from a location standpoint. There were a few misses though that detracted a bit from our stay. First, the house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms, but there is only ""lounge" seating in the living room for 5 people. While there are bar stools at the kitchen counter and a table and chairs behind the one couch - it was a bit disappointing that the 6 of us couldn't all lounge comfortably in the one living area that the house had, as we chatted in morning and evening following the days activities. The room is plenty big enough to have a second couch without impeding the traffic flow. Another miss is the parking situation. The house is part of a multi-unit complex with each unit having a tight 2 car garage entering on a small common courtyard. We had 3 cars, so one car couldn't park in the garage and their is minimal parking nearby. My full sized SUV actually couldn't even fit due to the short garage length, so spent each day looking for a spot to park. Given the construction ongoing and high unit density, this made it more difficult and it was uncomfortable that the car was sitting on the street out of view in an unfamiliar city. Once all the adjacent units are complete this will be very challenging for anyone with more than 2 cars (or with a full sized SUV) staying there. I understand parking in any city is a challenge - but the property should establish a designated area were additional/large vehicles can park.

This place is very well decorated. We had a group of 11 and everyone had a place to sleep. A few minute drive to Broadway. Very safe. Overall great experience.

This is a great property if you need 3 separate bedrooms for 3 sets of parents, then the boys can have the other room with bunk bed and queen bed. Common area and hot tub is great. Our group went with price, rather than location. So spent less, but used Uber daily. Great memories and Go Dawgs!
