Wonderful place! Great location.

We thought the furniture and amenities were even nicer/ more updated than the pictures suggest! Also larger than we were expecting. Amazing location - quick 7 min walk to downtown, and basically right on a trail by the Arkansas River. Under 30 min drive to Monarch Mtn for skiing. Washer/dryer in unit. WiFi was fast/flawless for remote work involving video calls all day.

We’ve been vacationing in Salida for a decade and this property was one of the best. Very comfortable living space, quality furniture and appliances and pet friendly. Lots of storage space which is often lacking in rentals. It was a short walk to downtown and the grocery store as well as a walking trail along the river. The upper balcony has a great view of S Mountain for those wanting to stay over the Fourth of July and see the fireworks. My only recommendation to the owner would be to have a few extra pillows to choose from depending on your sleeping preference. The pillows in the master bedroom were a little flat but otherwise we slept well. We would definitely stay here again!

Property location is great - just outside of downtown area. Bedrooms, main area, kitchen, and BBQ deck area, are all in great condition, and make for an overall comfortable stay.

This unit is one of five. Two levels, very spacious and comfortable upper bedroom and bath. Lower floor has another bedroom, separate bath, kitchen and living room. New appliances that work very well, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook, nice living room and dining area - just a really modern and well-equipped unit. Nice place to sit with a view out back, functional gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay here, would recommend it for two couples. It’s a lot put into a smallish space, and the single downstairs bathroom separate from the bedroom is a little bit of a hassle, but otherwise this places makes great use of the space. Great communication, easy access, and close enough to downtown to walk if you want. Near a nice trial that runs along the river, too.

This is a nice townhouse, clean and well decorated. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown Salida in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Bunk beds were great for the kids. Property and neighbors were pet friendly. Would stay again and recommend!

We loved staying at this property! The kitchen is very new and upgraded. Beds are so comfortable. The location is amazing for being close to downtown yet quiet and near the river path. The tv and sound bar in the living room were awesome. Will be booking this property again!

We had such a great time during our stay in Salida. This home was well equipped and had all we needed to have a great stay. We loved making ourselves a coffee first thing in the morning and sitting on the front patio, enjoying cool quiet mornings.

Townhouse was clean, spacious and comfy. 5-10 minute walk to town worked out fine and if you have a dog, the unit is right next to open ballparks to roam.

Very clean and welcoming. Easy walk to downtown. Great kitchen that worked well for cooking our own meals when not eating out. Definitely looking forward to a return trip.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Minutes from downtown and a nice 20 minute drive to mount princeton. Bob was easy yo communicate with which made the trip a whole lot easier. We will visit again!

One of the best rental experiences we have had in some time. This home is in a good location, is clean and well provisioned with quality and care. We will look for this unit the next time we stay in Salida.

The owner was very easy to work with and didn't have 14 things to do before you checked out. Great clean, roomy condo for relaxing after a day of outdoor exploration. I will be back.

Loved the townhouse. The proximity to downtown (easy walking distance), the river, and trails was awesome. The access was easy and the finishes were very nice. We loved the appliances. Thank you for the hospitality Rob. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in this charming condo. Super clean and well stocked. The location is just perfect, we were able to walk or bike right to Salida's main street and to the river. We also found a great path to the fishing pond! Thanks for having us, we'll be back!
