Everything was excellent, except getting in touch with the property management so we was unable to use the Tv.

The reason for only 4 star: Had a problem with jacuzzi but upon several unsuccessful attempts to reach contact person, I did not get to enjoy the jacuzzi but 2 days. However, everything else was great!

Was in Waynesville for some fly fishing and found this newly renovated property. I will definitely book this property again!

This is the second time we have stayed in this cottage and we will continue to stay here when we can. We had a great time enjoying the weather and the beauty of the leaves changing colors. This cottage is as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit!

This is my second visit to this property and my fifth visit to Maggie Valley/Waynesville area in as many years. This property is a pleasure to rent. It is always very clean and organized. The amenities are perfect for a week or more in the Mountains. I hope to return next year.
One suggestion, and thus was registered with the Evolve Rep (Nini Wu), the television is a wonderful large flatscreen unit. The issue was trying to understand how to operate it with two different remotes. We were unab,e to get local, network programming. While we are in the go all day…nights are long and a restful and a TV evening is something we enjoy. Kindly considering putting together easy to follow step by step instructions on how to operate all three TV units.

Beds comfortable, showers with good pressure and plenty of warm water. Just what we needed as my husband and I helped his parents move to SC. Each couple had our own en suite with lovely shared great room.
I did notice after I had been in the hot tub twice that there were no chemicals in the floating dispenser. I find that appalling. Been a nurse for forty years and I don’t like that I was basting in viral and bacterial activity . YUCK!
The key pad only functioned the first 2 days. The cleaning lady was able to drop off an actual key later in the day but we had to leave the house unlocked for several hours .
Lovely home but check the hot tub before you get in and don’t bring anything of value with you.

Very pleased with the house! Very clean and comfortable house with all the amenities needed. Loved the location, convenient to meetings at Lake Junaluska with very short drive to main entrance.

This property is as advertised, very clean, comfortable and close to everything in Waynesville, Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska. We had a great time enjoying the mountains, the weather and all the brilliant colors of the trees. The Apple Harvest Festival in Waynesville was alot of fun. We will definitely stay again!

GREAT PLACE
My granddaughters and myself stayed and had a wonderful time. I had originally booked from Monday to Friday, however, I found out on Friday before we arrived that we had to be back home on Thursday. I called the property owner, Nini Wu and sent her a text requesting reimbursement of Thursday night and she was forwarding onto your company for reimbursement. We did leave at 10:00 on Thursday, so please reimburse me for Thursday night which the property owner stated she would try to help me get reimbursement and had no objections whatsoever.

The location is the perfect distance to allow us to be close to Lake Junaluska (3 minutes), but also avoid the chaos of traffic that you find with lakefront properties. The house is a great size, beds are comfortable, and the amenities seal the deal. Property owners were courteous, considerate and graciously accommodating. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed making use of the hot tub every evening. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything was well maintained and supplied. Thanksgiving Week
Perfect week for me and my sister! Have been renting from VRBO for many years, this is one of my favorites! One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed, easy access to cottage and close to town. Perfect set up with a king bedroom and bath on each end of cottage, high end furniture and plenty of towels and blankets. Got down to 22 deg. while we were there and heat works great. Little too cold for us to use the hot tub, but it was available on a screened in porch. Note to management, cookwear could use upgrading, no lid for the pot we needed to cook grits and possibly an instruction sheet for the television! I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to anyone! Great Thanksgiving week!

All the little extra touches throughout were greatly appreciated, such as the supply and dispenser of bathroom soap, shampoo and conditioner, the paper supplies and mostly the spices in the kitchen. Not just salt and pepper, but an spice you an think of was available. We were a little concerned about privacy in the beginning, but this is the end house on the street so that along with the roll-up shades on the hot tub end of the porch satisfied every concern we had. Location is great and made travel to neighborning locations easy. I feel like we will be back. Thanks.
